They re-opened recently, I think with new owners or management and WOW I was pleased! Brought my car for the $50 detail package and they did an amazing job in less than an hour - my car looks and smells brand new. Blew all the dirt from the crevices, sprayed all the surfaces and even used the electric brush tool on the carpets. The prices were great and the man and woman who did the detail were super friendly!! I’ll definitely be back, hoping to try the shampoo package for my seats next time. Definitely recommend this place, best car wash I’ve been to! Lots of self service and quick wash options, too.

I have been going to DiFiore's auto detailing for over 20 years. I've had many different types of vehicles, both old and new. Just picked up my three year old Tesla Model 3 from its first ever detailing, and I have to say that Julio & his team made my car look like I just picked it up from the Tesla showroom. All of the dirt, grime, and dust that had accumulated over three years was completely gone. The paint has never looked and felt so good, and the interior is absolutely spotless. Windows, windshields, and the glass roof are all crystal clear. Even the sneaky spots, like the door jams, extra trunk storage spots, and cup holders were all cleaned perfectly. Not only do they do great work, but Julio’s team are incredibly friendly and nice people, who very clearly take great pride in their work. Pricing was very reasonable, and is all listed on their website. Recommend paying in cash, to avoid credit card fee. I will 100% be recommending them to anyone in the greater New London area, and will be coming back in six months for a post-winter exterior cleaning.

I went through the car wash last night, purchasing the Premium wash for $21. First the wash cycles seemed a bit off. The car wash indicated it was finished, though my car still had soap and a bit of dirt on it. I pulled out of the bay and pulled over in the lot to get out and inspect my car; I was shocked and quite upset with the appearance of my car! Some kind of chemical,or something blue and a rusty orange color, stained and was caked to my car! I have used this wash for several years BUT will NEVER return! I went immediately to the car wash at the Xtramart down the street and went through hoping it would clean the mess on my car, nope , helped a little bit but not enough. Now I will have to get my car detailed professionally. Formal complaint being filed with the company.

I would give them a zero star. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU THE HIGHEST PRICE EVEN THOUGH YOU SELECT A CHEAPER WASH. You will not get a receipt or a refund. My card sent a text immediately after I select my wash that was suppose to be 14 and it charged me 21. Also I read a review of orange rust on the car after using and yes it’s true it happened to my car as well and it’s hard to come off and it’s hard in certain spots. DO NOT GO THERE. There are other drive thru car washes to use

Friendliest experience from start to finish! Marco overdelivered on what he said he could do by removing all of my children's stickers on the window, the metal wire brush scratches from when my 4yo decided to clean my cars exterior, etc. This vehicle was FILTHY from 3 kids and 6 years of hauling them around the US. It literally looks like new. The interior is PERFECT and the exterior is glistening. I plan on using him for my other car, and I will recommend him to everyone I come across who needs a quality detail.

I have to say, Josh went above and beyond on my 2022 dutchstar 4369. This was a huge job. Needed some paint correction due to swirl marks and then ceramic coated. I couldn’t be happier. Had oil changed the appropriate time by a different mechanic after Uncasville changed it. Oil was a black sludge. They either didn't change the oil or put old back in. And this was done on 2 vehicles brought in on the same day.

I cannot recommend JT’s shop more highly. I significantly damaged the paint job on my truck in Northern Maine after a snow and then ice storm caused trees to drape across the logging roads making them nearly impassible. I was pretty upset and unsure if it was even repairable. I went to see JT and he was extremely knowledgeable and informative running me through my options without over promising on results. JT did a two step paint correction that turned out absolutely amazing, bringing the paint job back to its original glory! I ended up adding on the 5 year ceramic coat and interior/exterior detailing. We were so pleased we brought my wife’s car in for detailing the next day. Thank you JT’s Auto Spa, you earned repeat customers for sure!

Superior quality and meticulous attention to the smallest detail. Had the exterior and interior detailed on my 2014 mini cooper , it came out like brand new ,even non-visible areas are cleaned around gaskets and weather sealing. Horrible place do ‼️NOT‼️bring ur car here. My car took more than a month to get fixed and when i got it back there were multiple new damages in my car. im genuinely pissed i hate this place it needs to be shut down. AND there were MULTIPLE items missing from my car! these people are thieves, they don’t know what they’re doing, and they don’t care about anything other than making profit. don’t come here unless u want to have a TERRIBLE experience. and i genuinely think they let an animal in my car! i had a bag of cat food in the back and to my surprise the bag is ripped apart and there is just a MESS. i can’t stress this enough please do NOT!!!!!!!!!! come here

Gave my money for car wash, but car wash wasn’t working. No one around to return my money $8.00 or put up sign not working. I wonder how many other people will have this lovely experience? Called phone number on building and explained my problem. They were more than happy to refund my money and it was received within two days. I’ll will be returning to this car wash. It’s the only one around here that has the best prices and works with there customers!

I want to give my appreciation to Jay, not only because he is super friendly and kind person to talk to, also his patience and passion really shows on the work he did. I have an autoflex painted car that usually no other detail shop want to ceramic coat it because they are not familiar with the materials, but Jay went and beyond turn this thing to an absolute monster. Mike is a great guy, he can tell if you're into detailing and he'll go into the nitty-gritty details with you (if you like). Great conversationalist. He's even offered me some advice that some detail shops would say is a "trade secret" so I can keep my cars pristine after the fact. I like going to M&M because I know they're taking care of the car and not just "wiping it down". A few years ago I bought a used Lexus and he showed me a pic of the dirty water from cleaning the interior. The dealership insisted it was "detailed". Not until M&M has it, I say! This place does a nice cleaning and detailing of your vehicle for a reasonable price. It does take several hours. Sometimes you do need to ask them to redo spots on the upholstery or go over the inside windows again. Definitely give them a try. Be sure to make an appointment.

I had an alright experience here. Usually I never take my car to an automatic wash. However, as the temps drop and the salt season hits, sometimes it's necessary to get a quick wash in. This place is fast and efficient. However, I'm not sure if all the services I paid for were performed. Pretty sure it says "tires dressed" on the wash description, but I'm almost positive that didn't take place. Also, the descriptions of the washes seemed a bit misleading. I thought there were no machines used during this process. I think they offer higher priced options to hand wash. But, I did end up using their soft brush auto machine. I didn't notice any scratches or damage to my car and the wash seemed better than other places. I'd check them out again during the winter months when I'm not washing my car by hand.

FREE VACUUMS!!!! I have been searching and searching! Getting your whole car vacuumed is a hassle but having it be free makes I way easier 😅 I can’t speak for the car wash itself but again FREE VACUUMS!!! I just drove in parked and started. No hassle 20 minutes my car was done. Come check this place out if you need your car cleaned.

Brought my 2025 G80 M3 directly to his shop from dealership. Advised to go with Apex from a good friend. Jimmy and his crew waited until late for me to arrive as I was delayed which was very accommodating. Took 7 days but honestly they did an impeccable job with the xpel stealth (matte) PPF, ceramic and tints. Apex did an unbelievably great job with the PPf wrap. Edges tucked in. Have received so many compliments. My BMW dealership even stated they don’t have anyone in the area that does work like Apex. They did the grille change while they were there. Moreover Jimmy recommended some parts (reflector delete) and it looks better than I could have imagined. Great shop. Good communication. Will recommend for all to go there for your car detailing needs.

Not sure who these people giving 5 stars are but my experience with Rolln Dirty is less than 1 star. Never answers phone or text and shows up with no ladder (IF he shows up) for camper roof, has to borrow one,waxes only as high as he can reach (which is not high),leaves wax unbuffed and only puts in a half effort. Cannot keep help,he is arrogant when questioned and tells a great story but work is sub part. Pay a little more and get it done right. STAY AWAY !

Came here after a friend recommended Brian, and I am not disappointed. In 2021, I received a detail from another shop that was DOUBLE the price and not even as good, but they were walking distance from my house. I am so grateful that, this time around, I drove the extra 20 minutes to Brian, who did a great job with my car. I have come to Castro Oasis 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years for car washes and express details for my car and my wife’s. Every time, the staff is incredibly friendly, they thoroughly explain how the processes and products they use get superior results, and the quality speaks for itself. Last month, I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary with a major detail service for her CR-V. Her car is important to her and it showed lots of signs of wear and tear. We don’t have a garage, so I went for full interior & exterior detail plus touch up paint, headlight restoration, and 3 step Ceramic Pro treatment to reduce UV damage to the paint. You can see by the before and after pictures below that we were thrilled by how shiny and new her car looked when it was done. I got a car wash on Sunday in the drive thru car wash. I got the ultimate wash which was 22.00 and some change. During the car wash, my truck was tossed around a lot, unusually shaking in the car wash, I was relieved to get out of there when the wash was over. After my car wash, I found that the back bumper cover and rear hatch deck plate were shaved down, scratched, and ground from the one of the rotary washers on the back of the truck. Something is wrong with the car wash mechanism. I did email them but I haven't heard back yet, hopefully they reimburse me so I can fix the pieces that were damaged.

Put my $5 worth of quarters only to realize that the slots were all jammed up so I go and exchange another $5 bill for more quarters and move to a different stall. I put my $5 in and sure enough it is also broken with only half the power and not all selections available. I called the number and left a messag, almost a week later and no return call. The place looks like it is falling apart and possibly intentionally neglected to close permanently because two new car washes opened up on West main st that have working car washes that actually clean your car and don't rip you off and free vacumes to anyone Thank you for not responding to your valuable customers. It speaks volumes about the owners integrity and how they really must not care. You can keep my $10 and put it words buying a conscious .Thanks for the horrible experience.

Do not under any circumstances unless inebriated from alcohol. In that case, you get a pass. Every time I've been to this dump, I get robbed !! 5 minutes, 5 dollars?@@#$% bullshit. Golden nozzle car wash. 30$ a month unlimited!! They have other packages that cost less. Fre vacuuming and they have a towel exchange for charity. 2$. They recyclables ♻️ with toeels.
