Okay… my car was disgusting to the point of I couldn’t even have friends in it. I only wish I took before pictures because you would not even believe the results. I am still in shock. This man is INCREDIBLE! He answered my email for an appointment so fast, took me first thing in the morning, and now I am driving a brand new car basically. Everyone needs to come here!!!!!! There is nowhere else to go for the price+results. Honestly I did not even think certain things would come out of the rug+seats. He works magic!!

I ask for “the works” and there was still crumbs on the seats and front sole area, including an old french fry when I got the car back. When I brought to the managers attention, German insisted that a vacuum couldn’t get it clean. I dusted off some of the seats and he still refused to vacuum the dirty areas. I assume his hesitancy was because it was close to closing but it was unacceptable. The crumbs came out when I vacuumed at the self serve station down Westport Ave

I recently purchased the car of my dreams, a 981 Porsche Roadster. After speaking with a few detail facilities, I chose Ben and his team. I decided on paint correction and ceramic coating for the entire car. I added PPF to the nose, mirrors, windshield frame and rocker panels. Inside and out the workmanship was immaculate, right down to the ceramic coating on the wheels and red calipers. It's not easy to put one's 'baby' into the hands of others. The car that came back to me was spectacular! I highly recommend.

I recently had my Audi with Miko for a full interior/exterior detail. I have had so many bad experiences with car wash/detail shops that overcharge and underperform. Miko was the opposite of that. He was able to accommodate me on my only day off at the last minute. His communication throughout the time he had my car was exactly what I expect when it comes to his level of service. I highly recommend him especially if you are in the Fairfield County area.

Miko is always incredibly thorough with his process! He pays close attention to detail as if working on his own car, every nook and cranny looks new. I’m a nanny and I never thought my leather seats could ever look as rejuvenated as they do after the first time Miko worked on my car. He works much quicker than I imagined a full detail would take, and communication is always fabulous through out the service. I’m not quit sure where to begin.. only car wash I’ve been to since I moved and I can’t complain always good service. Quality over customer service, the receptionist is always friendly, but they are fairly quiet employees and we know I’m not lol, moving forward, I have had this pretty girl a few years I am the second owner and bought it as is, mechanic finger prints and child grease . so many grease stains and I didn’t take a “before” picture and I am really happy about it, if you know, you know. Here is the after…I love my Betty The Odyssey Princess!! Thank you Star Car Wash for making me baby look new again and smell kid free! I know you worked hard on this.. there is always a line of vehicles for wash and detail so you won't regret getting your car done here!! I may have to add more pictures in the daylight!! I can’t wait!

They damaged my car and cracked the windshield screen on the passenger side and took no responsibility - a NEW car. They told me they could direct me to a place to get it fixed and it was probably a rock I never noticed hitting the windshield and the cold water exposed it - which is totally bizarre. I purchased the Gold wash and as you can see from the pictures the clean was atrocious - you get what you pay for, crumbs everywhere, the console visibly dusty and hand prints everywhere, when I told an employee they said no it’s clean. Mats are not removed and they just put water on things as if it’s cleaning to hide the dirt momentarily - they also quickly hand dry and you have streaks coming down the car once it dries . Regardless the egregious windshield crack is what really is horrifying - save yourself and do not go here. I was really excited to have finally find a good car wash but I cannot believe the experience

I have been using this place since 2018 and I had not made any complaints about the place despite the fact that during this time they had raised the prices without my consent. When I changed vehicles I told the receptionist that I did not want to continue with the membership because I did not want the sticker on my windshiel, until yesterday someone named Jefferson (another receptionist) told me that I could no longer use my membership if it was not attached to my windshield, to which I told him that he would then remove me from the membership but he was a very pedantic guy and with an unpleasant attitude he prevented me from taking out the membership and forced me to leave without removing it. Now I have to go back and try to talk to a supervisor to get me removed from the membership and with a bitter taste in the mouth about this guy's service.

I was referred to Nelson by a friend. I had two vehicles that I needed to get detailed. The pilot was severely neglected before I got it. The Civic was in good condition but needed attention. I called Nelson on a weekend evening and he messaged me to let me know he received my message and would be calling in the morning. The drop of process was super easy with a night key drop. Because of my schedule I had to pick up the cars on Sunday, instead of leaving them outside Nelson insisted on having them protected inside so they stayed clean because it was going to rain. He came down on his day off to meet me at the shop so I could get my vehicles. As for the quality of Nelson's work it's amazing. Black vehicles show flaws very easily Nelson restored the paint on both vehicles to a deep deep luster. The interiors surfaces are so clean you could eat off the floors, dash and seats. He puts his all into his craft and the results speak for themselves. If you need detailing services don't look anywhere else! Give Nelson a call.

I’ve had many details done on several cars, but none as thorough and meticulous as Nelson did just last week on my wagon. The car had been used a lot in the last couple months as canine transportation for a yellow lab. When I picked the car up, there wasn’t a single dog hair visible. This was my first time using Showtime Auto Spa and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a detailing business or any business for that matter. Firstly, great communication from these 2. Our car was dog trashed and needed a good scrub! I saw some great reviews and decided to give it a go. My dream was to have someone come clean my car while I was working so that I didn’t need to take 2 hours waiting. They showed up at my home at the time we agreed on. I got an interior detail done and they did a great job. They shampooed my car seats, the floor, took out the rubber pieces and washed them well. They came with all of their own supplies, I did bring the hose around to help them get access to water so that worked well for them. Overall, very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend these guys! Thanks again and will be sending more customers your way!

I recently bought my dream car, one of the last 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner TRD Pros ever made and had immediately planned on protecting my baby as much as possible (because I’m actually going to use it off-road). My friend had recommended Darien Detail since he just had PPF and tints done to his Audi and I couldn’t be happier! Originally I had planned to install PPF on more than just the front but Calum was great and didn’t oversell me on more than what I really needed. Calum answered all my questions and even showed me work being done on cars in the garage - what a high class establishment. In all seriousness, that garage looks like a surgical center, what a business. Other than PPF, I had my car’s front windows tinted since stock came with a different tint than the rear which looked weird. I also tinted my windshield since my eyes are very sensitive to light. It is now more pleasant to drive with bright sun, to the point that I don’t even need sunglasses. What a difference. To top it all off, my car even came back cleaner than when I got it from the dealership! Amazing. I would give Darien Detail more stars if I could. If you are in the market for a high quality PPF, tint or other jobs, don’t bother looking elsewhere. This shop is the real deal, thanks Darien Detail!!

Very positive results. My 2 year old Dodge Charger was polished, given the 10 year ceramic coat, front bumper paint protection film, and window film. The car looks better than it did when new. The ceramic makes the paint feel extremely smooth to the touch, more so than any wax that I have ever applied. They even successfully polished out a scrape in the paint, making actual bodywork not needed. The staff was extremely pleasant to work with and patiently answered all my questions. My car stays outside all the time, and I drive it all winter, exposing it to salt, sand etc.. I'm confident that this treatment will protect the car from the elements, and extend its useful life.

I’ve been to this car wash twice and have always felt very satisfied with their work. These guys work hard, fast and are thorough. My car is cleaned in every crevice and smells good for a while. I grew up in the neighborhood and used 3D all the time over the years. I just left and didn't have time to find a manager but the quality of their high end extreme package was extremely deficient. Two quick pics here...one interior, one exterior, show what I mean. Owners, if you can make this right on a return trip that would be great. I got “The works” - was told it came with a vacuum and detailing. Second time I’ve come here and it’s just getting worse. Almost no vacuuming was done & no detailing of cup holders & there’s always a stain left on my leather seats… kinda disappointed. Won’t use again. I have 3 stars cause of the friendly workers.

This was an incredible experience. Came to our house and had to work in a very restricted (read: small) garage space. Did an amazing and meticulous job and covering every area. For example the car (24 Escalade premium luxury) has an enormously complicated chrome and black grill and that alone took hours. I have all 3 of my cars ceramic coated and while all good, his was the best by far!

I went there for normal car wash and interior vacuuming. They were efficient and did a very good job. My car and the tires were literally shining after the wash. The staff there are very flexible with payment (I guess it's a family-owned business?). I paid via venmo. It's also easy to make an appointment. I just called and asked if I could go in the next day.

100% recommend GoldenBoy! I don’t usually have the time to write a review, but Andres is worth it. Let me set the stage. I drive a Suburban and have 5 children under the age of 5. They eat a lot of snacks in the car (and I eat most of my meals in there as well). And one kiddo has horrific car sickness. We go out and about daily, go to the beach and pool and attend summer camp, splash in puddles, play in snow - all the things. My kids consistently ride in the car covered in dirt and water and paint. We trek their bikes and our wagon and strollers around. And I only ever have a chance to remove all 5 car seats once in a blue moon. Andres made my Suburban look BETTER than it did when I drove it off the lot! I don’t know how, and am honestly in shock. My car is pristine. We also had him detail my husband’s M5 (his pride and joy); neither my husband nor I realized that his car could look even better than it did upon purchase! Andres was efficient and incredibly reasonably priced. Huge bonus that he can come to the house to do his work. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Darien car clinic for quite a while now just for car washes, but I did my oil change and Maintenence there yesterday as well, and am very happy with the service. The man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the service, not making me feel pressured at all to do anything more than the car wash. He also went over the maintenance report extensively with me, suggesting what kind of service needs I might have coming up over the next months. It felt so much more personal and knowledgeable than one of the chain drive-through services, and actually, I believe it was less expensive as well. I also did the Express detailing super interior wash a few months ago… My car never looked better, and felt brand new again. This was for a fraction of the cost of previous details I’ve done. Very glad I found Darien Car Clinic for all my car needs!
