Overall this spot is good. Really friendly and reasonable staff. It's quick, free vacuums. With my wash, my white car actually came out dirtier than it went in, not sure what caused it, but there was a bunch of black streaks. I came around again and they let me go through for free a second time and also hand brushed off the car to make sure it came out clean, which it did. So I'm happy about that. The dude was super chill. So just keep that in mind if you got a white car.

He is very meticulous, careful and a pleasure to do business with. Pictures cannot do a justice. I will be calling him back for my 6-month detail. I wish I would have taken a picture of my headlights before the restoration, all I can say is Wow!!!! That was well worth the money. I had sap on my roof a bit on the side and the back of my car, but the front hood was covered. He took his time and it looks better than I thought it could. Happy customer!!!!!!!

Place is ok. I prefer a hand wash when i don't clean my truck myself so i figured I'd try them out. They are definitely a busy place and they bust their butts wiping down all cars. I had a full service carwash as well as my seats shampooed. I was not fully impressed. The "shampooing" barely lifted any stains out. They also did not spray inside of my wheel wells which just looks bad. If you're looking for just a quick wipe down and you don't mind missed spots this will suffice. I am just a little to detail oriented. It's not horrible but they could definitely pay better attention to things and the staff could definitely be more friendly.

My wife & I recently purchased 2 Toyota Highlanders, 1 used (2016, Red Limited model, 50K miles) and the other new (2023 Black Platinum Hybrid). We went with Johnny’s recommendation of ceramic coating and were not disappointed - they look and feel fabulous! The coating created an incredible shine and makes the paint sparkle, especially the black metallic. Even months later the slick feel remains better than freshly waxed! When we first went to him to decide what to have done, he was patient, kind, knowledgeable and HONEST!. As a bonus, turns out he has the unique/valuable experience of being an auto body craftsman for several years prior to opening his own business. You won’t find a better detailer anywhere - his attention to detail is impressive and we will trust him with our vehicles for follow-up maintenance for many years to come. Definitely was not the most expensive car in the lot, but the team treated me like high roller. Beware of this place, don’t use the credit card. They overcharge your card. I’m sure I stopped the car wash before it reached $5 and they charged me $7.25 I think the owner assumes no one is going to check the statement for such a small transaction.

I pay a monthly membership for this car wash. Over the last year it has just got worse. NONE of the vacuums work. Your lucky if you find one and if not your waiting for one. The rug machine doesn't work. I brought it to the attention of the manager on site he claims they worked and walked over and what do you know it didn't work. He blamed it on the homeless people ( not sure how that works). Will be looking for a new car wash...

Machine does not work to pay for touch free car wash. Credit card machine doesn't work, tried a $10 bill and didn't work either. Did not return cash. Awful machine and experience. Number goes to voicemail. Let see if the business is honest and calls me back with a refund. UPDATE: Received refund in the mail after incident occured. Will put 3 stars because the code provided didn't work so never got my car washed. Lost my time twice trying to use their service. At least honest enough to refund $$.

Touchless! It's so hard to search for touchless washes on maps. People have to realize that touchless washes are never going to be as effective as one with brushes... That being said, the apparatus hit my rear bumper every single time it went around the car... I pulled forward a couple inches after the 3rd time and it kept doing it. I have a small SUV, so it's not like I brought in a limo... The under-car sprayer also doesn't work. It was completely dry underneath after, and I paid extra specifically for that feature.

Best detailing job I've ever seen on any car! My car looked better than the day I bought it from the dealership. All of the white dog hair was gone from my black interior, and the engine bay was literally sparkling. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone, and the car was ready when promised. This place is less than mid. Your car won't actually be clean when you come out, but it will look better than it started. Even if you choose the top tier option. It's a convenient spot, decent prices I guess, but overall experience kinda sucks. No integration with the gas station, and the kiosks don't work half the time. No workers really to come to your help. You're better washing your car by yourself in your driveway.

Nice free vacuums and mat washer, but the actual car wash is pretty lame. It probably only cleaned about 60% of my car but left a lot of dust and grime behind, particularly on the back. I got the most expensive wash too.

When all aspects of the car wash are working… It’s a great value. But the amount of abuse this particular wash gets is atrocious! People are constantly kinking the hoses consistently and they run out of soap product or wax faster then most. The wash is maintenance biweekly I believe but sometimes the damage is done in days unfortunately.

Never been to a self-service wash that has water this dirty. Spots all over the car. Ended up going to another place to get the spots off. This place is fine for getting off dirt and grime, but go somewhere else if you want a spot free shine. Poor maintenance on equipment too but you get what you pay for I guess.

Had them paint and install a spoiler. The paint has runs in two spots not super noticeable unless you know where to look. I had them install it with VHB tape and they did not follow instructions which said to use a heatgun “you don’t need a heatgun just stick it on” and the spoiler is now peeling up. Overall I expected better quality for the amount of money I spent on the job. Maybe they don’t have a lot of experience with VHB tape.

I like that this place has all three options (the old tow and rag, touchless, and manual sprayer) because depending on the car or the situation sometimes I prefer to manually do it but sometimes I just want relax and watch the mezmoring colors of the autowash. All three options have multiple spend levels too depending on whether you want a quick rinse or the full monty. This place has been here many years and it's a cool spot to kill 20 minutes and give your vehicle the love she deserves. They have vacuums too separately if you want to do the interior. Also with the different choices you can opt for whichever has the shorter line if you don't feel like waiting. Most times of day there really isn't a line but it can get busy around rush hour sometimes.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. My car was left with scrapes and scuffs from using their "touch less" system. The vertical arm seemed to malfunction and smashed into my car several times while rubbing up against the panels. As a rule of thumb, I do not bring my car to automatic washes because I know the brushes can wreak havoc on paint. Figured how bad can a touch less system be if it's just spraying water and doesn't touch the vehcile. Well, was I in for some bad luck when their system screwed up and scratched up my car. Employees that work there don't offer much resolution. They simply stated "oh you have to email corporate." Avoid this place and don't make the same mistake I did.

I received a gift card for D-Hand. I used it for the most expensive detail which came in at just under $75. I realize this establishment is busy, but they definitely overlooked a few areas, specifically around the trunk gasket, gas fill compartment and inside the wheel wells. Debris build up should be removed and cleaned. I also see customers driving lavish SUVS and automobiles, it seems more attention to detail is given to those customers.

Only giving this two stars because the detail itself was amazing although they should be using more wax on the exterior buffing and not just a drop for the entire vehicle. The inside looks amazing. My gripe is the young lady who tried to charge me $160 for interior and exterior when I made sure I checked prices beforehand knowing it would cost me $120 for what I wanted. When she realized that I knew what I was talking about she immediately dropped the price to $90 for everything. Make sure you check your prices beforehand so you don’t get yourself ripped off.
