Went to JP Auto off a referral from a friend of mine. I had my car detailed and my car came back looking magnificent. All the dog hair was gone, my dashboard was clean but not greasy, my leather seats looked great.

Ricky is the best. Got 2 cars tinted and tint was better than the last car I had tinted from another shop. Tint guy was great and friendly too. Ricky worked around my schedule and was able to get the car done in a timely manner. A mistake was made in the tint and he fixed it for me at no additional cost and let me know before I even picked it up the first time. Honest place and quality work! All my cars will be tinted here and washed here in the future.

I have had Nauti Details ceramic coat two of my vehicles and a 36 ft boat and a 40 ft boat. The customer service is STELLAR to say the least! I have always been accommodated beyond my expectations. Reavan did a fantastic job cleaning our two very old, very dirty cars. The put just as much care and expertise into cleaning our old cars as they would have in a new, exotic model. It's a lot harder to make these old cars glow, but they were up to the challenge. And the team couldn't have been nicer or mor more professional. Highly recommend!

I had an interior detail done(car wash included) - they initially tried to charge me $10 more than advertised, then tried to charge me $5 more - both times I said no. I think new owners bc in the past the interior detail would take about 2 hours. This time it was 15 minutes- about the same time as a car wash. The job was horrible. Seats, floor, mats , trunk, cup holders and dash were all still dirty. When I showed the woman who checked me in- she said well you didn’t want to pay the extra $10! It looks like they only vacuumed around the mats and not under. Do Not Recommend!!!

Just got my wheels and calipers ceramic coated at Castro Oasis. They did an awesome job!!! I will definitely be taking my cars there in the future for all the work I need done. I have come to Castro Oasis 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years for car washes and express details for my car and my wife’s. Every time, the staff is incredibly friendly, they thoroughly explain how the processes and products they use get superior results, and the quality speaks for itself. Last month, I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary with a major detail service for her CR-V. Her car is important to her and it showed lots of signs of wear and tear. We don’t have a garage, so I went for full interior & exterior detail plus touch up paint, headlight restoration, and 3 step Ceramic Pro treatment to reduce UV damage to the paint. You can see by the before and after pictures below that we were thrilled by how shiny and new her car looked when it was done. Even a month later, it is very clean and it is obvious that spending extra for Ceramic Pro was worth it. I signed up for the unlimited washes for my five vechicals. The service is always excellent! They offer a great vacuum system as well as a great mat washer and dryer. This place is awesome. Absolutely fantastic! I take my car here every 3 months for the hand wax and they always do a beautiful job. My car is my baby and I really appreciate the good, hard work they do there. I'm thinking about getting the inside shampooed next. It's close and super convenient for me and very easy to make,or reschedule appointments online. Edit 12/6/24 this is the second time now that I showed up for my appointment and nobody is here. I was informed the location was closed. So why was I able to make the appointment in the first place and confirm numerous times through emails and text messages,but they claimed to have called and no answer? But you were able to text and email me? Why's that? The last time this happened the guy told me they "forgot" to call. Total BS,irresponsible, unprofessional and no accountability. This place is the worst. I'm done with them and going elsewhere.

To start off, I recommend everyone to try Prestige out. Had my Porsche Ceramic coated by the guys at Prestige. I was quoted 2x the price at other shops but after talking to Matt, i realized they used the same products as the shops i was going to be charged double for! I brought my G wagon here and I am so impressed. I'd recommend to everyone with a high end luxury vehicle. My car looks better than the day I got it. There was a huge coffee spill in the car, took the car somewhere else to detail and when I got the car back it still smelled. I knew there was coffee in places they couldn't get to in the other shop. Josh was super knowledgeable and was able to take the interior of the car apart to expose the pooled coffee spillage in the internal modules and under the plastic that would have ruined my entire car with mold if I didn't take it here. So grateful to have found this studio. The facility is impeccable, clean and professional. Josh is the only person I'd trust with my caring for my cars from now on in CT.

The team at Automobilia are true masters of their craft. I took my car in for PPF and window tints and it came out flawless. They provided me with a quote that explained exactly what would be done and gave me multiple options based on what my goal was. As everyone can agree, spending money on something you're not happy with hurts, but spending (investing) money in something that greatly exceeds your expectations is a feeling that is matched by very few things in life. Got the works done at Automobilia on my 2023 Range and couldn't be happier with the result. I haven't been this obsessed and proud of my car, since the first one I owned back in high school. I literally find myself staring at my car at least three times a day lol. Highly recommend getting anything you need done to maintain or elevate your vehicle at Automobilia. Such a welcoming and friendly establishment run by Tim. Service was fast, efficient and very reasonable. I went in to have my car windows tinted but found out that they offered a whole lot more services for such an upcoming company. Detailing is only one of the things they do. Performance Plus Detailing is just what the name says!!! Brian Serverino, the owner, is not just an excellent detailer; he is an exceptional masterful artist who has perfected his art. He not only pays attention to the "details" he will consistently exceed your expectations. That is the "plus" part of his business's name. For example, I had a scratch on my car which was a constant eyesore for me. I had considered taking it to a body shop to remove, but Brian also took care of that and it turned out great. Brian is a professional that is also courteous, very friendly, and a man of his word. If he tells you he is going to make your car look like new, believe him. I'm the son of Rodrigo and I am 9 y/o. I was hoping that I could go in the car while it was being washed, but I couldn't! I wonder why it’s not allowed. It isn't really dangerous. Plus, it would've been lots of fun! I would have given an extra star if me and my dad could stay in the car as an option. I will give this 4 stars for nice cleaning and a chance to see the car getting washed. But I still couldn't go inside.

I left my baby 04 BMW X3 with Nelson and when I got the car back I couldn’t believe that it was my car! It looked like I went back to 2004 and bought it brand new. He got into all the nooks and crannies that I didn’t think twice of until he cleaned it. He was very attentive, took his time, and got my car looking so good. To achieve this I asked for the Complete Superior Package along with a Headlight and Trim Restoration. He explained the pricing to me very clearly and it was affordable and worth it 110%! I brought my outback to The Shop CT to get a lot of work done, it had sat for a couple years and was in rough shape to say the least. I had Nelson do a full clean on it and I'm blown away by the results. The car looks practically brand new. Quick, friendly, and efficient. Those are the words I would use to describe my experiences at Russell Speeder’s Car Wash. I’ve been an unlimited member for months now and I don’t regret signing up for the service. Yes, it’s about $40 a month, but if you visit more than a 3-4 times in a month you will certainly get the value for the price. Every time I approach the kiosk, there is a smiling face that waves hello to me and the staff helps keep the vacuum and detailing area stocked with everything you need to keep your vehicle looking great. They even have freebies at the kiosk gate. Air fresheners, cleaning wipes, and most importantly, doggie treats for your fur baby. How nice is that?!? Also, the unlimited car wash pass is actually unlimited. You can run your vehicle through the wash as many times in a day you’d like. I know other car wash places use the word unlimited, but you’re “limited” to one wash per day. If you’re looking for a place to wash and clean your vehicle, try Russell Speeder’s Car Wash. You’ll be glad you did!

I must say the team over at Detail Masters in Stratford, CT out did themselves with this one! I purchased this truck used from Fairfield Market Place and I knew it was going to be a project to help restore it back to a place where it looked like it came off the lot. I took it to a local detial car place when I got it, but the work they did was no where compared to the work Detail Masters did today! Top to bottom, inside out, every door, door knob, door hedge, carpet, seat, light fixture, you name it, if it was in the truck they were detailing it. I walked in shocked at the work they had put in. I dropped off one truck and got a whole new one. The team was so professional. They walked me through everything before I said let's move forward. They were very knowledgeable, and didn't come across like people just trying to sell me something. The first time I went the manager was very nice and accommodating. I signed up for the membership, and true to their word when I needed to get refunded for the months I didn’t use the membership, they gave me my refund without a problem. For their self service feature and membership, you have everything you need to clean your car spotless. It made washing my car kind of fun and certainly efficient .

DO NOT WASH HERE. I tried to get their middle-tier car wash as a one time thing, and the attendant, Eddie, told me they were running a promo for $19 instead of $22. What I didn’t realize was that not only was I charged $40 (more than double what I was told), but I was deceived into signing up for their monthly service. Their website requires all sorts of info to cancel the subscription, which they didn’t ask me for (because they were trying to be nonchalant about signing me up for this service), so I am unable to cancel my subscription online because my info doesn’t line up with theirs. Customer service number is fully automated and basically just tells you to go to the website (which doesn’t work). I will be disputing this charge and any future charges with my credit card. This car wash has extremely shady business practices and should not be trusted. Do not spend your money here.

Update 08/08/24 - No reply, no call - customer service does not matter - Hand wash.. Visited In June - Handwash?! well Barely cleaned inside. Windows were supposed to have been washed… i have streaks and now need to wash all windows again… not impressed. The outside is almost good though…. May have been just a bad time…Update one week later: Following the response from the "owner", I did call customer service and I am still waiting to hear back.. I just sent an email.. we will see...

Always pleased with Splash Car Wash, when pulling into the hand wash section, the woman that greets you and asks for what services for the car you want. She is so pleasant and always nice to see, I remember her from years ago, so I know this place is professional and great. Went there a couple of weeks ago and got the works done on my car. I have no complaints! I have not had my car washed in over a year, and once it was done, my car came back to life, the interior was exceptionally well done. I’m guilty of staring at my car too much once I was back home. So fresh and so clean. I will only use this splash location.

Extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at Negative109. The owner, Mike, was professional, knowledgeable, and very meticulous. Although I was aware of dry ice cleaning, this was the first time I had witnessed it in person. I was in awe through the entire process and could not believe how easily it removed the dirt from my engine bay. I also had a ton of adhesive on the underside of my hood from removing sound deadening material. It was on there for almost 7 years, so the adhesive was impossible to remove. I figured the dry ice cleaning would probably take it off, but couldn’t believe how clean it looked in just 5 minutes. Scrubbing that by hand with some type of adhesive remover would probably take days. The best part about dry ice cleaning is there is no mess and no anxiety about getting parts wet that shouldn’t get wet. Mike was extra careful to ensure no damage was done to any parts that were wrapped and he placed a large “blanket” over the engine bay when cleaning the hood. He’s a true car enthusiast and understands how much our cars mean to us and it truly shows in every aspect of how he runs his business. It was truly a pleasure to have Negative109 clean my engine bay and now I don’t have to be embarrassed about showing my engine bay at car events!
