I plan to sell my blue 2007 Lexus ES350 with the hope that John could get it looking a bit better before I list it for sale. The headlights were cloudy and yellow, my hood had a permanent haze of oxidation, the wheels had baked on brake dust, and I thought the interior could only be vacuumed as there was no saving it. My expectations were far too low. The shine on the hood looks new, the headlights are perfectly clear, the wheels look fantastic and he cleaned up stains and marks on the interior that I thought were beyond repair. All this for less than other car detailers in the area charge. You’d be silly if you didn’t give John a call for your truck or car. Don’t wait until you’re ready to get rid of it, either. I wish I did this a year ago so I could’ve enjoyed it myself! I was blown away when I saw what he had done.

Best car wash in Middletown they have everything u need to clean your car and there membership plans are great u come twice and it pays for itself if u have not been there I highly suggest that u try them out to sign up is really easy and it only costs u 5.32 for the first month

They have free vacuums for their customers. Also, the car cash is automatic, but not touch-less (I know some people prefer touch-less to avoid the potential for scratches in the paint). They give it a quick pre-cleaning before you enter the machine and afterwards, they wipe it down to help dry it when you exit. The staff is nice. I go through with my company van, and it comes out very well... I use the area Valvoline for oil changes on my work van and they often give out free carwash coupons for this carwash. A while ago, I went through the carwash for the first time in a long time and it looked like they had done and are doing some updates... They have monthly rates, which make it more affordable if you wash your vehicles often.

Brought my 2025 G80 M3 directly to his shop from dealership. Advised to go with Apex from a good friend. Jimmy and his crew waited until late for me to arrive as I was delayed which was very accommodating. Took 7 days but honestly they did an impeccable job with the xpel stealth (matte) PPF, ceramic and tints. Apex did an unbelievably great job with the PPf wrap. Edges tucked in. Have received so many compliments. My BMW dealership even stated they don’t have anyone in the area that does work like Apex. They did the grille change while they were there. Moreover Jimmy recommended some parts (reflector delete) and it looks better than I could have imagined. Great shop. Good communication. Will recommend for all to go there for your car detailing needs.

Seen a great deal of auto washes in my day. Here in New England and as far away as California. In fact years back I managed two reputable state car washes. Many car washes fail to periodically hose down their brushes or keep all the equipment on the line operating at top peak. Results soap remains on your vehicle. Water and streak lines afterwards. At Reflections you see your car as if it literally had an exterior detail. Its very important here in New England to attend to your vehicle with 4 seasons and various conditions. This isn't your typical car wash. Local residents know this. When you are in town stop by you will not be disappointed.

Decent car wash and well kept but ice cold water is not conducive to removing dirt. Sure, the powerful spray nozzles get surface dirt off but not the deep down stuff. I'd rate this car wash at the top if they'd only heat their water. Unfortunately that's rare and the one that did in Middletown is now closed.

Best detailing job I've ever seen on any car! My car looked better than the day I bought it from the dealership. All of the white dog hair was gone from my black interior, and the engine bay was literally sparkling. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone, and the car was ready when promised. Excellent, professional service, which is a nice surprise from most of the places that have lazy employees who do the bare minimum. I'll definitely be back again!

I love a clean car and have always obtained a monthly subscription as I frequent it throughout the week. While I do like this location, I do have some frequent gripes. The computer system is intermittent and 8/10 it does not register my car so I have to wait for the attendant to come out and help. And that’s if they actually come out and help. This morning I sat there for 10 minutes and could see employees in the office. No move to assist. I then called to see if that would help and no one answered the phone so I had to back out and decided I would just vacuum instead. Get to the vacuums and they’re not on. This is a frequent issue and no employees are around for you to speak to about it. You would think if they see customers at the vacuums or going through the wash, they would think to turn them on. Lastly, I love how they provide towels to wipe down for customers but they’re barely ever restocked. Great car wash, but man this stuff can be really infuriating especially when you pay a monthly fee.

So I signed up for a membership to see how they hold up against their rival in that area. "Purple elephant car wash" and they don't remotely compete! Car wash tunnel was nice and clean they offer vacuums and rags "if you can find one" in which it wasn't in my case, and that's it! That's all you get! Meanwhile purple elephant offers to towel dry and cleaning amenities for the same price. I would keep the membership if it was $10-15 a month for wash and vac only maybe they should rethink pricing. In short nice car wash convenient because they are located in more areas which is the plus however to expensive for what you get.

Mike is a great guy, he can tell if you're into detailing and he'll go into the nitty-gritty details with you (if you like). Great conversationalist. He's even offered me some advice that some detail shops would say is a "trade secret" so I can keep my cars pristine after the fact. I like going to M&M because I know they're taking care of the car and not just "wiping it down". A few years ago I bought a used Lexus and he showed me a pic of the dirty water from cleaning the interior. The dealership insisted it was "detailed". Not until M&M has it, I say! Splash Car wash is in a very convenient location near my house. I am always pleased with how clean my car looks after it is washed. I also like that they have complimentary cloths to wipe your car down, free air pumps, and a free mat room to clean your mats. My vehicle, purchased while living in UT, is an extension of me & my personality. And I take pride in this symbol of my freedom & individuality. So, it’s undoubtedly entrusted to the capabilities of Splash… the Cromwell edition. At other spots, my Ultimate Driving Machine would go in cleaner than when she came out. But my search is over. The way I maintain my car is habitual & a bit of a ritual. Key components are Jack and the team at Splash in Cromwell. The well maintained equipment facilitates a full and very thorough wash. SO clean. I keep fresh microfiber cloths in my trunk. That’s because I like to follow up with a thorough wipe down in one of many vacuum bays on site. Not esthetically necessary, but it brings me peace. Jack is like a new old friend with a shared passion for vehicles. It’s easy to see he is connected, invested, and present… and professional. To be clear, I live in Waterbury… but I stillI cruise on over to this particular Splash Car Wash. Worth every mile. Glad I chose the membership package.

Lee and his crew always go above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are looking great! I have had him put ceramic coating on my BMW and I absolutely love how the water beads off it and I am able to clean it much quickly no because not much sticks to it. I have also had his remove some scratches to my 2020 Pilot after someone swiped it and its looks so much better. The owner, Lee Wilcox, was responsive to all my inquiries. He is knowledgeable about his craft. My 2019 Lexus UX 250 looks better than I drove it off the lot. I spend a lot of time in my car due to my long commute to work therefore I tend to snack a lot. We bring all of our cars here to be washed. They are quick, efficient, friendly and good at what they do. They wash and then hand towel dry. I was a little leery about bringing my car in to be detailed, but I knew it had to be done.... so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome!! And will 100% be bringing my vehicle back, the process took about 5 hours so I left my car for the day. The prices are extremely competitive. (For context I have two small children and 2 big dogs, so as you can imagine the dirt build up and dog hair in the vehicle was more than unruly.)

I am extremely happy with the detailing that Shawn did. He kept communication going, since we were unsure of what the weather would be. He is very meticulous, careful and a pleasure to do business with. Pictures cannot do a justice. I will be calling him back for my 6-month detail. I wish I would have taken a picture of my headlights before the restoration, all I can say is Wow!!!! That was well worth the money. I had sap on my roof a bit on the side and the back of my car, but the front hood was covered. He took his time and it looks better than I thought it could. Happy customer!!!!!!!
