Due to sunroof clog the headliner to my Nissan Rogue had a lot of water stains. Jason did an amazing job detailing inside of car…everything is spotless and I was truly surprised that he washed & waxed vehicle also. For the quality of work done you would expect to pay a lot more.

Late last night I went through the car wash. I had to wash it by hand because the truck is too high for automatic. I spent over $15 scrubbing and washing the truck. I pre-washed it, then use the brush, then I wash all the soap off and cleaned itfrom what I could see it look good but I got up this morning and it looks like crap

Great car wash spot and everything functions as it should…for the most part! I like coming here on Saturday to wash my car but hate when the machine steals money from me and this seems to be a recurring problem. Last week it took 3 dollars and every time I would press “END” it wouldn’t stop. Other then that its a great spot to wash your car and they got plenty of room for you to dry and meticulously clean your car after.

Lee and his crew always go above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are looking great! I have had him put ceramic coating on my BMW and I absolutely love how the water beads off it and I am able to clean it much quickly no because not much sticks to it. I have also had his remove some scratches to my 2020 Pilot after someone swiped it and its looks so much better. They are masters at the craft and constantly researching and learning new products and methods. Highly recommended if you want Attention To Detail on your vehicle!!

The owner, Lee Wilcox, was responsive to all my inquiries. He is knowledgeable about his craft. My 2019 Lexus UX 250 looks better than I drove it off the lot. I spend a lot of time in my car due to my long commute to work therefore I tend to snack a lot. I could not believe how spotless the interior was showing no signs of the crumbs from popcorn, almonds, fries and candy I know existed. The exterior was equally amazing. The management is terrible and not helpful AT ALL. Lied to me about not having numbers to people above him but yet i had to wait to talk to him because he was on the phone with his boss....... OK..... My tire got slashed on their track and the manager treated it like it was nothing i even showed him pictures of the yellow scuffs on my Mercedes rim that matched the track.. these tires are not cheap let alone the rims... i will be finding a corporate number.. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

Was across the street eating and just had to come check this wash out. Wash was good, equipment and property very clean. Staff was friendly and all had smiles on. Have to buy a car wash to use the free vacuums and air guns, but I love that. Other washes attract so many people by offering free vacuums to anyone, paying customers and non-paying customers. This way works better in my opinion. Thanks for a great experience and a very clean car!

Had an appointment this morning. I was told he would get me in at 10. He double-booked, which can happen. Unfortunately he tried to say I didn't understand him. I specifically asked when I could bring my vehicle in so that I could wait there. He said that he figured I would "drop it off" and that a number of people "just don't show up for their appointment". Needless to say, I brought it to another location and got right in, and am satisfied now. I don't recommend this place.

I usually like these centers. Put in 16 quarters in stall 3, nothing happened, put another 2 thinking an error on my part - nothing. Still needed a wash so spent another $4.50 in stall 1 - worked ok. Called the phone number 5-6 times over the period of 3 days and no answer :(

Fantastic tint job. This is the 2nd car we have brought to have tinted, and each time they do a great job. I brought it in at 1:30, and it was done by 4:30. Quick, easy, and very good customer service. Super friendly and a great price for tints. I highly recommend this place. 👌

I have had countless vehicles tinted in my lifetime and Get In Detail is absolutely phenomenal. Every single aspect of the experience has been top tier. Their communication is fast, they use the best film on the market and have invested the money in equipment to CNC cut the film onsite to fit your car exactly. The owner “Americo” is professional, respectful and incredibly talented. During the install, they took extensive measures to protect the interior of my vehicle and wiped the entire car down after completion. The attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. The film was installed on every window of my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance including the roof using Xpel ceramic film which does an AMAZING job at keeping my interior cool and protected from UV. Juan did the installation flawlessly. There is absolutely no contamination under the film and the gap along the top of the window is so perfectly positioned, the only visible glass is the rounded edge. Perfection.

I spent a lot of time looking into different car detailers, and landed on Cheshire Detailing after seeing so many positive reviews. And I have to say, I was highly disappointed in this detail job. Now I know my car isn't brand new, and I wasn't expecting it to look new, but there was a lot of stuff inside that was never wiped down or cleaned. I found a lot of stuff left on the doors, knobs, and other parts of the car. It honestly felt like the car was lightly wiped down, but not deep cleaned. Maybe I just have really high standards, but when I pay someone who does this for a living, I expect it to look better then what I could have done. I wouldn't come back to this place and I left feeling like wasted money and could have just done it myself.

I brought my 2013 BMW X3 to diagnose several problems that different workshops could not repair. At Tysautoworks they understood my situation where I invested more than 4k to repair the car and I no longer had much budget. They took the time to get to the fault and although due to the cost of the part I did not carry out the repair, they were very honest, persevering and meticulous in making a good diagnosis. Today's wash was like getting a good rinse in the rain. I cancelled my monthly membership two months ago, because the back lift gate never looks clean, window is still dirty. My front grill looks the same as started. This is what $25.00 gets you. You may want to clean your car yourself.

I wasn't very impressed with the full-service cleaning. I had already used their free vacuums to get my car fairly clean but there were still crumbs in the cupholder, on the seat, and the dash wasn't super clean. I get that it isn't that much money, but it isn't worth any money, really. I would pay double just to get a decent job. Someone from the company has reached out to me now. I plan to go there tomorrow to see how they do. I’ll modify my review after. I went back by the next day and they did run the vacuum through it again. Even after the re-vacuuming there was still stuff in the trays and I just didn’t feel like dealing with it. I came back to work, got a small little nylon brush and vacuum, and spent literally two minutes getting the rest of the stuff out of the trays. It just isn’t that hard, guys. I’m not looking for a detail, I’m just trying to figure out what the extra money is for. There’s four or five places on Colony Road so I’ll definitely be going to a different one next time.

Have to say I was extremely disappointed with the inside cleaning service. Outside was also trash but the inside of my car looked like it was barely done, like just a quick wipe of the dash with lots of dust and gunk remaining. I would never go back to this place !! Wish there was a negative star!!! The second picture was after I asked them for a rag and spray to do it myself but they still insisted and still managed not to get the job done ! $30 down the drain!!!
