Gotham Auto Works never fails to impress me. I have gotten multiple tints done by them and every time they do a phenomenal job. Both of my BMW’s had 20% tints and multiple details on both of my cars. Visited this business for a simple shop vac of my trunk from which I was getting a funky smell. Got my car back, it appeared to smell nice and perfumed, and I was happy with the service. Over the next few days, the smell slowly started coming back. I’ve tried to reach out to the owner 4 different times over a span of 2 weeks to bring my car in for another cleaning, because perhaps he may have missed a spot - for which I was ready to pay once again for another deeper cleaning. He has ignored all of my attempts to contact him and still hasn’t made any attempt to reach back out. I’ve bit the bullet and wanted to investigate the issue on my own and found the culprit. There was an unacceptable amount of the grime/spill still hidden in the trunk. On a customer service and the provided service basis, I do not recommend this place.

After my car was recently stolen and trashed—I brought it to Ultimate Touch on a few recommendations. Not only did they manage to get the car in quick, they cleaned everything to make it look and smell fresh again. Monthly membership is worth it if you go regularly. They are quick. I typically don't wait too long, but the last 2 visits, 1 line. This makes a longer wait.

Don’t ever come here when the line is to the road! It takes over an hour and a half just to get to the door to get your car washed! Ridiculous! They also need better signs for which lane is touchless for us first comers!! When it finally got to be my turn I voiced my concern about having a sign at the entrance and he said there was one there. When I left I looked and there was no sign there. They really need a sign there saying that hitch lane is for what service. I will not be returning.

BEST CAR WASH in the area by far. I have a pickup truck and everywhere I've gone it never comes out clean this is the first place where I was very impressed with the job they do, they take there time and wash the entire truck even the roof, they clean the door jambs and it comes out looking beautiful every time. Definitely worth the wait ! This is the only place where I will ever take my vehicles to. They are very thorough and professional. Keep up the great work and attitude. You girls rock !

5 star rating for the awesome job vrd customs did on my 2017 Tundra . Full color change with pure ppf film. The attention to detail was better than i ever imagined. Mark and Al treated my truck as if it was a $200k Ferrari !! They communicated with me from start to finish and answered any questions or concerns I had. I’ve been in the automotive business for over 35 years and have seen it all. These guys are the best at what they do. Truly masters of there art. Would highly recommend to anyone needing ppf film, or vinyl wrap and tinting on there prized possession.

I payed for the monthly membership and the first time I go to use it, they do a very poor job on it. Spent 40 dollars just to get home and wash the car myself cause the people that works there only wipe down your car for a few minutes and tell you to go. I won’t ever be coming back in this place

Scary homeless looking people working there, garbage laying around and bugs crawling all over the register area. I was so creeped out by this place. On top of all that, my car didn't shine and interior spots were missed. I will NEVER go back to this cash only establishment. Time to retire old man.

Honestly disappointed with the job that was done. Outside was somewhat, clean yet there was still crap on the outside so even then that wasnt too great. Interior looked like a hot greasy mess. The 'seat wax' or whatever they put on the interior stained my clothes.. Floor was not vacuumed well at all. And they didnt even vaccum my trunk. Car was still dirty after leaving.. wont ever go here again.

I am strongly disappointed with the service given by this car wash. I paid $50 for a deep clean, just to be given my car back with my dash being scratched up. Once told the manager he says it was not them but I 100% know my car did not have those scratches on the dash and basically was given no resolution at all. So be careful because clearly if they do something to your vehicle they will not hold accountable for their actions nor try to give any type of resolution for such discontent from the customer.

Danny is a real Metal artist! I saw him in action and couldn’t believe how much experience and expertise is required to get to a perfect result. He took care of a dent on my hood and one on the door of my wife’s car and you can’t see where it was before .They both look like new.It is definitely an art and Danny has mastered it. I would and will recommend him to anybody that needs small or big dent removed ! Best around.. I was referred to Danny from my detailed and body shop guy to get some small dents repaired on my 24 Volkswagen Tiguan. I had the car paint protection filmed and was worried i would need to have it replaced. Danny Assured me he would be able to fix it and not harm the ppf and I'm telling you he killed it. I was referred to Nelson by a friend. I had two vehicles that I needed to get detailed. The pilot was severely neglected before I got it. The Civic was in good condition but needed attention. I called Nelson on a weekend evening and he messaged me to let me know he received my message and would be calling in the morning. The drop of process was super easy with a night key drop. Because of my schedule I had to pick up the cars on Sunday, instead of leaving them outside Nelson insisted on having them protected inside so they stayed clean because it was going to rain. He came down on his day off to meet me at the shop so I could get my vehicles. As for the quality of Nelson's work it's amazing. Black vehicles show flaws very easily Nelson restored the paint on both vehicles to a deep deep luster. The interiors surfaces are so clean you could eat off the floors, dash and seats. He puts his all into his craft and the results speak for themselves. If you need detailing services don't look anywhere else! Give Nelson a call.

I’ve had many details done on several cars, but none as thorough and meticulous as Nelson did just last week on my wagon. The car had been used a lot in the last couple months as canine transportation for a yellow lab. When I picked the car up, there wasn’t a single dog hair visible. Inside and out, it was the best detailing I’ve seen. And Nelson himself is just a great guy - affable and easy to communicate with for scheduling. Al was the most incredible detailer I could find. He is persistent, polite, and professional! He made sure my car looked brand new, even better than off of the lot and even helped answer any car questions I had. His work is impeccable. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars. We got a full interior detail, a minimal exterior detail, engine detail, and headlight restoration. The job was BEAUTIFULLY done and Al worked so hard all day for such a reasonable price. I absolutely recommend him to anyone in the New York area! I am trying to add photos to show how amazing it is and hopefully google posts them properly!

Amazing experience at Brothers! Entered around the back of the gas station, nice price range, no line, paid with a debit card (got to add tip via card which was nice!), stayed in the car as two guys hand washed it then drove through the rinse cycle. If you are getting an interior clean once you park to get the car dried you get out here (didn’t know this oops) and then they go to townnn on the interior clean! For an exterior and interior clean it was $27. Would definitely go back!

To be fair, John was a nice guy, easy to communicate with. This however does not speak to the quality of service. I attempted to guide this business in providing the best service possible by initially opting in for the highest cleaning package, after going inside the office I noticed another higher rank of internal cleaning service, so then I opted in for that as well to make sure the car is thoroughly clean inside and out. When they were done cleaning the car, I gave a quick glance inside: the vacuuming and dashboard, molding, seats were in a very bad shape (as if the was no attempt to clean it at all). I did point these out with a focus at minimum to take care of the seats which I specified multiple times that if extra payment is required just let me know but I need the car clean (not once was I asking for free service). John then took it upon himself focusing on the seats for which I paid additional $20 and another $15 in tips (thus far $55+$20+$15=$90). It was enough of trying to get them to do the job right so I decided to take the loss and walk away, respectfully and without complaining. I stopped at the nearest gas station because not all the mats were put back in place. When I put the mats on, I noticed missing one of the mats. So I went back to only get a response that they cannot find it (that is within 10 minutes of leaving the place). Really had good expectations of this place from the reviews here in google and from initially meeting John, but came out with a $90 expense to only have a car needing vacuuming, cleaning and a loss of one matt. Had I not tried extra hard in being a good customer and trying to give business and guiding them to provide what I was paying to get as a service, I would have given 2-3 stars, but having them fail to do so even after all I tried and loose one of the mats, it is not acceptable and has made me very disappointed to a point of needing to write this review.

They were so dam aggressive with the car. The people that where drying my car where standing on the seats to dry the top of the car. Also they were slamming the door shut so aggressively , water got in my car. Overall never coming back here again.

Complete with animatronic robots and everything 😁 On day one here, the staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a exterior-only car wash, but they include all the ingredients, tools, etc. you would need to take care of your interior as well. They will even help you dry your car, clean your windows, vacuum, etc. at the numerous self-serve stations, if you'd like. To the Russell Team: get in touch with us about your Google Business listing! It is plagued with negative reviews from the former owner. Super friendly and on point. Once you pull out of the car wash and you want to dry your car and get the cleaning, someone will walk over to you and either help you or walk you through all the things that they have to detail your vehicle. Each time I have visit this car wash there’s a very polite gentleman by the name of Tim. He’s amazing. First time I wash my vehicle, he came over and quickly provided me great information and even insisted to help me clean my vehicle. However, I don’t know about you but for myself, I like to take my time and clean my vehicle. I keep telling myself I have to write a review about this place and this polite gentleman. I just haven’t had the chance to, but today I went back and what do you know Tim was there again and he came over and provided his willingness to help and made me feel very comfortable. Mind you I was in a different car, but that goes to show he’s serving the community and it feels great to know that if I ever did need help Tim and other staff will shuffle over to ask if there’s anything they can do. Thank you for making this my home car wash and being great each time!

Do not go here!! This place is terrible! I brought my new to me (2021 Volkswagen) there for a standard oil change recently. I drove off and white smoke immediately came out of my exhaust. The mechanic and on site manager walked over to where I pulled over and then tried to say that it wasn’t oil related. He even supposedly checked the oil multiple times. When I checked the oil it was very obviously overfilled. They tried to get me to drive my car back over so they could drain some oil out. Obviously I didn’t do that and I had it towed to the dealership where it was confirmed to be overfilled by 2 Quarts, will oil all over the engine. I contacted the owner Ken, and he originally agreed to refund the cost of the oil change I paid to his shop as well as the cost of the bill at the dealership. Until it was time to pay. Ken decided he only needed to reimburse me for the difference. He avoids phone calls and texts messages and taking responsibility for the mistakes made at his facility. I would not recommend going to this establishment ever! Terrible customer service Terrible mechanics and total disrespect simply because I am a woman.

This place sucks. I have never been treated worse anywhere. Had an issue with an employee where it appeared everything was on camera. Only some of it was and there was no audio. Despite another witness they took the side of the employee and told ME not to return. Panache down the road is better for a car wash and Goodyear next door is better for all of your car needs. Screw this place.

I went to get a car wash there using my credit card in the summer. A gentleman was waiting near the kiosk for the payment telling me that he needed to do it for me since it wasn’t working properly. I gave him my card and off I went and got my car wash. That was in June, now three months later, I did not realize that my card was enrolled in a monthly car wash subscription. I’ve been paying for service that I did not sign up for! This is an absolutely unacceptable business practice so please be careful if you go there!! I will try to dispute the charges and update at a later time. This is the follow up review. After discussing the issue with the manager, he told me that he would contact his boss and get back to me. He did say that I would probably not get all of the money back even though his records indicated that I never went back to get a car wash there after that initial date. But then a week later he did a call me to say that they would be refunding the whole amount, so I’m glad that the whole issue has been resolved!

Idea of cleaning the windshield was told to use the windshield wipers. They dry your car with a dirty rag. The car came out with dirt i had to wipe it down again. The rims brake dust all over them I had to clean them by hand. This is not the first time I brought in 5 cars in the last 2 days which all have the monthly plans. Or should I say used to I plan on canceling them tonight. This morning I brought in a brand new car 2 months old came out with spits all over the chrome and rims. I do not have a monthly plan on this one I paid $15 for just the outside I should have went to sparkles on main Street and paid the $15 there which includes interior as well. I plan on switching all my cars to the other carwash first thing in the am. Yes longer wait but I have to protect my investment as well. My recommendation to the owner hire staff that care and maybe you will get more business. Recommendation to other consumers stay away. Not worth the $$$

What can I say about the level of professionalism from this place. Harry & Sabrina run a grade A shop here. Harry's attention to detail when it comes to detailing vehicles is hands down the best in the game. I have brought both my vehicles to him and have not been disappointed at all. They offer a wide variety of services and for the price you can not go wrong with any of them. I opted for the Ultimate Detail Package which included an exterior and interior cleaning. The cars came out better then when i bought them off the showroom floor. You have to go to this place!!! My car was cleaner than the day I drove it off the lot and this is not an exaggeration, Honda gave me the car (I bought it lightly used) it had some major stains on the back seats they said they “tried but couldn’t get the stains out” well these guys did they’re almost completely gone aside from a small spot! I had spilled a smoothie on the front seat, had lots of crumbled leaves and dirt all over the floor, and paw prints from the dog after going in the River. 🥴 Now My car is sparkling from the inside out and smells amazing I could not be happier. The staff is super polite and friendly as well!! Definitely bring your car here you will not regret it.
