I have been to this car wash once, this is my second time. I must say the first time it was great so I decided to come again. Now, today it was horrible. I paid $29.9& plus $30 extra for a wax that took 45 mins to wash my car. I’m sorry but even my nails take longer than that. Well my car was still dirty I had to flag an employee to have him clean my car to find the manager was the one who cleaned my car was very shocking. I have pictures of my car he didn’t even wipe down the dashboard until I asked the employee just blows my mind. My trunk didn’t even get vacuum as you can see the back of my seats are still dirty. Wow for $60 I didn’t expect this type of car wash. Took a picture of the receipt so you can see I paid at 0846 and at 0950 I was at home taking pictures . So upsetting. Would have wished the owner was present. Thank you for reaching out.

Saw this store pop up on my instagram. The store is small but packs in a lot good brands that I know and some that are new to me. I would say i am a weekend warrior enthusiast when is come to detailing. This store has now been added to my rotation. I came looking for something specific and was greeted with options and also walked out with some recommend products. Maybe next visit I can’t take some pictures from inside the store to add to my reviews.

If you are contemplating making the decision I highly recommend choosing Jon! He is a very knowledgeable down to earth person! He has very fair pricing and is honest based off of your needs. I got the premium combo detail on both my car and my wife's car on the same day. He was punctual and answered any questions I had in regards to services. He has great attention to detail when it comes to the services he provides and even gives great aftercare advice on the vehicle if you get the ceramic coating. Without a doubt the best experience I have had with a detailer and will definitely be using his services in the future! Definitely worth every penny! I have a 37’ travel trailer that was in dire need of repair. It had been sitting in the Arizona sun for quite some time and the oxidation had taken over. Im a regular customer of Strategic’s, they wash my Airstream monthly and hand wax bi-annually along with the hand waxing of my truck and cars. The only guys I’m willing to let wash that shiny trailer because of their knowledge regarding the Airstreams. They’ve always been on time and are very efficient, I’m always happy with the end result and it’s done in a timely fashion. They are my go to for the day before sometimes the day of my camping trips so I can roll up looking clean! Thank you guys!

Didn’t have the best experience a few times now, I usually get the top wash $16.99. The dryer roll is hit and miss, this time the scrub roller did not drop down, leaving the top of my car and windshield dirty. I had to take my car down to Arco as I never have issues there. It's not fun paying for two car washes.

I had posted an earlier review a few years ago, I decided to remove it and rewrite it. First off, the water wizard when it's not closed usally works as intended. Prices are pretty low but don't expect a super detailed result. Starts at $6 for the Deluxe wash and definitely did what it had to. There used to be an express package that didn't include the blower but I guess they did away with that. The manual Bays work as they should. I applied a decent layer of spot free water, and it mostly did just that: left no obvious signs of spotting. One thing I don't like is the "Carpet Wizard" machines. They are extremely confusing to operate and the one I used didn't have the timer display working which meant it was a mystery how much time I had. Some instructional signage would be nice. If you are in a budget, this will definitely get you by most likely. But don't set high expectations

Christian applied the ceramic coat to our 2020 Ford Ranger when we purchased it new and we were extremely happy with the finished product. So much so when we purchased our 2024 Hyundai Tucson we had him ceramic coat the Tucson as well as a tune-up application on the Ranger. He also treated and detailed the interiors. He is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. About 2 months after the application on the Ranger, the vehicle was covered in overspray paint from my husband’s work. Christian retreated the entire vehicle at a very reasonable price bringing it back to perfect condition. He is great to work with and very reliable, I recommend him highly and without hesitation. Well worth the money if you care about your vehicle.

I had some major issues with swirls in my clear coat after my wife hired "a guy from Facebook" to detail my all black 2017 4runner. Luckily, I found Hector's services to correct the damage that had been done by the unprofessional guy from Facebook. Hector communicates very well with his clients and gives a detailed explanation on the work he's going to do on your vehicle. Black is a real pain in the butt to keep from scratching/swirling but Hector managed to get my clear coat nearly swirl free after an 8 hour day as promised, of course. I highly recommend his services!

Friendly staff but poor work quality. Although it seems like they vacuumed, I looked at my cameras recordings of the cleaning and the single staff member spent less than 4 minutes cleaning the car. however; I was in the waiting room for just under an hour. I didn’t expect amazing results for 30 dollars but about ten dollars a minute seems a bit steep for the quality of clean I got. I drove home and cleaned it myself. Reminder: these are photos from after their detailing.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY I PAID for the best wash possible and ended up with the worse wash! I called the manager over due to car not being cleaned correctly. The manager persisted to argue with me and give me attitude without offering any resolution to the poor job. Bottom line I paid for the best wash and got a rinsed off car with bird droppings,bug splatter on the grill, greasy car ( conditioning), dusty,water marks. Manager said " go somewhere else and get it washed you want me to spend 2 hrs on your vehicle for $25 an hr I'm not gonna do that" This was all INFRONT OF EVERYONE!

Visited the other day and was blown away by the customer service! The manager greeted me upon arrival and was telling me about the quality of brushes and products they use. He even brought a dog treat for my fur baby!! He also hooked me up with a microfiber towel and dashboard wipe. I’m usually very picky about where I take my car and was happy I stopped by! The price is comparable to the other car washes in the area, the highest tier being $18.They have vacuums and air nozzles available. The vacuum has a flat tip on it and was able to get the dog hair off the seats very quickly. It is hard to get the little spots in between the seat and the floor but I made do with it. The air nozzles are very strong and work quite well. Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by, I think my car looks great! 😊

I really like the car wash on County Line Road in Yucaipa. The prices are very reasonable and the equipment really cleans your car nicely and it doesn't beat it up I was very impressed and that's why I'm planning on going when I needed my car washed the place is fairly new I know it's only been there no more than four or five months I don't think but I think you'll enjoy having the car washed and the price is great. And the staff is really very helpful.

OMG!! This is the best car wash in town! My favorite part is that it is a touchless car wash. No scratchy brushes or abrasive towels touching your car. It is all done by power washing. It also has a drying feature at the end of the car wash. There is also ample space for you to use their vacuums to clean out the inside of your car. It is a great value for a full service car wash. Highly recommend.

I drive down from Beaumont to come to this carwash due to it being the only fully automatic touch less carwash in my area and it’s great during the summer months when I don’t feel like hand washing it the only issue that I have is the dryer but it’s a pretty good non scratch carwash for the price would recommend if your trying to get a cheap carwash without the paint swirls

I called inquiring if they did duct tape removal- I had quite a bit it duct tape on my trunk due to having had a broken windshield. Neil explained the removal process and any possible negative outcomes thoroughly. I also inquired about their interior and exterior detailing and he explained both of those and the different "levels" and the main differences between them. I settled for the more expensive exterior detail and adhesive removal for the duct tape, and let me tell you... I absolutely got what I paid for. My car has never looked cleaner! They got the duct tap off completely with zero residue, and they were even able to remove a couple of scuffs/make them less noticeable, too! The pricing was extremely reasonable for the outcome. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!
