When I finally saw my car, it looked like it belonged in a showroom. The exterior was perfect, and the interior was impeccable. While mobile detailing might offer convenience, there's a replacement for having the proper lighting and all the tools to clay bar, polish, and wax a car. Not to mention how clean the inside barrel of the rim was, and the thorough steam cleaning of the interior. If you need some serious car TLC, this place is a must.

Shine Detailing came as a recommendation to me and I couldn’t be happier. I am particular about my vehicles and was looking for a shop that would do good work and take pride in what they do, well I found that shop. Kelly and his team are very professional, kind and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right. I was looking to get some paint correction and ceramic coating done and I also had some small dents that needed to be taken care of. All of those things were done and the truck came out looking very nice. I recommend anyone who is looking to get detail work done on their vehicles to use Kelly and the Shine Detailing team. Nate did a fantastic and meticulous High-Quality job with Cristalizing my newest TESLA Model S PLAID. Car looks awesome and I know the highest quality job because Ive done it myself to my previous TESLA cars, so I know how it is supposed to be done. It is certainly much better job then most of so called “Professional” jobs. Nate did more then professional quality job, he added personal touch to very details necessary to achieve stunning looks of paint and glass and all the trim. Alfonso is the worst customer service guy at this car wash. He set the wrong expectation with me that he will clean the tree sap off my car. He tried to charge me extra for it and never cleaned any of the tree sap. Then when I told him about it, he said not to come back here again because he can’t have customers like me at this car wash. I can’t believe he had the audacity to deny me service when I never once disrespected him and only kindly told him that the tree was not removed. Something he attempted to charge me extra for. Beyond rude. They also left a ton of spots on my car that I was able to clean myself with a towel after they were done. Alfonso needs to be fired asap. Horrible example of customer service. Learn to be kind and don’t turn people away just because you can’t do your job.

Really great service! And good prices! Left some slight water marks on the body, hardly noticiable. Except on my sunroof, the sunroof was covered in them which i found weird bc none of my other windows had water marks on them, not sure if they charge extra for sunroof services or what lol. Overall pretty good tho for the exterior. The interior was very well vacuumed!

Wow, I was really impressed by Auto Fresh Service. Amir cleaned my car entirely. Have been bringing 2 cars here for at least 5 years. They generally do a good job on the outside and interior. The prices are fair for what you get. What they don't do well is interior windows. If the inside of the windshield was in good shape you should be OK. But if it is in need of a decent cleaning be prepared for disappointment.

High cost, low quality. I’ve gotten much better washes elsewhere for a lower price. Lots of water spots left on the windows and they left a noticeable bit of grime on the front hood and in the window creases. Not worth the $25 I spent. Would recommend Yorba Country Car Wash where I typically go instead—they have coupons and better prices… and they’ll actually clean your car.

A day before leaving the country on Military leave my car had a mishap. I googled the nearest place and thank God it was Car Medic. Dina and the folks here took care of me. Not only did she reassure me but handled all of the insurance part and kept me updated while I was gone, making the process smooth. They diligently repaired my car and even took the time to do a walk around to find small dents to fix I’d never seen. Lastly the detail they did on the inside and outside was remarkable. The interior was brand new looking! On the exterior they paint corrected the black top and got rid of all those swirls. All for less than I had been quoted for in the past. 10/10 recommend and will be back for interior/exterior details in the future. Thank you Dina and Car Medic!

Got rear ended on the 91eastbound and had my car towed to the nearest auto shop near the crash site, which turned out to be Car Medic. Dina helped me and was very helpful and informative with my options. She and Sergio genuinely wanted to help and cared about my best interests and not their own. I think a common issue with many shops is that you don't know if they're out to help you or out to get your wallet... It was refreshing to interact with someone as genuine as Dina, and after chatting a bit, she even offered to help me find a replacement for my totalled car. Very nice and honest people who deserve all the business they get.

This location charged me $6 for use of the vacuum. The price says $1.50! I'm trying to figure out how to get reimbursed or do I stop using this carwash all together?

Seemed clean and pressure was enough to get bugs and dirt off decently enough. I had driven to town from out of state for work and needed to get bugs off my vehicle before the acid could set into the clear coat. The spotless rinse mode did a pretty good job at not leaving water marks after a thorough rinse of the vehicle and not taking any drying action; this could’ve been helped by existing protection I have on the vehicle already though in my experience water spots can still be left behind. There were signs indicating to not dry the vehicle in the bay, though in hindsight that probably applied only to touching up spots with a drying towel since there is also an air hose that seems like it can be used for drying; I did not attempt to use it though would try if I come here again.

Highly recommend. Charvy showed up on time and got to work right away. Did a great on my truck which really dirty and needed a lot of work. I have an SUV and he got everything off the roof. He worked really hard and it was a great value. I highly recommend him.

I paid $152 for wash wax and cleaning rubber mats. The outside of my veh was beautiful, as was the cabin. However; the rear was not vacuumed nor was the mat washed. I'm not happy, as our furbaby vomited on it on our way home from northern California. That's a lot of money to spend on this. Admittedly, we had a folding chair and a coat in the back, but we weren't told that would be a deterrence. Smh

I visited Masterson's Car Care store in Anaheim, CA and was very impressed with the store selection, the merchandise layout, and most of all the salesmanship of Greg and his staff members, especially Leilani who offered me a cold bottle of water when I arrived. While I was there, I noticed how diligently she worked to keep the store neat and clean. Greg was most helpful in showing me around the store and giving me product selection advice from his vast amount of knowledge based on his years of professional detailing experience. If you are going to be in or near Southern California, a trip to Masterson's Car Care in Anaheim will be well worth your time.

Honestly would give it a 10 star I’m not the type to leave reviews but for being my first time i definitely have to , I went in on thanksgiving hoping a detailing supply store was open I called mastersons car care the manager happened to answer and he was nice enough to drive down to the store to open it up for me he was very professional and knows what he’s talking about when it comes down to what you’re looking for and may need I went in looking to buy 1 drying towel I came out with a few extra things lol place is very well organized customer service is on point glad I found this shop I would recommend you coming by if you care about taking care of ur cars paint and interior

Mason always delivers! Called him a few weeks back to extract our bar stools. They came out looking great so I asked if he could clean my car seats and vacuum the floors. Unsurprisingly, the results were fantastic! He’s very detail oriented and won’t take any shortcuts when it comes to ensuring the end product is as pristine as possible. As a bonus, he was even able to wash my motorcycle, despite his expertise being primarily with cars and trucks. He’s a great guy and backs up his claims with exceptional service. 10/10 recommend his services and I WILL be calling him for my next car wash!

Quick oil change. Wouldn’t recommend car wash here though, waste of time and money. Gonna have to go back and clean myself. Thought they would have at least the decency to clean the simple things for as long as they had my car, I guess not. Came first thing in morning and expected better, especially in OC.

If there were 5 0's to give that's what they would get. Came today and one of the driver's fooled around with my key-fob and it screwed with the alarm system causing it to shut down. I was there an hour trying to get it to move out of the vacuum area. I know things happen but what really gets me is the Asian owner accepted no responsibility and no apologies. Clearly there were no issues when I got there. I've come here for years. That's the end. This is an example of what this country has come to be, especially dealing with the business side of things, no responsibility, accountability and noone is apologetic for their mistreatment of consumers. People are being taken advantage of and for granted!!! etc...

I recently inherited a car from a family member who unfortunately smoked cigarettes in it. It made it unbearable to be in it for too long without the windows having to be down. I have a child and we like to car camp, so it was super important to me to get the smell and as much smoke residue out as possible. Anthony was super communicative throughout the whole process. From the initial scheduling, to the process and the pickup. When I saw the job he did…AMAZING is an understatement. The car is almost 10 years old and was showing some age. It was dull and dirty and literally looks BRAND NEW now. From the plastic to the headlights, to the mats and upholstery ..he is truly a miracle worker. There is now zero smoke smell and everything is sparkling 🥹Anthony’s attention to detail is unreal. There was no part of my car that was overlooked. Nothing but 5 stars for Paul! The second I stepped into his shop you can see the difference but most importantly the vibe is great! His employees are always looking happy not to mention his 3 sons help him detail which is so rare nowadays, so it’s super awesome to see. Paul offers Stek tint, I opted for 30% on the sides and 70% on the windshield. Looks amazing with nice and shaved edges and a classy look. If you are looking for a personable business owner who cares for your car just as much as you do Paul is the man!
