I have been a loyal customer of FiveStar Car Wash in Woodland since day one, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Today, there was no one at the check-in point, and I waited for 5 minutes before honking to get attention. A lady eventually stepped outside and started yelling at me, saying she was the only one helping inside and would be back. How was I supposed to know she was the only one inside? Another employee then came out to assist with my check-in, and I mentioned the lady had yelled at me. She came back out and started yelling again. When I proceeded to the car wash, an employee began spraying my car, but then abruptly stopped after another staff member said something to him. The car wash I received was subpar, likely due to the earlier incident. This experience lacked basic customer service and professionalism, which is unacceptable. I expect better from FiveStar Car Wash.

Bought the most expensive full detail (interior and exterior) and left with the car still covered in bugs. See images. Also some sort of glue, plus wiping marks all over. When I realized the issues and brought it back right away, they decided to argue things like “we don’t clean the front grill during a detail”. Really, for $329 plus tips, you don’t clean the grill? Embarrassing. I can’t believe they let it off their lot looking like this. They were argumentative and rude instead of just fixing the problem. Will never be back.

Super friendly and helpful and most of all knowledgeable people! Prices are at or below online based on my purchases. I am a novice taking care of a few classics I have and was turned on to Ivan’s by a young man who I had a paint correction done by on my 69 Shelby, he didn’t it at Ivan’s under Ivan’s supervision. today this auto repair center charged 120$ for just fill the air of one tire. Not fair. Not reasonable. I had the same problem fixed for free at another auto shop before. So I know it is not fair. I still paid the 120$, but I am not feeling good. Certainly, will not come back. Initially, the front lady told me if it is a simple fix, then it will be much lower than the estimated 140$. Then the front lady left work, and a new guy charge me 140$ even though he knows they just filled air for one tire. I watched them filled the air too. I asked for a discount, then he only gave me 20$ off , but I still feel the $120 for just filling the air is way too high. They could have told me to fill it myself (I know how to fill air myself). I offered paying $60, but the guy refused to change the amount. So I told him that I will never came back again. My car had the same issue before, another auto repair shop checked it quickly for free. If they can refund me $60, I am willing to change the one-star review to five stars. I have given many honest reviews for other businesses in the past, this one I must be honest too. Fortunately, there is a thing called google review, where I can share my experience with others so that people can learn from my experience and avoid being treated unfairly.

To keep it brief, this place sucks. I’m an out of town-er and have been going to the same shop in Benicia, CA for over 10 years. They charged me almost $1000 for tie rod/control arm replacement and I brought them the PARTS! Never do they listen to what you say, constantly treating you like a dumb person. They know how to work but I would call them scam artist! 0/5 DO NOT GO HERE!

I recently took my Mercedes to Royal Auto Detailing for a full paint correction and detailing, both inside and out, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team did an incredible job. Cheap, older car wash, quarters only, but they've got a guy on site in the back that gives change. Definitely worth the 1.75 for 3 minutes! We'll be back!

My car was still dirty after washing. $1.75 for 3 minutes which is cheap, but hose has no pressure and no change machine so you better bring a lot of quarters. I went to K's down the road and got an 8 min wash for like $6 (they are card only)

Signed up for unlimited membership for both cars. Was excited! Here I am Monday morning wanting to use my new membership 9am(2 hours after opening) on Monday, not a holiday. Not a single employee in sight and the wash is closed. Not getting my money worth at all. Horrible start to a membership.

Great place for touch free wash, especially if you have a ladder rack on your truck. My truck had stuck on grime and tree sap mist and it came out sparkling. Definitely gonna be my new spot for cleaning up my service vehicle.

Let me call it The best self car wash service in the Woodland. I was looking for a touchless car wash for my new car and I tried the one by the DMV and it didn't have much options. Finally I found what I was looking for. The office guys were really helpful to help me sign up for loyalty card and top it up through machine. Washing bay has a lot of options including soapy pressure, tire washes, pressure rinse and many more. The best part of the bay was mats hanging hooks for washing purpose and pressure wash made my dirty mats super clean.They have a powerful vacuum bay too to clean the carpet mats and some leftover crumbs.

Great work done for the brake service that was done on my car. Usually when shops see the brand of my car they try to charge me an arm and a leg. This shop diagnosed my brakes and inform me to buy the parts and they would happily install them for me. They charged me a great price and did the work quick and effectively. Great shop, would recommend.

I was traveling on I-5 when my truck broke down. Had to wait about 4 hours for a tow. Roadside assist ended up calling the CHP to arrange a tow service as all the contracted ones were "busy". At least the tow truck driver took my truck to this shop and dropped me off at a hotel. They repaired my truck quickly. The owner even let me use his truck to get lunch and the parts for my truck.
