Yesterday I spoke to Omar about my car engine cleaning we agreed on price and set for December 2 I went to his location (he also has fully equipped mobile truck) the location was beatufuI and I enjoyed it much green and lots of tree .this is family owned bussing very kind people plus they do great job and uses good products .workmanship is awsoom and fast .I highly recommend this place. I've been a customer for several months. I recently lost my wallet with over $1200.00. 2 weeks later I stopped by for a carwash and Max held my wallet with every single dollar there. My car was excellently detailed by this team. And it looked like a new one. I got a very good price for it. I was even asked by the staff of the buyer the whereabouts of the detailing service since it is one of the best that he has seen. I have canvassed various services and the owner was the only one who didn’t promise an outcome. He first wanted to see the car and make an assessment. It turns out that he has been in the detailing service for decades. If you want to have interior, exterior and engine detailing that will make you smile and have a new looking car, this is the place to go!

This father and son team did the most amazing job! They have a wonderful demeanor and hard working attitude that makes you feel that money was spent in the right place on the right people. THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!! They basically removed a big scratch on the bumper for and removed the haze on my headlights. (See last two photos of scratch) I wouldn't even notice now what it looked like before! Way to go! If I could give 10 out of 5 I would! They also cleaned the engine for little to no added money. Nice detailing work but prices are outrageous and there’s no seating… they have 5 regular sets and 5 relaxing seats. So if the five seats are taken up then you have to pay to sit in an relaxing recliner chair or it beeps annoyingly. So please cum with enough money for your wash and to sit down… pathetic

they never cleaning the car right. I understand the need to be quick but the wipe down is so half ass every time no matter which wash you get. always spots left on my rims, windows and interior. and this is every time. I have given this car wash a few attempts but same results every time. worst car wash, last time I will go.

4/4/2019 This place has been remodel and its gorgeous. Now we can use credit card or debit card on the machines. The vaccum are brand new and they're working great! They have a NEW tool which is AIR DRY, you can now dry your car. So come on down and enjoy the best car cash! You won't be disappointed. A tip for everyone, paying 5 dollars for the car wash it gives you 14 minutes which is more than enough time to finish up your car.

My car was so dirty after a road trip to Tahoe (dead bugs, bird poo, dirt, dust) and 5 adults and 2 dogs for a week! Hector told me he would make sure the car was to my liking before I drove off…after my car was finished he walked over and had me walk around the car and check inside and out…he went above and beyond!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️the car was perfect but the customer service is what will bring me back…thank you Hector!!!

Excellent job. As soon an you arrive the manager tells me let me know if your not happy with anything. I didn't have to see the manager. That guys did a great job. $50 for hand wash and spray wax. Never go to machine wash it will F up your car.

Love this place. The young kid and girl always give my car a good rinse prior to it going in for a full wash. I also have a monthly subscription for my daily car which makes it easy for me to come in for a weekly wash. Highly recommend. They also give you a microfiber towel, air freshener and wet towel.

Zaroo Carwash is exceptional. This is a business that puts a tremendous amount of effort towards customer service and attention to detail. They greeted me on arrival at the ticket machine and took time to personally hose down and scrub my car before it entered the car wash. This place messed up our car and when we told them they said they will take care of it and later called us and said we have to go through our insurance. Do not trust this place with your car and do not give these owners who have no ethics/ customer service your business. The managers are awful and we will never use this place again.

This place damaged my grandmother's vehicle and refused to respond to her calls. The manager looked at the video and admitted it was their fault and not my grandmother. She was forced to go through her insurance, which in return charged her $500 deductible and raised her payment.

Kid had SATs at whittier college otherwise I would never have been here. The thought that I need to drive all the way to Whittier if I want a fantastic self-serve wash blows my mind. Got here early morning, which is probably a must. People were already lining up. Everything works great, with a strong vacuum and sprays. 2 downsides that will probably hit every first timer. Using your card, it's hard to figure out how to stop it charging $10, which I paid twice (congrats to dude behind me, free wash). I tried putting quarters in to finish, but it requires a lot more than a dollar to start. Second, that damn curb when pulling in. All my fault, so this place still gets 5 stars.

This place went from good to the worst place where you can wash your vehicle. You can't pay at either of the two pay stations. You have to honk for the attendant who is just wandering around, and you have to physically walk to him to ask to pay. Very slowly and lazy, the attendant directs you and barely brushes your vehicle. The air blowers do not work, and your vehicle is not properly washed.

I used to like this place until recently. Their equipment isn't maintained. The roller that dries your car at the end of the wash tunnel spins but doesn't go down to make contact with your car. That or the brush on the right side doesn't make contact with your car. The air nozzles are usually broken so you get more air coming out the side of it than shooting out the tip. 😂 Anyways, the vacuums are clogged and so on. Today was the last day I go there. Don't care if I have to pay more, just want my car cleaned for the price I'm paying. Stay away!

eh, this place is ok. really just two-and-a-half stars. The CONS: could be cleaner. need to blow it out once in a while. its pretty dirty for a place where cleaning occurs. a little concerned about the water; it does spot a bit. all the water used should be recycled, softened, and filtered. all the water. I do not think it is. The PROS: open 24/7 cheap, at least if all you want is soap, water, and a pressure washer. nice, cozy, vibe, nobody whining about the guy next to him/her

Decent place, make sure to bring change because if you use the tap to pay it'll charge you 10 bucks. The writing said 5 bucks for 12 min, no where it said 10 bucks for 12 min if you tap to pay, shady.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the subscription service provided by your company. Despite my attempts to cancel the subscription, I was recently charged an additional $30 fee. This charge has caused significant inconvenience as I am currently on disability due to a work-related injury and rely on my vehicle to attend medical appointments. Furthermore, I have observed that the car wash service at your Whittier site does not provide tire polishing or hot wax, despite these services being included in the subscription package. However, when I have paid the individual $15 fee, these services have been performed satisfactorily. I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service provided by your company and will be contacting my bank to dispute the recent $30 charge. THIS IS NOT THE CURRENT BUSINESS. CURRENT OWNER IS HIDING HIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS BEHIND THESE REVIEWS. Take a second to look at the other place on Google maps at the same location. I’m posting g the same review I left there here: DO NOT GO HERE If I could leave negative stars I would. Their machine broke my car and they’re refusing to pay for the repair. Their machine ripped the antenna cover off of the top of my car. Not only that- I was referred to the owner who quite literally ignored me. They handed me the phone and he ignored me. When I called the owner’s number I was given I was sent to voicemail and ignored and have not received a call back from my vm. I’m in utter shock at the atrocious customer service. I was told that their machines rip parts off of cars all the time. To add insult to injury- my car is still dirty. This $10 car wash is going to cost me more than $500+. Be aware and DO NOT GO HERE.

Since I had a coupon from this place with $ 2.00 off, and my car also needed a wash I decided to stop in for a try. I went for a diamond wash which cost $14.00 with $2.00 off I ended paid $12.00. This was a great deal and as I could see why this was the most expensive of all. They cleaned your car wheels before the wash, on top of that there were at least three times of different kind of soaps that applied to your car. After that, they sprayed the armored coat to my tires to make them look nicer. They also gave me a new clean towel with car freshener on top of that. It was an experience for me because I normally used the $10.00 service at other places. There was plenty of spots of the vacuum cleaner at this place for you to do your own vacuum. This wasn't a bad deal at all and my car looked much better than other times I had used the car wash at other places. Seriously, it looked more shining than before, because they used some of the wax while washing the car. I really loved it and would try it again in the future. Ah one more thing, they also have the vending machines for your refreshments at this place. You want it you pay and yes it is not free. Services were very friendly, helpful and super nice.

Great, but could be better. Has shade, music playing, vacuums included with purchase of car wash, restroom available. Unfortunately, the employees don't seem to care. They barely rinse off your car when entering the car wash, and only do it on one side.

I have the Buff n Shine membership. I enjoy the quality of the wash and vacuums. However, employees are not always friendly and their advertising is deceiving. According to what they advertise, I should get all the benefits of an Ultimate Wash, but employee tells me the towels are an extra dollar. If that is the case, then correct your advertisement as soon as possible.

These car washes are a hit and miss when you go them, but the best for a quick cleaning. I have to share that buff and shine. Car wash is on the higher end of the competitors in the area. The location is really nice the washes pretty good. They had enough room to have a full wash experience. The drain and vacuum area is nice and maintained and I like the branded air freshener smell definitely a nice touch when it comes with the $14 and probably $20 wash. I think the $20 a little on the high side and I was fine with the $14 wash which seems to be somewhat similar to the $18 and others. I personally wouldn’t pay 20 bucks for an Express wash. I would say the worst thing about this location which doesn’t get it. A four-star is the corner location on a busy intersection, which makes it very difficult to enter the car wash unless you are coming down south on Hacienda rd. to make a right into the wash. They would probably be busier if it was located in a better area. You can’t make a U-turn and they kind of block it so you have to drive up several streets and then turn around on Hacienda in order to enter legally entrance into the car wash.

Definitely my favorite car wash. $5 = 12 minutes the machines are fast to switch to the next mode soap works better then most dryer blows hard. I'm really surprised this place doesn't have more 5 star reviews because it is way better then any other car wash in the area. I'm glad that I found it.

Can’t be riding dirty if your trying to impress the ladies. One stop car wash best time in town best time is in the morning or evening! Owner takes care of the place keeps the grounds clean, and everything functional. They have low pressure foam cannon, tire brush, scrubbing brush, and to hang your floor mats. Machines take cash bills, coins, and credit card. Come try it out! The only thing is improve your dryer and water pressure could be a little better.

My family has had this car since 2022, and with two kids, the interior definitely needed some TLC. We ended up getting the mini interior detail, with an odor reset. Vicente came to our house early in the morning and finished the detail early in the afternoon. After getting off work and seeing the car for the first time, I was very impressed by how clean it was inside and out. It was as if we just drove it off the dealership two years ago!
