I recently took my car to Hayes Detail, and they did an absolutely amazing job! My car had several stubborn stains on the exterior from a leaky pipe in my parking garage that just wouldn’t come off with a regular car wash. Hayes Detail not only removed those stains, but they made the exterior look brand new again. They also did a fantastic job on the interior. Been a loyal member to this location since I first opened up years back. I can wholeheartedly say that it has gone downhill and no longer offers a clean and damage free wash. The last few times I have gone, I’ve noticed a significant amount of swirls on my vehicles. All vehicles have scratches in the same spot, telling me that there is something else that is causing it. You can see the damage in the attached videos and photos. Until they replace their brushes, I would definitely recommend avoiding this location.

Be careful. I put $10 in, and I got $10 and quarters. Put another $10 in and only got $2.50. I figured the machine should regulate themselves, but this one did not. I will be reaching out to try to get a refund. Hopefully It's not that hard to do. I couldn't find any phone numbers to call posted anywhere.

I want to love this place cause it's the only true touchless car wash in the area but the pumps and jets need some serious renovation. The wash just isn't that strong at anything. Skip's on the suds, soaps and products. Will dry 60-70% if the car because it shoots down in the car. I do appreciate the facts it's here. Wish Sacramento had more true touch less washes. Very convenient.

Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Nic for a DEEP detail. I don't have an after picture so apologies but this man managed to clean all the snow muck off my car and the gallon of VOMIT that my brother left in the passenger seat. I pre-cleaned the puke but the smell was horrendous as you can imagine. Wine & burgers. Just 2 days before Thanksgiving. The car sat outside with the windows down for a few days. I called Nic and he said he could do it the day after Thanksgiving and get the the smell out of the Alcantara. It sat for 24hrs and when I came to pick it up, it was good to go! He even threw in a discounted exterior wash due to the rush I was in to prepare the car for my in-laws visit. 10/10 for professionalism and service. Will definitely be going back for his services in the near future.

January 2024 Alan quoted $170 to detail two cars (total $340) with pet hair removal. Previous work was good for what we paid. Contacted Alan again in September 2024 to schedule another detailing service for two cars. This time Alan has raised his prices up to $200/car but we agreed on $180/car after negotiations. The night before he's meant to arrive Alan texts bringing up questions about pet hair and asks for photos of the car interior. I sent the with no responses until the morning, 1 hr prior to his scheduled arrival Alan texts me asking to reschedule to 5 hours later. I agreed. Then 15 minutes prior to his arrival Alan wants to renegotiate the price due to pet hair. Overall this second experience with Alan has been highly unprofessional with the last minute replies. If he has issues with the pricing he shouldn't have agreed to it in the first place. If has questions about the condition of the car he should have asked it when we first initiated the request for service. With such last minute reschedules, Alan has proven to be a disrespectful vendor with poor communication and does not value customer's time.

Phenomenal Service! Was the most affordable I could find in town for just a quick exterior wash and they did a great job washing my Cadillac. I double checked he used low pH soaps because I have a full ceramic and PPF. On the car, took wonderful care of her.
