I brought my black Porsche that had lots of swirling and blemishes in the paint and he made the car look like it rolled off the factory floor! Amazing work. Tim the owner was patient with my zillion questions and my obsession with installing high quality ppf and my decals on my 2024 GT3. I own six Porsche vehicles and all have ppf on them from a number of shops. Adonis did a truly exceptional job installing a heavier 10 mil film on my GT3. The attention to detail was exceptional and the edges were truly wrapped and no seams. I even asked Tim if they were going to put the ppf on my carbon fiber roof when I picked up the car and it turned out it was already covered with film but I could not even detect any edges. Tim and his staff did an installation that was a true cut above what other ppf shops have done for me on my other Porsche Sports cars. I am even considering having Tim strip off the ppf I had done by a shop in Elsinore and reinstall his higher quality thinker film his way.

I haven’t washed my car due to being on travel a lot. And since it is always parked outside, all the dirt and grime added up. I needed a detail and Mr. Detail was able to accommodate my walk in for Complete Detail at the last minute. They did a tremendous job with the car and I can tell swirls were not as noticeable anymore and the paint was silky smooth. I would definitely come back whenever I move back down to San Diego. Keep on waxing black cars in the sun then blame it on the customer when then the tech burns the paint, even though the customer(me) warned him and told him he could bring it in the garage and do it there, he declined. You also said I shouldn’t have a black car, OMG. We can stop there and let you explain why this happened? We have multiple witnesses BTW. I would stop there and frankly would have never written the rest of this review but a year later my car is the same and there has been no offer to remedy this problem. Now I have to chase you down, ok, your choice I will continue on with your treatment of your employee in front of a customer in this situation. Ben, your employee is crying in front of me because of this mistake. I personally witnessed your words contributing to a young man crying because of a mistake. He was saying “what did I do?”. Who ended up consoling him after you left? Let’s take a guess Ben, not you! I know Ben you will say the car was damaged, it was my fault, you already did that when it happened. It’s always someone else’s fault when when a problem occurs and they are dealing with you. Little do you remember “MrDetail” had worked on the car previously and said nothing then and the car looked fine afterwards. There was never damage mentioned when your tech worked on it the first time or this time before he started or you wouldn’t have worked on it the second time, Right? This time the car looked completely different before and after “MrDetail” serviced the car. It was same car then as the first time. The car did not look like these pictures taken after “MrDetail” did his thing. See you in court. Maybe you will win, but remember I offered to make a settlement offer because I felt bad for the kid, not due to who was at fault. MrDetail is at fault here. I asked you to make a settlement offer but got no response and you working on the car is never an option after witnessing your treatment with regards to this situation.

My husband scheduled an appointment with Kingdom detailing. Caasy was professional and gave us great customer service. He cleaned the exterior and Interior of our van and car. I was shocked at the results. The outside of the vehicles looked amazing and the inside upholstery looked brand new,like it did when we first bought the cars. I was ecstatic with the work completed for me at Mach 1. When I bought my VW Jetta it did not have tint and I knew with it being a black car it not only needed tint but it needed ceramic tint. Mario is the real deal. He took care of my cars interior and made it new again. We were on a trip to California to visit family and our 5 year old got violently ill in our new, 6 month old car while we were there. We looked up car wash and detail businesses in the area and choose this one because of the good reviews. They got us in on the same day we called and offered steam cleaning, shampooing and an Ozone machine to help eliminate any odor. I was so happy with the work Riley did. I could not see or smell any evidence when he was done. I was so grateful! Riley was nice, professional and did an excellent and thorough job. If we lived in California I would go back there every time! Highly recommended!

Be sure to ask for the manager Brett and he will inform you of all the special perks and answer any questions regarding memberships. I was originally hesitant because I’m afraid that the brushes may damage the paint with faint scratches. If I never stopped by I wouldn’t have known about the Brushless Setting. Brett was so helpful when I first came to check it out, and I’m going on 3 years of nothing but good things to say about this place and their employees. I have referred many people to Brett and superstar & will continue to do so. My go to locations are Oceanside 76, San Marcos Rancho Santa Fe, and of course the newest of the bunch Melrose (beautiful, spacious, clean, well staffed, newest facility serving vista area). They are quickly expanding and I highly recommend locking it in at their current rates, just 2 washes and the membership pays for itself. Don’t sleep on Superstar! Hehe.

I have a membership with superstar, it washes my car pretty good, they have towels you can use and pretty good monthly membership deals. A manager helped me out and despite having a membership already my husband doesn’t for his truck and he offered us top tier quality wash, shine and polish for $20 a month for 4 months! Brett was very nice and is maximizing his sales with great customer service! Give him a raise and all your employees raises I know yall make money and they make superstar car wash pleasant for customers like us to return and recommend services offered. I visited this car wash expecting a thorough interior and exterior clean as advertised for $44.99, the most expensive option available. However, what I got was far from satisfactory. Despite the high price, my car was returned to me only marginally cleaner inside, with dirty seats and poorly vacuumed mats. When I raised my concerns with the manager, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a demand for more money to properly clean the interior. It's clear that this establishment prioritizes profit over quality service. The lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction ensures that I will never return, and I'll be sure to warn others about their subpar standards.

Jacob did an excellent job detailing my work truck. He removed some pretty aggressive stains from my seats, got all of the dog hair out, cleaned all the little knobs nicely. For the exterior he really refreshed everything. I had just got back from a dusty desert trip. Around the shocks and wheels look better than ever. He arrived on time and stayed later than expected without over charging. There was an incident where he thought he broke the switch that operates my window. He offered to take it to the mechanic and pay for the damage. Turns out there was no issue, but still appreciate his honesty and willingness to make things right. Blessed to have found this business

Came back from a trip and was recommended this place coming back, the staff is friendly but after asking for a rewash on the top/~$30 single wash, I had a few spots on the windshield from bugs and wasn't accommodated any after the 1st paid. Got home and found the front was still wiped out with bugs. At least the vacuums are good. Taking business elsewhere.

I would give 10 stars if I could. It’s very clear to see that Doug is passionate about his work; not only did he take his time to make sure that my car was taken care of, but he went above and beyond to do a follow-up correction. I had paint oxidization near my sunroof and Doug was able to make it completely disappear. He also was kind enough to fix some scratches I had on the sides of my car and rims. And he buffed my foggy headlights. Overall amazing service, unbeatable price, great communication and attitude. Wishing Doug all the best in his inevitable success!!

The absolute best detailing service in San Diego right now. I found Eli a few years back when he started his IG account and began posting work he was doing out of his Carlsbad location. Don't let his age fool you, he may be young but his content always impresses with his knowledge base, technique, and finished product on an array of vehicles he takes on. Seeing his IG account allowed me to understand what kinds of challenges and obstacles he was tackling on the daily which builds the report in knowing what to expect if I were to take my vehicle to him. What I liked was his ability to take any type of vehicle (new, old, car or truck) and bring it back to life regardless of the condition they're in. At the time I was shopping for a 2021 E350 and when I finally found what I was looking for I stopped by his new location in Oceanside to see what he thought would be best for the vehicle given its age, mileage and overall condition of the paint and clear coat. After a great conversation about what I was looking to get out of my service, we agreed on the following: Detail prep, strip wash, decor and clay process, polishing, paint coating, glass sealer and light interior detail with a headlock black ceramic coating. We scheduled for a Friday morning at 7am and by Saturday morning I picked up my car and to my astonishment, the car was in the most pristine and immaculate condition I had ever seen. Eli was able to revitalize to silver in the paint so much so that I can now see what Mercedes Benz intended Cirrus Silver Metallic to look like from the factory. My car now looks as smooth and luxurious as it drives. So impressed with the finish product, I purchased all my cleaning products from Eli and intend to continue using Shine Supply products as long as Eli carries them. If you're looking to stretch the aesthetics and longevity of your vehicle then you need to see Eli, he's going to give you an honest and professional opinion about what it will take to bring your car back too life. I cannot recommend his service and product line enough, I just hope this review does some of it justice. Keep up the hustle Eli, you're killin the game. I recently purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37 that had a lot of imperfections on the paint. While searching for paint correction services, I happened to come across Shine Division on Instagram and after going through the page, website, and the Google reviews I knew this is who I wanted to work on my car. Eli was honest and upfront with me on what my car needed when I initially went in for a consult due to the oxidation on the roof and trunk of the car. I got the level 2 service and the results were even better than what I was expecting them to be! My car is shining! Eli's customer service skills were excellent as he maintained communication with me throughout the entire process. He also sends you educational material on how to maintain the appearance of your car. Eli definitely deserves more than 5 stars and I highly recommend him for your detailing and ceramic coating needs!

I recently had my windows tinted and PPF applied to the full body of the truck. Clayton and his team did an exceptional job and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend AutoPro SD for any of the following: PPF, Ceramic Coating, Window Tint, Vinyl Wrapping, Detailing, etc… The AutoPro SD team is honest and treats your vehicle as if it were their own.

I took my brand new car to this shop to get PPF and I would not recommend this shop for PPF. There are so many issues with this shop and its owner Clay. Please see photos for the lack of attention to detail during PPF installation with lifted edges in every corner of the car, dirt/hair underneath the film, areas of burnt film from too much heat application, jagged edges and way too many areas of paint unprotected. Everything is pre-cut and they do not do extended edges. Clay's response to all this is that the film needs to be cured and dry. Clay, how were you thinking of removing the hair underneath my front bumper, fix the burned piece of film, and fix all the discrepancies in the edges with "touch-ups?" You have never explained to me.... Don't waste your money and go somewhere else. What is even worse is that Clay continues to refuse me a refund despite STEK-USA, who certifies this shop, to remove the film and give me a refund. Also, Clay will sell you FlexiShield and not STEK film and give you some reasons such as his guys prefer to use it over STEK and also that they are more responsive for warranty claims. Clay also thinks that STEK imports their film from China and they are not an American company like FlexiShield. I later learned that FlexiShield is much cheaper than STEK. Do not trust Clay. He comes out as a nice guy and will say thinks like "just trying to be 100% honest" "Your car will look 100%"... Everything to him is 100% and takes way too much pride in his shop and cannot admit mistakes. Also, during this whole process Clay left his poor installers to work while he was having a blast in SEMA 2024. He did not answer my text or calls and told me that he did not have film in stock and his package was lost, pushing my car for 5 additional days... Just a bunch of excuses. Do not trust him and go somewhere else with a shop that is more established than this one. Do your research before spending thousand of dollars to someone who is dishonest to his clients.

⭐️ I got a free car wash so tried this place out today. I was so impressed by the pressure the car wash uses to clean the car. I normally have to scrub off a lot of areas to make it shine but it was very minimal today because I went here. I will definitely get a monthly pass next time I need my car washed.
