Tanner was able to get my wrap off, paint correct and apply the ceramic coating AND detail the inside, which wasn’t an easy feat considering I used my jeep as a “farm truck”. I appreciated the confirmation the day before the appointment as well as him letting me know when he was on his way the day of. I liked the ability to book online. The website, booking and payment services are very professional and easy to use. I had the full interior detailing package performed. He arrived on time and got started on my car right away. He's very friendly and personable. He explains everything about the process before he starts and after he's finished. He's really upfront and honest about what he can remove and what may not be able to be fully cleaned. I didn't have really high hopes, I had stains that were YEARS old. I was just hoping for a little refreshing, but he totally knocked it out of the park! I'm beyond happy with the job he did. He did not leave any space untouched, he got everything! Awesome service. My dog scratch front bumper and side fender of jeep. Call hydro mobile detailing in the morning for paint correction with in the same day Michael came out and gave me a quote. Next day he came out and removed the scratches out of car can’t tell where the scratches were.

The self-service lane had a much cheaper option than the full-service lane, and completely removed the bugs from my hood. The manual prewash technician really made a difference. Great job! My car was not completely dry afterwards though, recommend bringing a microfiber or chamois towel of your own for your windows.

Came here for the $60 dollar wax detail service on my mustang, seemed good at first untill I started to noticing lots of corners being cut, my exterior chrome trim untuched and large areas of my interior was skipped and undusted . My be I'm nit picking but for $60 plus a tip just to receive sub par wash service is unacceptable. Triple check these guys work!

I wish I had “before” photos so you could see the real difference ! My car had 10+ year old coffee stains, spill stains, rain damage from leaving windows open, puppy stains and more. They did an amazing job. Very quick and punctual. Sal is such a kind man and you can tell is passionate about his job. 10/10 would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be going to them for future jobs.

I love bringing my car here . Love that I drive up and they do the rest. It gets pretty busy so if you have the time to spare be prepared to be there for 45 minutes to an hour . I get the basic wash which is 25$ and even that does the job. I leave feeling like it was detailed and the workers there are great they truly do take there time with the vehicles

Hired to do a complete detail on a large Fiberglass sided RV. Very disappointed in the finished product. Streaks over the entire RV and areas that don't appear to have had wax applied at all. As I talked with Romero and showed him my concerns as I rubbed my hand over my RV and wax / oxidation came off and coated my hand he said this was acceptable to him and his quality of work.

I understand being busy, but I sat for an hour waiting for my car to finish. It sat there for an entire 15 mins without anyone touching it...I would say at least the cleaning is good but they didn't vacuum my dash and the side handle still had debris and dirt inside it. I got up and walked towards my car after a guy sitting next to me asked if I was waiting on my car and said maybe it's done. No one even called out that it was done, it just sat there. I wish at least someone would have come over to say the car was finished after no one came to claim it the first time they signaled it being done...disappointed and probably won't go back for a wash with interior cleaning.

These guys did a great job on my Jeep Gladiator. My truck was covered in mud, dust, and bugs from a cross country road trip, and after a few hours at Sunset Detail & Restoration, it looked brand new inside and out.They did a great job with the ceramic coating, and were friendly and gave me good instructions and tips on how to clean/maintain the new coating. I have an older car that was passed down to me from my grandma when she passed. The seats haven’t been cleaned in years and I have 2 boys so they are absolutely disgusting to say the least. I asked if they can could come wash just the seats because I was low on time. They steamed front and back in less than an hour and the seats look new again! Highly recommend and will use again

I had a disappointing and frustrating experience at Surf Thru on 12/28/24 around 7:40 PM. I purchased the highest-tier car wash for $25, which included “Rain Insurance,” as I was heading out of town and wanted my car clean despite the rainy forecast. My car was quite dirty, so I had to go through the wash twice before heading to the vacuum area to finish cleaning. While vacuuming, the power suddenly shut off. I asked an employee for help, and he informed me that they close at 8 PM. I explained that I wasn’t finished yet, and he said he would ask if it could be turned back on. However, from a distance, I heard the supervisor, Adrian, dismissively say, “Too bad for her; we close at 8.” I approached Adrian to explain my situation and request a refund since I wasn’t allowed to finish cleaning my car. His response was unapologetic: “We close at 8, and we have signs posted.” I mentioned that I was leaving town and it was expected to rain the next day, so returning wasn’t an option. He still refused to help and instead provided me with a customer service number that turned out to be a dead end—calling a Tulare location where no one could give me a legitimate contact for a manager or owner. I feel ripped off, disrespected, and undervalued as a customer. Adrian’s lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve the issue was unacceptable, especially after spending $25 for a premium service. Surf Thru’s policy on customer satisfaction clearly needs serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values quality service or respectful treatment.

It's a better car wash then most of the places I've been to here but when you pay $40 a month and then the workers block your line so the one time payers can go through first gets really annoying. Also it could be maintained better. I go sometimes and get wheel shine on one side only and try to tell them then they say there's nothing wrong with it. Sometimes you can hear things stuck in the spinning brushes too.
