Shortly after purchasing my truck in August of 2023, I took my truck to Roger, owner of Pro Detail Auto Spa & had him apply, "Revivify" to the entire exterior of my truck. I was looking for superior paint protection at the time. I was very impressed & completely satisfied with how my truck came out. Being that I live in the High Desert & park outside of my garage, dealing with the different elements of weather such as extreme sun/heat, harsh wind & dust, & even occasional snow, is part of daily life. It's very important for me that my truck remains looking as new as possible for the life of my truck. Well, a week ago, I reached out to Roger and inquired about this new Carbon X product that I had heard about. After doing my own research and speaking with him as well, I decided to have Carbon X applied to the complete exterior of my Tundra. Hands down, Carbon X speaks for itself !!! When I walked into his shop to pick up my truck, I was in disbelief when looking at my truck. My truck had an extreme shiny gloss to it, almost looked fake. If you're looking to keep your vehicles paint as new as possible long term and get the highest quality of protection on your vehicle's paint exterior, Carbon X, hands down, is the answer! Had hunter do a full detail buff and ceramic coat on our 27ft advantage victory. Man did he kill it! Boat has never looked so good and the ceramic coating he put on the boat helps so much with quick cleaning off the water to even making washing the boat take half as much time! LIARS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Called and asked because it was getting close to closing to see if I could come down to get a wash and wax taken care of. Was told that as long as there before 5 we will take you by the lady who answered the phone. Was grateful because an emergency came up and needed my car detailed, was gonna tip heavily for the accommodation. Show up 4 minutes before they close and am turned away so go inside and the lady is there sort of heavier set, dark hair with tattoos. I ask about what she said and she said “Well I don’t control when they want to close”, funny she just said get here before 5 and am I am good. Then as I am walking away begins to laugh at me for asking why she then didn’t say that “We are open till 5 but if they decide to close I can’t do anything”. So now will never come back and the car club I’m part of won’t be around, so lost a lot of potential business. Plus by closing early I saw myself and two other cars you guys missed out on. Must be nice to not need money. And miss laughing as I’m walking away you need to learn some manners, and really be careful in today’s day and age. That interaction could’ve gone sideways quick with the crazy people around the desert all because you laughing after telling someone something and then turning around and doing something else. Learn how to conduct business and be accountable for what you literally just said. Be better y’all and everyone there would have more money in them pockets, and not trying to race out the door. You guys picked that job so be be the best you can be it’s a choice of will.

Amazing! Great spot for a quick car wash. Just opened last month, great add to the neighborhood. All bays work great with strong water pressure and new soap brushes which is usually not the case at these kinds of places. Five stars! Cheap and awesome.

what a convenient way to blast off the dust off my car coming back from the desert en route back to LA for just 2 bucks! water pressure was impressively high. no credit cards so be sure to bring quarters or small bills. wasn't clear to me how much more time you get when you add extra quarters before time is up though.

Phantom Film Werkz gets down. Plain and simple. They did the tint on all my door windows and the rear lift gate window on my 24 4runner TRD PRO a few days ago, so I wanted to make sure all was well before posting this review, and all is well. Just now I started to roll down the windows again, and the tint came out great. Got their Xpel Prime XR tint and it does help with the sun's heat and UV rays. They also took care of my 23 Tacoma TRD off road 4x4 in their Prime CS tint all around a bit over a year ago and to this day it's held up well, and I put this truck through the ringer offroading, all dirty and stuff. Initially, on the Tacoma, the drivers window had a few fibers and particles stuck under the tint, but they not only re did that window, they took it upon themselves and re did the passenger side front window as well because they said there were some fibers stuck there too. I didn't even notice it. They have a great reputation for a reason and they do good work. The tint that they use is also of very good quality. I highly recommend these guys. -Ozzy

Beware!!! Took my car to Tri City car wash yesterday. When I went to pick it up the guy asked where I left the key . He couldn’t find it , but said it was in the car cause it started. I looked in the console box where I left it and it wasn’t there. As we were talking about it I noticed a scratch about 6 inches long on the backdoor. I showed him and he said , it didn’t happen there. It obviously had you could see it was a new scratch. My car is only 1 year old and I don’t drive much. I definitely would have noticed this scratch. I went inside to get a manager. I wasn’t leaving without knowing where my key was and wanted him to see the scratch. The manager came out and they finally found my key said it was in the console box. I had check it myself and it wasn’t there. The manager said the scratch had not happened there. It obviously had. Beware of this place. I have used them for many years. I’m looking for a new car wash. Any recommendations? Also passenger car seat, mat and rear area were dirty when I left. I had wiped down all the seats before I got there. Couldn’t believe after paying $40, this is the job I got.

Paid for the First Class package (most expensive one). Tyres not shined, wheel wells are still dusty (never got wet), grill still has bugs and dirt showing. Wouldn't recommend. Only positive were the friendly staff. Very unhappy.

Love this place. Does a pretty good wash. Helpful and offered tire shine after a wash. I Included a video of the wash. I also gave a tip to the guy who offered to clean and shine my tires. It's always nice to give a tip for extra work. Great job! There needs to be more Jet Waves in the high desert. Gets the job done fir the most part. Great wash.

Such a great job! My truck was parked for a long time and an animal got inside and left a mess. Called a few places and individuals, and finally decided to go with Michael's Auto Detail. Michael took the time to explain to me the tools and products he would be using as well as the services he would be doing. Michael was kind enough to clean my truck the next day, I have a newborn so it needed to be deep cleaned and disinfected.. results were amazing! I was shocked how detailed Michael was, he took his time, disinfected very well and left my truck looking better than new. Prices are reasonable considering the time he takes to effectively leave your vehicle clean, trust me I asked around... you will get your money's worth! I will definitely be using them again 🛻
