Made an appointment online and paid in advance and received a confirmation. On the day of the appointment I could not locate the (residential) business as there is no street number listed. After calling several times with no response I just went home. Later on I received a text that said he was out of town until next week. I like to support local businesses but don’t think I will reschedule.

My son-in-law Tracy took my car to see Casey at (Depth Detail) to thoroughly detailed my vehicle. When he bought my car home to me, it was just like new. The seats were polished, the rugs vacuumed, and everything was unquestionably amazing. The other thing is that the head-lights were shiny and not foggy anymore, he made the head-lights look like they were brand new off the shelf. I highly recommend this detailer for a complete job in renewing your car. Casey did a great job of making my car look brand new again.

Pablo gave excellent service across the board. Not only are his prices very reasonable but he was also very accomidating with scheduling. I ended up calling him at almost 5 o'clock on a Sunday evening and he answered within the first few rings. I was hoping to have my car detailed last minute before it was going to be gifted to a friend of the families as she just had a baby and needed a car to get around in. Naturally I wanted to give her a nice an clean car, but didn't really have the luxury of allowing him to keep the car overnight since I had already planned on the gift giving for the following day. Needless to say Pablo failed to disappoint me. I received the car back looking immaculate. I truly could not think up a complaint if I tried. Highly recommend. This month completes 1 year that I got my 2014 bmw 335i Ceramic coated with “life time warranty” & detailed with Brian. I am very un happy with the work that was done. I was promised many things that were planned that he said he would do. after me paying for the services things changed completely. I feel like I just got robbed for my money and my time wasted. Very upset to see that my ceramic coating is not working how it’s suppose too a year from now. No inspection or follow up or nothing from this guy. I highly don’t recommend this shop to anyone!

this is how a business should be run. they doing everything right from top to bottom. i called, and they picked up quickly with good attitude. showed up, and all employees were friendly, this includes person taking money, supervisor, and guy directing you in. their price is very good. they have good vacuum and can be used in narrow parts of the car. i was offered a month of unlimited car wash. i recommend everyone come here

BEST DETAIL I EVER HAD!!! Tony was very professional while going over the details before he took my car in! My Mercedes has never looked any better!! Chose Carter's because of the reviews. When I called, the gentlemen who answered was polite and offered exact information, including price - $220, 5 windows on my ATS Cadillac. As I dropped off my car, a little guy was in the office, he and I started talking about Spiderman and Spongebob; cutest little guy. Work was completed in time told; car looks absolutely beautiful. Got me in quick and spent over 8 hours super detailing my car! Very smart dude and super approachable and friendly. I had a tough stain on top of my car that I tried numerous times and different methods, but couldn’t get it. He ended up getting it out! I just payed off my Focus so I wanted to have it super detailed to make it feel brand new again. I’m super satisfied with how it turned out. Also for a very reasonable price too. I got the interior cleaned which included steaming the seats and pressure washing and shampooing the floors. On the exterior I got a super clean on top of a clay bar and wax. My car looks super good. It looks like I just bought it fresh off the lot. I’ll definitely be taking my car back here if it ever needs another super clean. Thank you again!

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. The day before our service, I called all day and no one answered the phone, I then sent an email and I got a response. Then when I responded back asking a question, no response. The next day, the day of our service I called from 10-2 and not once did I get a call back, I sent another email as our appointment was at 2. They never came. No apology no reschedule no nothing. We’re having a baby on Saturday and wanted a clean car, this business is so unprofessional. Thanks for nothing.

NO SHOW! We scheduled a mobile detailing last week and they called and emailed to reschedule to today. We received the email confirmation they would be here today at 1 p.m. and we made sure to be home by then. However, they have not shown up, will not answer the phone or return our calls, and will not respond to e-mails.

The wash is always good, they'll send you back through for free if you're not satisfied. I don't like that they changed it so you have to vacuum your own car, no more full service. But all in all, a decent price for what you're getting.

Well this place doesn't suck! What I mean by that? The vacuums don't suck they have no suction to them you pay $2 and they don't vacuum until they fix this issue I recommend going somewhere else to vacuum your car this car wash owes me two bucks for a faulty vacuum cleaner. 🙂

It was my first visit and I felt silly not knowing to put my car in neutral and then questioning if I can really switch from neutral to drive at the end without hitting my brakes like the sign stated. LOL. I was overcome with fear so I’m here to tell until next newbie, it’s fine! The vacuums at this place work better than any vacuum I have ever used! I was amazed.

Their equipment isn't all broken like other car washes I've been to. There seems to be a good amount of people who use this place, but you can still usually find a spot easily enough. The driveway off of the street is really steep so lower sitting vehicles beware. It's close to an intersection so it can be difficult to get in and out of with busy traffic. Overall I really like this car wash and I will continue to use it.

I’m a returning customer, my vehicle is surprisingly very clean, the unlimited access to the vacuum alone is worth the monthly charge. Now when you add in wash and wax on the go. You just can’t beat that. Anyone working in the gig economy should have this, and I’m pretty sure it’s a right off for a gig worker like me. 👌🏽

Eric is a master craftsman. A tree branch fell on and dented my Tesla Model 3 earlier this week and Eric repaired it within a few minutes. I was not only surprised by how fast the repair was, but I could not even tell where the dent previously was. It was an amazing service and I can recommend Eric and his work to anyone. Hi everyone, I want to tell you about my experience at seven. Flags car wash. I arrived looking for a car wash then I seen this place seven flags I went in there. My car was dirty. I was frustrated tires dirty so I came. There wasn’t busy at all well a little not to where I couldn’t get in so I met this guy a team member name.lMr.Edwis Sabndoval and he welcomed me with kind arms in a kind heart explaining the prices very reasonable better than that quack wash car wash in. I got a sticker to come again and I paid for a month and got a little deal for another month for free.. I enjoyed the car wash it washed my car very good. My husband said it’s a lot of soap. He’s Latino so he said yes 👍!!! Thank you for the great experience and I will be coming again and again….

I took my car in for an interior and exterior cleaning last Thursday. When I picked up my car it was clean and smelled good and I was please. I just now checked my back seat and noticed that the seat belt was stuck in the locked part but it wasn't the manufacturer part as someone had stolen the original lock that clicks (orange button that reads "press") and put in some cheap grey part that does not belong to my car. No one has sat in my back seat in months so I know it had to be an employee of this car wash. I do remember wondering why they were in my car for so long. Beware, check you car over carefully before leaving. I will not be back to this car wash, if ever again to a 7 Flags.

I purchased the five star package which was $40. It includes detailed washing inside and out. It was my first time coming and I'll be having my baby in two weeks so I wanted to make sure I got my car cleaned and ready for my newborn however I feel as if they did a rush job. My carpets were not fully vacuumed My cup holders and seats were not clear and my rims still had brake dust. I paid for a full service and that was not what I received wast of money

Very impressed with the work! Glad that Juan and the team were able to get rid of over 10 years of swirl marks and small scratches. The interior detail work was also excellent, the results of the deep cleaning were like night and day. I just had my brand new car coated by Eric and his team. They coated the entire car with ceramic coating and a “clear bra” was put on my hood and grill to protect it from rocks and bugs. Last but not least they tinted my windows. To say they did a good job would be an understatement. I am so happy with my car. The finish is baby smooth and the water just beads right off of it. It is reassuring to know that my hood and grill are protected against rock chips and my interior is protected from sun damage. All of this and it looks great too! Usually I am a man of few words but there just aren’t enough good things to say about this company. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dustin is awesome from start to finish. Took my classic VW to him this week for some paint correction and wax. After sitting outside for a year neglected, the vehicle's paint was fully and properly polished and waxed to a high shine! Dustin also took it upon himself to detail the inside of my car's luggage compartment, condition the vinyl seats, even though it was an exterior only service.
