Technician was 30+ mins late. Service included clay bar but he didn’t do it. I requested an extra $35 for bug removal but he did not do that until reminded after (didn’t do it right). Pretty sure he used sealant instead of wax; rubbed car front/back (streaks). Did not vacuum found water bottles/wrappers. Windows streaks. Water should be included in their service but he asked to fill up their tank with my water hose. WAS NOT WORTH $264.

There are quite a few places where one can get a car detailing done. But when immaculate work combines with great customer centricity, the experience is different. That is what you get at RNR. I got my an interior and exterior detailing done for my Full size SUV. The car looked clean. Jay and Robert at RNR kept me updated about the progress of the work and even offered to pick me up to go get the car once the work was completed. Such customer centricity will take them places!

I had stumbled upon local car detailers on Instagram and saw that their page popped up on my feed so I booked a detail for my boyfriend’s car and all I could say is that I’m more than grateful for the amazing work Robert did. I had made an appointment for the gold package since the car was not in great damage and when we picked it up after they were done, it came out to look better than expected. Everything in the car was very clean and well thought out. I highly suggest this business especially if you haven’t pampered your car in a LONG TIME.

They did an absolutely incredible job detailing my Chrysler 300c. When I got my car back I barely recognized it. It looked as if it was brand new the day it arrived at the dealership. I was blown back by the quality of work that was done by these guys. Extremely impressive! On the other hand, I discussed bagging up my belongings and leaving them neatly in the trunk or on the back seat of my car and told them to use their best judgement and keep my stuff that I had in my car and throw everything else away for a little extra $$. Upon getting the car back I was stunned to find they threw EVERYTHING in the dumpster and I never got any of my things back. Not too cool.

Steven helped me out with our old family Acura that had been sitting for around a year. It was dirty inside, had some mold, and we were looking to use it during the holidays. He was able to work on our car last minute on the Sunday before Christmas week, until 8pm to get the job done, and for a fair price. This team deserves all your business!

If I could give this place 20 stars, I would!!!!! It takes credit cards ot coins at the stall. It has nice, fluffy soft, soapy brushes that are lightweight and easy to use, as well as the hose does NOT bang the heck outta ur car!!!! It also, which I LOVE, has the turbo drier!! Makes drying ur car so easy, its awesome!! AND, it is inexpensive!! Although, u might spend a little more because u will want to spend the extra time and use the ammenities, while enjoying the process! Truly the absolute BEST self service car wash I have ever seen!!!! Highly recommend even if its a little extra distance! Worth the trip!

Very good and well maintained facility. The best part is they have a turbo blower which is very powerful to dry much of the car. A little crowded on weekends. But just a bit expensive for a self car wash. I almost spend $30 for my mustang.

It’s my second time coming here and I came back to it as if I had just bought the car! He was very detailed when it came to the interior cleaning and I couldn’t find any crumbs afterwards. Definitely recommend coming and stopping by! There is even a lounge area with free coffee for customers while you wait!

Amazing detail bought the car about a month ago. Dealer claimed they had detailed but didn't seem up to par. Juan was recommended by my trusted carshop. I went to him for interior ceramic coating. His package included a full shampoo of the interior a very meticulous detail, clay bar,polish and,sealant. He even threw in the ozone climate control treatment which took away any foul smells or odors that lingered in the car. To say the least this was by far the best detail I ever got. He was honest about any deep scratches from previous owners and after almost a month and no wash the car is still clean. I'm getting com0liments from people all the time asking how I kept a 8yr old car so flawless. There are no swirls and thr car has an insane amount or gloss. Juan truly is a master at his craft.

You have to check out in person the work that Joe, Alex, and his team does to believe the craftsmanship that this shop produces. I honestly believe that this shop is one of the finest in the business and you cannot go wrong with any service that they provide. They are also the nicest people to work with and go above and beyond to make the customer more than happy. Every step along the way was easy and straightforward. My dad got his C8 ceramic coated here from before and I knew I had to check them out, and that’s exactly what I did with my Model 3. I went ahead and got the clear front only PPF, and whole car ceramic coating. It is worth every dollar as the car is stunning. You won’t believe how shiny it is, and with the ceramic coating, keeping the car in tip top condition cannot be any easier. Wow! I am super impressed with the interior detail clean that Israel and his team did. The car looks like it's brand new now! They were able to get out deep stains from the drivers and passengers seats and deep cleaned all the carpets and floor mats and more. Everything is sparkling! The best part of their job is that they were able to remove a nasty lingering cigarette odor from the previous owner. I'm highly sensitive to chemicals and could not breathe with the cigarette odor before, but now after the interior detailing and deep clean I'm able to breathe fresh air in my car again. Thank you Israel and your team for transforming my car! I highly recommend your business to anyone looking for superior attention to detail and the highest quality service. 👍

Cesar did such a great job detailing our Ford Escape! We could eat dinner off the floors and seats tonight! Everything is sparkling clean, and for such a reasonable price! And the fact that we didn't even have to leave the house is such a lifesaver. Amazing. We are thrilled. Cesar is very pleasant to work with and a great guy. Don’t even bother with this place. They’re very unprofessional. Their website shows that they’re open till 6 PM. We showed up at 5:10 PM and they said they were closed. The website isn’t updated. They do not value their Customers time and need to start running this business as a business and not as a flea market. Update: It is Friday 12 PM. And I am here right now and it appears to be closed. See photos attached. I drive from Castro Valley to this place. This is my second time within the last week that I’ve wasted more than 30 minutes.. Their hours are not correct. They operate this business as if it’s a flea market. If they continue doing this, they’re gonna go out of business quick. Jonny - it was not pour raining, photos show it. Yes it was sprinkling here and there, still not sure why you would not provide other services such as interior vacuuming and cleaning inside cars? Or at the very list head on over to your google listing and update that particular day’s hours so people are not wasting time.

I would recommend everyone to go to this car wash. It's off of Jackson St in Hayward. Different prices to fit you and it only takes minutes. They do a very good job. I just had 2 cars washed there this morning.

Employee is horrendous. Carwash didn't work the first 3 times I tried and I asked money back and he wouldn't give me. He had to manually reset it even though he was blaming me the whole time. Turned out it was faulty. Update: clean towels were dirty

This was my first time using this car wash service and I was very pleased with the service I received. The guys took care to do a detailed job with my car; they were pleasant as well. Had my car cleaned first time here. Got multi layer wax package. It was done in 1/2 hr. It was done very well. However I still found some spots on seat 💺. My seat was black, so lighter spots show promptly. My car is white, it was cleaned spotless.

First day first experience. A big No. Not as expected and as it should be. Did not vacuum only used the blower matting were wet I had to ask them to clean this and that. It's a $55 unlimited plan for a month but who has the time to go every day and more over if you want your car to be clean this is not the way I clean. Don't forget they're doing business they are there to make money not to clean your car. I actually forgot that.

Uneven average washes. Half the time they will scrub one side of the car with soapy brushes before entering the wash and leave the other side untouched, so one side of the car looks better cleaned than the other side. Sometimes they will scrub the car in front of you fully, but not yours for some reason. Other times they won't scrub at all and just rinse it with the jet spray before entering the wash, so any dirt spots are still there after the wash. The automated wash does a half decent job and will leave any dirt spots as they are, nothing to write home about. All this to say, you never know what kind of wash you are going to get - keep that in mind when you choose the higher priced ones.

Broke my cargo box while going through Drive through. They should have informed me that their drive through car wash wasn't safe for cargo box on top of my car. Ended up damaging my cargo box and it's been more than a week and no one has contacted regarding refund for damages yet. Pretty disappointed by their customer service. Updated: I got mail from them that they wouldn't be covering for any damages. Because in the entrance there is a board saying it is not liable for any damages to the car.

Went on a Sunday afternoon 3pm, had 3 cars ahead of us. We took a 15$ wash and it was for 2mins 30 sec and 1 min air drying. All the stains on the car was neatly removed with the wash. If you want a quick and easy wash then this is for you.

I pulled in to get gas, and some dude is parked at the gas pump, immediately comes up and starts begging for money for gas. While I'm sympathetic to him and his situation, the gas station owner should really not let beggars park at the pump and bother customers. I had my wife and kids in the car, and I didn't want to get out, so we just left. The gas station lost business because of it.

The 45 was is amazing for the outside and I love it, but the interior is left untouched, I asked if they could clean it and didn't even ask if I was ok with a up charge. They just did it. On top of that, I had to get someone to tell them to re clean it. And still left it dirty. I'm ok spending a little extra, but for them to not clean all my doors was upsetting. My center counsel was dirty as well

The exterior was good, but the interior vacuuming and wiping were terrible. 😒 It appeared as though they used a dirty rag or something, leaving smears on the screen and dust still everywhere. 🤢 Overall, it was not worth it, and the car feels dirtier on the inside now than it did before the wash. #disappointed #badservice #carwashfail

We couldn’t be happier with how the paint protection film, ceramic coating, and window tint came out on our ’25 BMW M4Comp. Cannot recommend Supreme Auto Shields enough! They were professional, timely, and superb at communicating throughout their process. We brought in a well loved rock crawler (Lexus GX) in a camo vinyl wrap. It had been wrapped for about 4 years, with the wrap baking into a few spots. Supreme removed the wrap and detailed the car including polish to handle some of the scratches. They did a fantastic job - our 9 year old SUV looks brand new again! I included photos start to finish - look at her shine!

If you finding a good Auto detailer, I highly recommended you guys find Detailing Boyz in Fremont. It is because they will give the best services to their customer, and tried their best to detail your car even your car is not perfect. I found Detailing Boyz help me did a coating package for my2016 Mazda 6 because I noticed the paint of my car started oxide(Picture 1). When they finished detailing my car, I was very surprised because it was an 8 year old daily car that looked brand new. (picture 2 and 3). After 8 months later, the coating is still as good as new (picture 4). Recently, I found Detailing Boyz again to help me deep clean my car interior, and they bring me a new interior (picture 5).

Everything I Hoped For! I've been driving by this particular detail shop for sometime now, and have meant to stop in to get an estimate on clay, wax, and other detailing for my 350Z. Last week, I finally pulled in on a whim - and have been really glad I did. I was waited on immediately by Barry, who gave me a fair and comprehensive quote. And, even though he was busy, he managed fit me in for the next morning, and even offered to get me home, since I wanted to leave the car overnight (not sure that's something they can routinely do, but it shows their willingness to accommodate a customer). The actual clay and wax job was done to perfection, and the attention to detail was evident - they really seem to care about pleasing their customers. I'll definitely be going back for other cosmetic issues on my Z.
