Came back in 6 months to get the ceramic maintenance spray applied to reactive the hydrophobic properties. Water beads off with ease when doing bi weekly at home car washes. The owner of the car wash works on site and he offers the best customer service and will answer any questions or communicate special requests to the employees. Thanks I'll be returning 2 x a year to maintain my ceramic coating.

I had my 2020 Lexus GS F done with David, and he did an amazing job. He's a technical guy but also an artisan. He communicated clearly and frequently and sent me pictures to update me on the status. If you want your car to get the personal attention of someone who really knows what he's doing then David is your guy. He's not a huge shop handing the work off to trainees. I've also seen his work on my friend's vehicles, and the work was similarly outstanding.

General car wash and nothing wrong with the service or facility. But… I felt like I was at the Tijuana boarder crossing into San Diego. Waited in line for 30 minutes and regretted coming here immediately. Would recommend driving a little further out of the way to find a different car wash, will actually save you time.

I think there is something that happens with others who have an exclusive line for those who are members. because those of us who are members are faced with a very long wait where the right thing to do would be to have priority because we are members. You need to put a line that only those who are card members can enter and those who are not members must use another line. I like the service, but this place needs to improve on the issue of member lines. July 28 Sunday still same situation members stand in line waiting for non-members to pay with credit cards, even though there is a sign saying this line is for members only

I've been here for a couple of times already and they never disappoint. I went in mainly to get my parts installed - some performance mods(downpipe and intake) and cosmetic mods(front lip and wing) - for my Elantra N. I love how they always treat my car with care and passion as if it's their own project car. My guy Richie helped me every time and he just gets it done! The owner Sam, cool dude, always trying to organize the place and the community. Even though we all came from different backgrounds or have different cars, now I feel like I'm part of the family! Coming back soon if I have more mods to install for sure because pricing is also very reasonable!

Awesome guys and did a fabulous job on my car. The paint now really shines. Spilled coffee on the race-tex seats and the stain and smell were removed completely. For reference: Miami Blue 718 GT4. Update 10/4/2023: I curbed my right rear wheel. Pretty concerned as they are hard to get for the 718 GT4 platform nowadays. But it appears as if the damage never occurred. Update 6/26/2024: fresh wash; replaced old pictures due to new 718 GT4 RS Clubsport Wing.

Nathan was a super nice respectful guy and when it came down to his finish product, well let’s just say my 2007 Chevy Silverado looked better than new. I hired him for a 1 step all in one polish getting my truck ready for business logos. He knocked it out of the park with very very competitive pricing. I purchased my Lexus NX 450h+ in June of 2023, and it was vital for me to preserve the ceramic paint protectant and, of course, my car's finish. Having a detailer who understands paint protection and preservation was also important. I would like to start by saying Marco was referred to me by someone who use to detail my car. the quality of work and attention to detail and honesty of this guy is what was really won me over. I had requested a full detail on my black on black Range Rover that would have cost me $650 the day I showed up to drop the car off he advised me my car didn't need that much and I saved $300 because he only said I needed a mini detail. Caused over $1300 of damage to my door. When I got there it worked fine and when they gave it back the door wouldn’t close and my INSIDE door panel was loose. Now the owner is refusing to pay. Pictured are his untrained employees trying to fix the damage he says they didn’t cause with a screw driver and buck knife. He claims they only offer car wash services and are free from liability. Had to have my car towed because I couldn’t hold the door closed while I drove home 40 miles away. After several emails now where Peter “Won Baek”’(according to him) has refused to act with any amount of honor or integrity I’m being forced to take it to the next level. On edit - you can see this guys response after almost a year. YOU BROKE IT and you refused to address it and still do. You’ll get yours.

My go to place for car wash service. So far I've noticed that only two people do a great job drying cars and make sure yo tip well. This time it was spotless. 5/29/2022 I had just finished a move and my car was so dirty inside and out. I bought the 70 dollar interior detail and glad I did. Andres is detail-oriented, reliable, and reasonably priced. Earlier this year he did a full wax and ceramic coat on my truck, and a ceramic coat on my car. His price matched the amount of work each vehicle needed - the car had fairly new paint so he didn't try to upsell me on a wax it didn't need. Now both vehicles shine! I was pleasantly surprised he was able to remove water stains from the truck's chrome bumpers that I couldn't remove with a few different chrome polishes. And I recently bought another old car and the headlight lenses were very cloudy. I didn't know he was a headlight restoration expert, but he is equally skilled at that process (no surprise!) and the headlights look like new, saving me hundreds in replacement costs. I was connected to Kevin and his company through an Instagram ad, we spoke, I shared I bought a new vehicle and looking for Ceramic Coating. He was local to me, so we met up and he explained to me the process and his fee. Based on my understanding and comparing his pricing I think it was a very fair. I left the car overnight the next day the results were amazing. Kevin was able to eliminate water stains and other swirls marks, the overall shine and depth of the color was very impressive. Paid for the $59.99 Gold Car Wash. Every door handle is still dirty. Cup holders don’t look wiped down. Middle seat not wiped down. Crumbs in all the seats. Gave them two stars for washing the car but definitely did not get a gold level wash and vacuum.

At first before coming to Town & Country: when receiving my rental car I was frightened by how dirty it was left by the previous renters. Glass was improperly cleaned, seats had sweat and drink stains, wheels left caked in wheel dust, sad looking plastics. I couldn't go another day with the car looking like this - I couldn't even see out of the windshield at night without seeing steaks everywhere. Thankfully I found a solid car wash place in the area. For 150.00 this is really the best you can get. The job was nearly perfect. Clear glass, seat stains gone, and the wheels look a whole lot better. I attached before and after photos. It received: Exterior deluxe package with plastics and tire shine, interior cleaning with seat shampoo. The only thing missed was the trunk interior glass (covered by trunk cover, so it's easy to forget, no big deal). Some tree sap marks that were left on the surface as well, but was able to pick off softly since the sap was made damp. Overall I am happy with the result and will recommend them to my friends that live in the area that use other car washes.

Matt is a curious guy. I guess he is trying to protect the reputatation of a referal? Well, I had to call him 3 times just to book an appointment that he finally blew off. No call, nothing. The original quote of $25 made it up to $45 when that didn't scare me away I guess he took to ignoring me? Oh well, I'll buy the kit and save some money. Don't trust him....

I've gone to this one about four times now and a majority of the time it does a good job at cleaning dirt and bird poop, but that's about it. My car is often left with a bunch of grime, and the dryer is pretty awful. My car has sun spots very soon after leaving. The vacuums work very well, though.

Place used to be a great cheap place for a wash now the price is not worth it. CHECK PRICE BEFORE YOU GO!! Other reviews are all correct even after paying more the wash is worse and there was still soap not washed off my truck. Be aware its a $0.63 credit charge for any package so go big or go home I guess cause that's a high percentage on any lower priced package. My business is definitely going elsewhere to a wash not as effected by inflation hahaha

I recently took my 2010 Nissan GTR to this wash for a hand detail, expecting a high-quality service given their reputation. Unfortunately, the experience turned sour when my windshield was broken during the process. While I appreciate the effort the staff put into detailing the car, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care taken around fragile areas like the windshield. When I reported the damage, I was met with a dismissive attitude, and no one took responsibility for the incident. It’s disheartening to invest in a premium service only to have it result in further issues. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice, especially if you own a high-end vehicle. I hope they can improve their procedures and customer service in the future.

I have gone to this place a few times and the staff/service has always exceeded my expectations, but this time they really went above and beyond! It was time to replace my windshield wipers and the owner himself (Vic) went to a shop down the street to get me a pair to have them replaced while my car was being washed. Truly incredible service!! This is now my go-to place for a car wash, especially because I can go for a basic wash or a full blown top notch detail-like wash when my car really needs it! I was impressed that they were able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment. When I was there washing my car I had to get change from this nice young man that was washing his truck since the machine wasn't working to give out change! While I was washing the inside of my car the owner announced over the speaker that he had to leave cause he was "throwing away to much trash, it is a car wash leave now!" The young man wasn't even using any other trash cans just the one next to his truck. Didn't seem like he was throwing away an excessive amount since his trash can didn't even look to be overflowing. He was there with his sons washing the inside of his truck first, seems like he was going to wash the outside once he was done. After the announcement he left since the owner just kept repeating "leave now, leave now!" Very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable knowing they are just watching everyone through the cameras!

Used the automatic no touch. Not bad, though it seemed like some parts of the ultimate wash were lacking like if the solution levels were low. All in all it did a good job and I did not have to remove my roof rack or bike rack. It did struggle with some small spots of 2 week old bird gifts but what wash doesn't.

This place is the worst; it feels like a scam. First, you have to press the button every 1 minute and 44 seconds(felt like 1min and 20s) to add more time, which means you end up wasting a lot of time going back and forth just to keep the machine running. Second, there aren’t many options available for cleaning your car. You can only dry your car with a towel, which is very limiting. Lastly, I got scammed out of $10 when I used my credit card. Contrary to their claim that "The car wash preauthorizes the card for $10 but will change to actual amount charged within 48 hours." I was overcharged. This is a BIG NO! You will absolutely be charged extra! I'm going to dispute this charge with my credit card company!

Highly recommend! With $38 platinum full service, they clean your car inside out, including wiping all the windows and windshields from inside, air low all the dusts, even wiping the wheels. A great deal! Will come back in the future for sure.

The car wash is good, but could be better. It’s gone down over the years… The guys that prep your car before going through the wash are inconsistent. They need to scrub your wheels better and pre spray and sponge off the bug dirt better. One of the foam sprayers is either clogged or shut off, the tire shine could be better and the chamois on the left doesn’t even come close to the car. They should hose off the after care area each morning before opening. It’s dirty and it gets in the car when you’re finished cleaning your car. The compressed air hoses need servicing as well.
