Brought my Model Y in for a PPF, Tint, and ceramic coat and Concours did a fantastic job. The communication has been fast and straight forward and the process easy. They do a follow up and check the work for any issues post application. Fortunately my vehicle didn't have any issues (delaminating or bubbling, etc..) on the PPF or Tint so goes to show they did it well the first time. Definitely not the cheapest but went with this service from word of mouth and seeing other vehicles they've done well. But not much more than i would've expected for tinting and front PPF.

I brought my 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy in to have an emblem removed from the hood and they were great and efficient in removing it without any damage. Everyone involved were friendly and great. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Concourse Auto Spa.

This place did an amazing job detailing my car and touching up the chips and scratches. They did a 2 stage polish and it really brought out the flakes in the paint. It looked amazing. A... MAZE... ZING!!

They did an interior and exterior detail with my Tesla Model Y. They did an amazing job with it, car is just 2 years old and it looks like the day when I bought it brand new. Price was affordable and also had a same day appointment. I highly recommend them.

Tyler is exceptional! About a month after purchasing my first car, I unfortunately experienced a scratch that left me devastated. Eager to get it fixed quickly, I called Tyler on Sunday morning, and he impressively scheduled a service for the same day. His professionalism and kindness immediately put me at ease. When I was anxious about parking the car back in the parking structure, Tyler went above and beyond by patiently guiding me through the process. His considerate approach made a stressful situation much more manageable. While I hope no further incidents occur, I'm incredibly grateful to have found such a trustworthy and helpful professional. If I ever need automotive service again, Tyler will be my first call.

Tyler was so kind and efficient. He responded right away and offered me an appointment right away! He did an amazing job for a fair price! I just received my car from my father and the previous owner was my stepmother who has 2 kids under 2, so you can imagine how dirty and stained the seats and carpet were. Tyler was able to make my car look brand freaking new! I wish I would have taken some before and after photos but it completely slipped my mind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and use again.

10/22/2024 Using V4 polish on 2008 Tundra now too . Looks like new , water beads and rolls off . Finished roof with C4 also but still need to polish/seal with V4. 10/08/'24 Using C4 cutting compound on 2008 white Tundra . Huge difference , bigly. See pics. I've been using chemical Guys products for a while now and although you can find cheaper products "you get what you pay for" . When you spend hours detailing at home it makes a difference you can see and feel I have not been disappointed yet . See attached pics .

Take your car here if you have a rooftop tent. It’s hard to find places that do hand washes with accessories attached. I opted for the Express Detail and I was not disappointed. All staff and operators were professional and on time.

Joe was exceptional. He arrived a little late due to running over on a earlier assignment, but notified me that he'd be running a little behind before hand so I appreciate that. As for the detailing - outstanding! My SUV hasn't looked this good since I bought the vehicle. In fact, it might be in even better condition now! I found Joe to be friendly, professional, and highly detailed with his cleaning process. He even got out a stubborn, dried up stain in the back trunk area that I couldn't get on my own. Disappointed, as my car is still visibly dirty. I came here because they accept Apple Pay, and have good reviews. I chose the $16 wash option, proceeded through the drive-through car wash as normal and continued to the vacuum cleaners. The vacuums had strong suction and thus worked well, but my hands got very dirty just handling the vacuum nozzles. I honestly felt disgusting after leaving, but fortunately had some wipes in the car. I couldn’t find anyone to address the issue of my car, still being very dirty and spotty. The entire hood, both front and rear bumpers, as well as my trunk door are all extremely dirty.

Surprised to see all the bad reviews. This was my first time going here and I was satisfied. The car looked good (as it should for the $360 I paid for inside and out detail) The manager Vince was friendly and the workers did a good job. I can't afford this all the time but I would go back.

I love coming to Miami Auto Wash! They do excellent work on washing the out side of the car and vacuuming the inside of the car. They do great work on waxing the car and detailing your car too. I highly recommend this place to any one.

Took my girlfriends car here for a wash and vacuum inside. The quality of the car wash was terrible. They missed a lot of spots and even in the interior, I still saw some spots that needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. Gas station car washes are far better than this and less costly as well. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.

Horrible experience-save your money! We took our Jeep there for the first time and paid for the upgraded special package. They only cleaned the front interior and didn’t even vacuum back of the car or clean the back windows. A perfect example of you get what your pay for. Please go somewhere else!

Gimme the Details and the owner Jeff were the utmost in providing professional service. I took my 2008 VW Jetta that has been parked outdoors since I bought it in 2008 for a full detail. The car’s exterior paint was very dull ( I didn’t realize I had metallic paint until after this detail). The chrome was spotted and not shiny, my rims were black from driving the freeways and now they all shine! Jeff did an amazing job, my car looks like new! Inside and out the car looks and feels amazing. He cleaned the engine and the headlights (which were yellow) and spent the time to work on buffing out a scratch in my paint which looks so much better!! Do yourself a favor and contact Jeff, he is a magician in auto detailing!

Jeff did such an amazing detail job on our other car that I took my 2015 Subaru Forester to him a couple of weeks later, and he did not disappoint! I usually park my car outside under a tree, so it ends up with a lot of tree litter and bird droppings that over time become too hard to get rid of completely with a regular car wash. The top of the rear spoiler and the trunk door also had a lot oxidation from exposure to the elements, and I wasn't sure anything could be done about it. When I got my car back from Jeff, it was so sparkly clean and the paint was literally smooth to the touch! He even polished out my dull/scratched up headlights at no extra cost, so he saved me a couple hundred dollars on that alone! Jeff treated the leather seats so that they actually looked like the original color again. Even the engine under the hood was cleaned! You can tell Jeff takes great pride in his work, and rightfully so. He does a fantastic job at an extremely reasonable price! Based on Precision One Design's stellar Yelp reviews and initial in-depth conversation with Richard on 4/11/22, I was impressed and didn't hesitate to proceed with Full Car PPF (SunTek Reaction), Full Car 360 Ceramic Tint (SunTek), Gtechniq -Halo Flex Film Coating and Ceramic Coating - Interior for my brand new 2022 Tesla Model Y. My service appointment was confirmed for May 9th with Tony waiting for me at 9:00AM eager to answer all of my questions. One week later, picked up my car and it looked super pristine. These guys really do amazing work. Standard protocol is bringing the vehicle back in 2 weeks for a few hours inspection / typical minor touch-ups which went according to plan. brought my car in with some scratches from scraping along some MDF baseboard trim, David cleaned it up with a 3-stage paint correction and blended it out, color-sanding to fill the scratches that went very deep - hardly noticeable now unless in just the right light and looking closely. Also got a vinyl coating to protect from future abrasion for 6 months, feels smooth as glass!

David is the absolute BEST! I haven't been able to take care of my SUV like I usually do when I bought it back in 2019 with the pandemic and all and he brought it back to life, esp the exterior as parking on my street under the trees took a toll. Now after two visits, my SUV looks amazing and we are now on a regular schedule of detailing it like I use to twice a year. I got a great compliment from a valet driver on Saturday about how nice my interior was. Having two toddlers and such makes it difficult to maintain but David does a great job reviving both the inside and outside. I appreciate is honesty and pride he takes in his work. He never tries to push me or sell me things that is not needed. Highly recommend him and his business!

I was simply searching for an authorized 'Ceramic Pro' installer since one of my cars had a lifetime warranty nationwide. Well, I found one here in SouthBay, Burtex Auto Studio. When I brought in my car for a service, I found out these guys are not only an authorized installer for 'Ceramic Pro' but true experts in just about all auto protection products/service! 7 months waiting, my 2024 bmw x5m competition finally arrived. Needless to say, my new M was in their shop after a quick appointment. Kyrylo (Burtex Studio) and his team did perfect job! - X5 was ordered with tricky Matt Paint, Again excellent work on coating & tinting! If you need any auto protection whether ppf, Ceramic coating, interior treatment, I'd have a hard time recommending shops other than Burtex Studio. These guys are really 'that' good 👍

These guys are awesome! They helped me out on my 13 Honda Accord, my car had bald tires on the front and rear. They got them replaced and balanced them in under a hour! Awesome customer service from Johnathan, Kevin, and Daniel. I scheduled an appointment with them to get my tint done on the car because they gave me a good price lower than other shops in the area Thank you guys! I would definitely recommend them if you need any tires, tints, or brakes done.

The entrance is a bit difficult to drive into, but if you can manage that, it's an amazing car wash. Happy they take cards and let you take your time and really give your car the TLC it deserves.

Went to wash two vehicles at the Torrance Car Wash with the help of one other person and it took us an hour to completely wash both cars. We didn't use the blow dryer on either car and instead used towels we brought along with us. I enjoyed how strong the water pressure is to remove all the dirt and we spent $23 overall.

I've visited Redondo Car Wash multiple times, and my latest experience was a mixed bag. Despite opting for the premium package, I was initially disappointed with the results, as the interior wasn't thoroughly cleaned, with neglectful wiping and vacuuming. However, after bringing this to the lead's attention, they apologized and promptly addressed the issues, resulting in a satisfactory final product. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, with complimentary coffee, and the lead was cooperative and understanding. While the inconsistent cleaning quality requires patience and follow-up, I'll visit again and recommend Redondo Car Wash.

Terrible customer service never coming bk again. The manager was no help giving excuses and not solving the problem when my rims of my car were not wash well after it came out there auto washing machine. And water spots dry up which left marks on the window This day was busy and noticed there short staff because I heard when there not busy they sent almost half the staff that supposed to dry your car home . So they had to bring people from detailing to drop what there doing while there were still detailing a customer car . They were running around like crazy . I waited for a long time for someone to dry my car out while it was still wet from there wash that my car sitting there bake in the sun that cause water spots. It was a big mistake for management to sent almost half there staff home even tho it was not busy. They should of keep them because they pay the price of when it got busy later . Not properly drying the car well to seem not caring for customers . Owners beware this place. I will be going to different car wash for now that will do a better job on my car. This place a joke . Service was really bad never coming bk

We got a new Acura MDX and hated the chrome on it. My husband and I decided we wanted to do a chrome delete , we decided to take our car to Boyds and we love how it came out!. Exceptional Service - Transformed My Car! I had an unfortunate encounter with a concrete splatter on my Cadillac due to ongoing construction in my neighborhood. Boyd’s Detailing came to the rescue and exceeded all expectations! The team worked tirelessly for two days, removing every trace of concrete and restoring my car to its pristine condition.
