My wife's car was a mess after raising our kids and allowing them to eat, drink, and be kids in it for the past 8 years. It was the family tax cab and was to the point of embarrassment. We thought we had two choices, buy another car or replace the seats in the current one, they were sooooo bad. Just years of messes and spills. Total disaster. We decided to keep the car so we priced out getting leather seats for $1,700 but wanted to start with a good detailing. Jay said he could get the current cloth seats looking good and we'd not have to replace the seats. We were skeptical but thought what the heck. We dropped the car off and heading to New Orleans for the week. When we got back the car looked brand new on the inside and out. Those destroyed seats restored to new looking and the rest of the care shined up ready for another 10 years of service. We cannot say enough nice things about Jay and his team. *The center console is the upholstery guy's job, the next project.

This car used to be GT silver …. and I thought it was kind of boring! Auri and Fernando changed the total look of the car and I love it! It went to this look using PURE PPF Frozen black with a an Xpel ceramic tint. We did some satin highlights on the hood, mirrors and door handles to make it pop. They hit the deadline we established to get it done and kept me well appraised of the status along the way. PS - they also came recommended by someone at Porsche I trust and respect

TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am writing this review as I am waiting for my car to be cleaned. I had a last minute emergency and came right before closing (literally 1 minute till closing) and they STILL TOOK MY CAR IN! Prior to coming here, I stopped at sparkling image car wash 40mins before closing and said they didn’t have enough time to finish my car.

Brought my car for a $300 detail service with this place and got a $50 job. I even tip the guy in advance to make sure my detail wash was on point and like other poor reviews here; they did not deliver. When I got my car back, the carpet was still wet. I made the guy aware of this in which he told me that it will dry up itself. He was right! It did dry out itself. However, my car now smells nasty because the humidity is now trapped inside my Cadillac. Two days after my detail wash I found myself taking my car for a re do at a real PROFESSIONAL car wash place to fix the mess up Supreme Auto Detail did. It turns out that they polish the inside of my Cadillac without cleaning the dust first which cause for leather interior to stain. Avoid bringing your car for a detail at this place. They lack of detail on their expensive jobs. This place is only for quick in and out wash and that is it.

This place is awesome. I didn't like my old car wash down the street. So I started coming here a month ago. It takes a little bit longer but that is only because they're spending that time on making my car beautiful. When you first get here Sam will check you in and he is the nicest guy. You're having a bad day you will leave here with a smile on your face after talking to Sam!!!

What an exceptional team there is at this car wash! Most impressive is a young woman whose name, I believe, is Nish. I’ve seen her over the years do all jobs at the car wash, from the cashier to running to help a customer who thought he had a dead battery. What a firecracker! Next are the guys who so meticulously dry the cars when they leave the “tunnel” - I just learned that some have worked at the company for 20-30 years! A big applause to all of them for always doing an exceptional job. Thank you, it’s always a pleasure to get in my car after it’s been washed by you guys in Thousand Oaks. Here’s to a great 2025!

The service here was phenomenal! I brought my nephew’s car for a deep cleaning session. He travels a great deal and had just driven from Texas to California….this car needed tender loving care and team at Sparkling did a great job of restoring the car to a shiny version of itself. The specific detailed spent maybe 30 minutes cleaning the interior and I left what I hope was a generous tip for his effort. Definitely recommend them for servicing or their monthly packages.

Update- Today I was surprised, they finally did the interior barrels of the wheels. I’ve always heard an excuse that it’s a “hazard” which it isn’t. The finish of the car didn’t have any streaks or spots this time. As long as they do this job every time I’ll leave the 5 stars, but can easily be changed back to a 1. Absolutely horrible job, streaks everywhere, water spots down the passenger doors, should be either refunded or do the job over again and then some with a gift card. My wife said they wiped the car down very briefly and then left the car for about 10 minutes without being attended to again which definitely explains the streaks and water spots everywhere. Besides keeping her waiting, leaving a car in the sun with water still on it will leave you with these type of results. Wheels were not done properly and still have tons of brake dust all over them. Let us know how you plan on fixing this.

A great place if you wash your car often. The monthly subscription is totally worth it. It can get very busy though, but that's manageable if you are a member. They have vacuums; you can customize your wash; and they have an area to dry the left over water with clean rags and an air nozzle.

Got it tinted almost less than a year ago and the tint is still good! Good prices, very professional and helpful also. I got the 3m ceramic and they informed me about the different tints, benefits from each one and helped me pick which was best. Definitely recommend this place.

Bumper 2 Bumper is fantastic! I get my dog groomed a few doors down and I always wondered about this place. Not only do they do an excellent job on washes and details but anything to upgrade your car they can do for you. The quality of work is also very good. I get my car washed here regularly and I just had my B pillars replaced on my Porsche Cayenne S. The next car I get I will be bringing here right away to enhance the look and protect the paint.

These guys are truly a class act. I will not trust anyone else with my Bronco. After getting my ceramic coat shredded by a budget detailer (lesson learned) I took my truck back to where I got it coated to get it fixed. For whatever reason I was treated like I was damaging the reputation of their shop by being there. So this time, when I got raked by a tree on some gnarly terrain, I tried calling someone else. From the moment I called Bumper 2 Bumper I was treated with respect, professionalism and a genuine love and appreciation for all cars. I love the attention to detail by the guys in the shop and I’m back to good as new minus some trail rash 😉 On top of that they have been a valuable resource for information on parts and upgrades for my truck. Completely stunning work on my 35k mile 2019 Grand Sport. Bought it 6 months ago and the finish was in need of some TLC! Josh paint corrected and ceramic coated the exterior. It worked! Before I took it in, it had an average "used car finish." Plenty of swirls and nicks. When I saw it after completed, I REALLY felt like I'd been "Overhauled"! I came into Fantazy Motorsports to look into paint correction for my Maserati Gran Turismo. They had their detailer thoroughly inspect my paint with his expert eye and discuss with honestly what I could expect with my paint correction. They then recommended that after perfecting my paint, I should consider having my car coated with Ceramic Pro. They really took their time with me to explain the product and it’s different packages and show me live examples in their showroom. Once I found XSiv I called and Will answered and we spoke - and I instantly felt heard and understood. They walked me through pricing and services and we landed on what I wanted, which was window tinting! They tinted my front passenger and front driver side window 15% and it looks so good. He also explained how it will help block out the sun rays which was very important as my car is dark grey with a black interior and it gets HOT in CA! All in all, I had such an amazing experience. Terrible spot. I used the brush and rinse that’s it. $10 later it’s not fully rinsed. Fastest 10 minutes of my life. The rinse spray was on full blast. Trigger didn’t work. Soap brush just crapping out soap like it had the runs. Anymore money and you’re at the hand wash place waiting for them to do it better. Don’t come here

Easy as heck! Love this place ! Some of the reviews are saying they overcharge you but there is a sign that describes what they do! There’s a $12 hold and then what you don’t use gets reimbursed. There are lots of options/ and I don’t think my car has ever been so shiny

I have been washing my cars for over 3 decades. I have used car washes where people, and not machines wash your cars. I have used drive through car wash places, and I have washed them myself at self serve places. I have found out that unless you're willing to shed a small fortune, the best job is done by you. I have never heard of this place, and I couldn't pass it up when I was offered a coupon for agree carwash. Lately, car washing has taken a back seat. I used to do it at least monthly, if not weekly. Nowadays, I might do it once every few months. Part of it, I live in a complex where I have to park under trees and it is impossible to get a few days of driving a clean car. Seems like a waste of money and effort to wash it more often. As you can imagine, my car was filthy when I took it to this place. I could not believe how clean my car was after the drive through. The one big reason for this, they had two guys as you drove into the washing station scrubbing your car. That makes a huge difference, and I hope they don't take that away. From my life experience, my cars have never came out either this clean, and or this dry. I normally spend another 10 minutes cleaning/drying my cars after these car washes. I did not need to do that this time, and I was amazed. I still ended up spending a lot of time, but I mostly spent it cleaning and vacuuming the interior. Talking about vacuuming, their vacuums are the strongest vacuums I have used before. I have dogs and I let them inside my car, so finding a vacuum that can actually get the hair out of the carpeting is unheard-of, and this vacuums did the job. It still took time, but it actually vacuumed most of the hair in a reasonable time. I like that in each vacuum bay they have the pressurized air hose, two vacuum hose with two (one wide and one narrow) different attachments, and that they have a station for hanging your mats to vacuum them. One thing that impressed me was a station with cleaning towels and window cleaning solution and sprays free of use. I am not going to focus on the actual place, it is the best and biggest car wash I have been to. The one issue I have with this particular place is the location. There is only one real way to get here and when leaving, you have to go the residential route. There is a way to get out through the residential route but it is best to turn around. You can turn around as you leave since you're on a two way one single lane street with double yellow lines.

Great experience! They opened a while ago, however I never bothered to check them out until one of my neighbors. Tell me about how great they were. So I went online, looked them up and found that I could get a free top-of-the-linecar wash. They’re also running a special when you sign up for unlimited the first two months is $20/$10 for the first two months each. They’re also running a special right now you can buy five car washes and get five free, no really these guys are crazy. I think everybody should take them up on their deal. I love the fact that they have somebody who sprays down your car before it rolls into the wash. I tipped him a couple dollars I figured maybe he’ll spray a little extra. Also they have plenty of fresh towels and vacuums and airspray hoses so you can get that water out of your side view mirrors, and the dirt out of your seats and dashboard. Along with the vacuums, they have these trays that you can clamp your car mats onto and really go to town with the Vacuum, before I did this, I didn’t know that my carpet mats were worn or more like mad it down in a couple places, but I took care of that now. So I did my car today and when my wife gets home from work, I’m going to ride shotgun so I can show her how to use this car wash and then I’m gonna have her sign up for unlimited also. anyway, everybody have a happy holiday safe travels and please have a blessed day. Fantastic detailed car work and I super highly recommend! Mike and team not only detailed my car inside and out with great friendly results, but they touched up all of my dings and chips as well! I went initially to Mike at GT Elite from a neighbors referral who said Mike can do anything. I just had my catalytic converter stolen and the dealer (and other car shops) said it would be 4-6 months back order to get it fixed. Mike came to the rescue and fixed it in less than half that time plus did all the extras. He also handled all the work with insurance. Talk about going the extra mile - in this case, many extra miles for me (and other reviews show for everyone) and that is what great customer service is all about! I am now referring all my family and friends to GT Elite Auto Lounge...

I had a noticeable paint chip and scratch on the door of my “soul red” Mazda Miata, which is a color so hard to match that the paint Mazda sells doesn’t really match. Scott did such a great job blending along the contours of the car that, whether in shade or sun, you’d never know the door has been painted. He also got the job done sooner than promised. Hope I don’t need more repainting, but if I do, I’d definitely come back.

I found Fantazy Motorsports after buying some non-compatible audio gear at a place in Santa Monica. That place wouldn't let me return it. I was in a real nightmare situation until meeting the manager Steve who found someone to buy my non-compatible stuff and gave me a great price on a new head unit that is compatible. Steve and his team also gave my car a new tint job, wheel alignment, and custom audio fabrication in the trunk. Their car audio installer Memo did a fantastic job building an amp rack with fan system and refurbishing my custom JL 10W7 sealed enclosure. I just wanted a clean, OEM look, but these guys also do hardcore installs with lighting and motors and all that. There's nothing they can't do. Highly recommend Fantazy Motorsports for all your car audio needs!!
