Had my mustang detailed here a month ago with the 2-year ceramic package. They were able to take out all the swirls on the black paint, the car still looks brand new to this day. I spoke to the owner directly and he had great customer service, he was also able to take my car in the same day. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. I recommend this place.

This place is BUSY and for a very good reason. The Details Plus might be technically separate from the Rainbow Car Wash but they share the same location. We had Details Plus do an interior, exterior and engine bay clean. We drove our truck from Montana with our two dogs, so if you know anything about shedding dogs and Montana mud ... this was a project. Listen, it wasn't cheap but you DEFINATLY get what you pay for. Ive had "discount" details and Details Plus is FAR and AWAY worth the couple of bucks. WE added in the 3 year ceramic wax and when we went to pick up the truck it looked showroom new!! Details Plus even filled the small scratches around the truck and detailed the BED!! We are set now for a winter back in Montana with confidence that our paint is protected.

Located behind an auto-repair complex, this shop is dedicated to one thing: making cars look good. If you want to slide the back of your fingers smoothly across the car and get that satisfying “like glass” look, then look no further. If you think your car has been sitting too long and there’s no way it can look shiny again, talk to the people working here (owners) and you won’t be sorry. Exceeded my expectations! For $110 (+tip) express detailing I got my car clean and shiny outside, detailed inside - very meticulously done - no dust left in any crevices, and the dash was treated with some coating that now it feels like new and smells like new too. They clean your car right on the driveway or by the curb. They bring their own water. I was very pleased with the service. Actually I was impressed at the completeness and attention to detail given to just the "basic wash" (Express Super Clean). A good name, my Corolla was super clean inside and out after this service which I highly recommend.

By luck I found pineapple car wash, they are a mobile detailer and I scheduled with their team. They were prompt, even started early. I paid for an exterior detail for my SUV and an interior detail and light wash for my tiny car. Their price is extremely fair and did great work. The interior job was great, pretty much spotless and they also removed a bunch of milk stains from my toddler. The close on my suv was well done and it shows. My pictures don’t do the job justice since it isn’t under the sun but my cars look great.

I came here to get my car detailed for the first time and it was the best detailing experience I have ever had. I have a white dog and his fur was stuck to everything. Tony and his team got my car looking spotless. I don’t even understand how they did it. I couldn’t even find a single piece of dog hair. Every single nook and cranny was touched. Edgar restored the headlights of my car today. They were very yellow and he did a very thorough job and left them more clear and white. I appreciate all the effort he put towards it and his professionalism because he came with all his equipment. I would recommend him. The price is good and best thing he comes to your place.

Headlight restoration: Very good job done and cost effective and speedy too. Job done in less than 2 hours, comes at home, costed 120 usd for headlight restoration for my pair of foggy headlights. Saves 30 usd uber money, as its a home service. Attached before and after photos, guy said should be good for 2+ years.

I had about 3 gallons of water spilled in the back of my car over my brand new leather seats and Allan came to my rescue at 8pm in the evening, picked up his phone first time through and 30 min after that, he was there with his tools and salvaged the situation. Did a great job of getting that load of water out of the back of the car and the foam! Also got the ceramic done on two cars and all I can say is that he gives you his honest opinion and will answer any questions you may have. He is transparent with his customers and is not looking to rip your pocket but to give you an affordable service that your car deserves and that you would be happy to walk away with! Thanks Allan!

I paid $230 for an interior deep clean/detail. My car was not that dirty to begin with, just had a problem with ants crawling around because my parking spot was infested so I wanted a thorough clean/detail to reach those hard to see/reach areas so the ants have nothing to munch on. I specifically asked Alan if he had some tool to get some hard to reach areas under the center console and he said yes. Unfortunately, when I got my car back, I noticed there were still crumbs, stains, dust, a receipt stuck under one of the seats, and the pistachio shell which I thought Alan's tool could reach... Definitely not what I expected for the price I paid.

Love this DIY carwash. It's 6 dollars now for 5 minutes. They always restock their washing dispensers for foam brush, wash mode, and spot-free rinse. They even have an air dryer setting to blow water out of all the little crevices. Their washing wands are always working. I have yet to go to a stall where something wasn't working. They even have a detailing service if you want someone else to wash your car for you. Great service and super clean. I find this coin-op wash has more amenities than any others that are nearby.

They damaged my seat belt clip!!! I wish I can give them 0 star, we sent our car for car wash today, and they damaged our seat belt and refuse to take care of their damage. We sure it was not damaged when we drive here, because we put the belt on when we dropped the the car, I asked the owner to check if they have video, and they said they don’t. It such an unreliable place and I was so angry when they refused to admit the fact and they don’t want to reply to us anymore. Never come to this place again.

They ripped my seat! Poor service recently. I've been a loyal customer of Lazano Carwash for the past 23 years, but their service has significantly declined this year. During the visit before last, they ripped the cover on my seat. When I brought it to their attention, the staff told me the manager wasn’t available and couldn’t do anything about it. However, I believe the person I spoke with was the manager, as he’s the one in the yellow shirt whom all the employees seem to refer to. On my next visit, the vacuuming was poorly done, with cookie crumbs, sand, and other debris left all over the floor. When I asked them to redo the job, I was met by the same "not manager" who told me, 'I remember you, you always complain!' It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service from a place I’ve trusted for so long."

So bad.. i called to ask for price and was told 40. When I got there, they told me my car is 55. My car is a standard size SUV. When I went inside to pay, they charged 56. I asked why extra dollar, they said it was for the credit card transaction fee. I just stopped by during my lunch break and didnt want to argue about a dollar so I just paid and waited. The car was done in 5 minutes, for both inside and outside. When I saw the car, there were still a lot of spots that didn’t get cleaned, waters still dropping from everywhere, so I showed the guy the spots and he said its not part of the package. He opened the door for me and waited for me to give him a tip, which i was never gonna give, and he just left without saying a word. Inside the car, the seat positions were all changed, back and side mirrors were changed. Never going back.

With winter approaching fast and a couple road trips in the books, I wanted to get something to truly protect the paint on my SUV and settled on PPF. After scouting for a place, I decided on Song Auto Detail and I couldn’t be happier. Yong is the owner and he is a truly down to earth guy. He walked me through the whole process, detailing exactly where and how he would install PPF protection. Only 2 days after, I got my SUV back and what a difference it made. This place is over priced, not worth dealing with their RUDE staff. This is my 1st and last time I'll be coming here. They don't do a good job at washing your car. I do not recommend this place, next time I will find a place with polite staff and a better price.

Been going to Dynamic Detailing for years. This time around, I needed to PPF the headlights as the OEM UV coating has started peeling (never had this on any cars before) and do yearly maintenance on the ceramic coating. I’d taken the car to them to have it looked at prior and for feedback on next steps. Appointment was easy to schedule with Harrison. I stopped by the shop, handed the car over, and worked from their very nice and cozy waiting room while the car is being worked on. Daniel, Harrison, and the entire DD team does great work on protecting the car. It came out brand new and PPF looks great. Highly recommend them and will be going back for future needs.

By far the very best detailing shop that l've encountered in the Bay Area The professionalism, the communication, and the responsiveness is far above which not only starts the process off extremely well but maintains that excellency through pick up and aftercare. I wish I found these guys before having PPF installed on my entire car but the work they did in adding the PPF and ceramic coating I did need was flawless. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and contacted me with questions and options immediately. What I also loved was they always offered options. It was as if they wouldn't accept that there isn't a solution but rather understood how important the car is to me and as such became as important to them. Their lounge, work area and staff appearance likewise clearly exemplifies the professional approach and importance they place on the services they provide and their customers. Highly recommend and will be my only shop going forward.

I bought a used car and the previous owner was a heavy smoker. I tried all the method to remove the smell. But I couldn’t get rid of the smell at all. My friend introduced this shop so I took my car to him for interior detail. It turned out amazing. It is literally like I have a new car and no tobacco smell at all!!! The owner is knowledgeable and professional. Also the car was complete at the time he said it would be. You can tell that he is the consummate professional who is passionate about his job and the results speaks for itself. Highly recommend!

I've never experienced such horrible customer service than I did today by management. I went in for a full service car wash and was told that I had already used the full service earlier this month, which wasn't true. I keep tabs of when I'm using my full service wash as I had experienced this same issue a few months prior. Instead of just working with me on the full service wash, I was told NO, that I had already used it. I then asked to cancel my membership and instead of taking care of it right on the spot, the referred me to a phone number which was taped on their wall. I then called the phone number to request that they cancel my membership along with a refund and was told NO again. The agent on the phone was useless and offered no help whatsoever or even a partial credit. I will never return to this car wash again! This review applies to their management only and not to the hard working team cleaning and drying cars.

The last dollar I’ll give them. My wife has gone here for years. I recently bought a $20 exterior wash and hand dry. The hand dry was 20 seconds at most of lightly touching various locations around the car with a towel. At the end the car still had bugs all over it, dirt spots, and blue soap streaks running down everywhere. I told the manager how disappointed I was and showed him the wash and he suggested I pay for a $35 deluxe wash to fix it. I told him I paid for a wash and dry and that’s what I expect. He agreed to try it again and the results were very much the same. We will take our business elsewhere.

I recently took my car to AJ Professional Detailing for the first time, and let me tell you, they've won a loyal customer. I had a complete 'In and Out Detail' with ceramic coating applied, and the results were incredible. In fact, when I picked it up the transformation was so amazing that I barely recognized my car. It looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! My car looked good before, but AJ Detailing removed all those minor scratches and brought back the car's original shine. The engine bay was immaculately detailed, and the interior looks brand new again. The ceramic coating is amazing – water now beads right off, and even pollen dusts off easily. I am beyond satisfied with AJ Detailing's work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service!

I recently had ceramic coating done on my new car at this place, but unfortunately, I found a dent near the fuel tank when I picked it up in the evening. They did perform paintless dent removal, but there’s still a small mark left on the car. I never expected to have a dent on my brand new vehicle, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here for detailing. While a couple of the staff members were friendly, one of them was a bit rude when I went to collect the car for the final time.

I had a good experience here. It was my first time and I got there around 5.40 pm, but the staffs were still friendly and took a good care of my old 2010 Prius plus very high mileages haha (They close at 6 pm but they didn’t show me that they upset or mad because I was the last customer, some shops if you get there almost the time that they’re going home, you will see that they’re not happy) They found my filter cap was melt by heat but they didn’t force me to pay $50 for replacement which I know that I can buy a cheaper one online (I usually take care of my car by myself, so I know things) They just recommend me to change and asked me first about every steps if I wanted to do. I used to have my own staffs for customer service and I always told them not to force customers but being friendly and help them honestly, they win me! Thanks for a very kind and good service. Service mind is the key!

Amazing honest service! Been to a few oil changers locations across Bay Area, and each one has been phenomenal. Came here to get an oil change with a low mileage car, and they did a quick inspection and told me that I didnt actually need to change yet! Been coming to this car wash for a long time when the old couple still owned it, now it's under new management and it's great! Soaps and other chemicals are actually working when selected vs before when I used to doubt if there was any soap at all. Lol. The best improvement is not only the ability to use your ATM card, but the option to stop the charge when you're not using the wash instead of it just charging you $5 and running till the money is spent. That to me was a game changer. My brother met the new owners Adam( i think, the father) and Vic (son)and he said they wee cool. And they were, I met vic today when I was washing my car, he complimented me on my wheels and we chatted...really cool, down to earth dude! It really seems that they do care about the quality and improving the car wash, investing a lot of $$$ for improvement even asking me for suggestions! Unless they can but a bar n tv's there...I font know how else they can improve on what they already have. Lol. I look forward to cleaning my car and not worry about the money I spend there, because it's money well spent considering what the services they're providing....great job guys!
