Had the best experience at Gonzalez Car Wash & Detail! I wanted to find someone that would take their time and put in the effort to bring my car back to life. I recently purchased my vehicle used and wanted it to be as clean as possible. I googled local detailing and I came across a video of Edgar shampooing one of his details and it immediately caught my attention because you can tell he was taking his time and unfortunately in previous details I’ve had, you can tell things were done in a hurry or even left out. I paid them to restore the headlights. Headlights had yellow reduced and looked better. But the headlights were not restored, headlights were still all scratched up. They did not sand or whatever is needed. I need to take it somewhere else to have another shop finish the job of restoring the headlights, I would not recommend going here. Other than that they were very polite and did the job on a timely manner.

First off my expectations were exceeded. I requested a single pass polish to take care of old wax a minor webbing on my paint. The polish that was done on my truck took care of all of that. Well this is the second time I've been here the first time I got the regular wash nothing special and it seemed to be okay, this time I got the $42 wash I get home and I've got soap residue everywhere, dirty Windows, water everywhere, it looks like they didn't even dry it off. When I opened the rear hatch there's water and dirt everywhere. I called them and unfortunately the reason I got it washed today it's because I'm leaving for 2 weeks today, they told me if I can't bring it back in the next couple days they aren't going to do anything about it. Don't waste your money here.

Broke off and shattered my side mirror, then tried to hide it in my center consol. When I spoke to the manager, he said, "It is existing damage," and that I should have known it could break. He popped it back into place, still shattered, and stood by his statement that it was existing damage. He refuses to give me the big pieces that came off as well. When I arrived, there was no mention of mirrors being shattered and hidden. DO NOT COME TO ZOOM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE SMASHED! UPDATE it only gets worse with Zoom car wash. The main manager left the site while I was talking to him. The next manager said he understood, but there was nothing I could do except come back again tomorrow to talk to the same person who walked out on our conversation. A third person was arrived trying to "work something out" with the second manager for me, and they went to "the office" and did not return. The cashier repeatedly told me they were trying to figure out what to do and that I had to wait. The business started locking up the shop, and I asked where the office was. Cashier said glass window at the end of the hall. There was no office there. She then said it's upstairs. Everyone literally left, and there were two cars in the back and one gate open, so I had to drive away before getting locked in. The sheer level of disrespect and dishonestly from this business makes me wonder how they are still in business. I am a hard-working mother trying to survive. A business like Zoom car wash does not care about their customers or the hardships their business causes!

I brought my car in today for a wash and paid extra to have the seats wiped down. When I got home, I noticed a spot on the back seat that hadn’t been cleaned, which I easily wiped off myself. It was disappointing, especially since I also saw the carpet under the driver’s seat wasn’t vacuumed properly. For $53, I expected better service.

I’ve been looking to get ceramic coating over my PPF to help combat attack of the dead bugs and make it easier to just clean the car. My friend referred me to River Islands Car Salon,(Neil) to add ceramic coating as well as an exterior detailing and he did an amazing job! He even wiped down my interior and did wheel trim. We were so relieved and delighted to find this business at a time when we had many other urgent needs pending, yet the car had to be cleaned up after emergency medical transport. (We'd tried ourselves, but it wasn't enough.) William not only fitted us in on short notice, but did a wonderful job.
