It’s been one year since the owner James detailed my 2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO and I finally had a chance to come back for a maintenance wash. After one year, the ceramic coating on the paint and wheels still beaded up! The interior was cleaned and detailed. James spent a good amount of time cleaning up my kids back seat and we all know how a 5yr old can wreck a cars interior. Definitely recommend James to others in the Bay Area for car detailing.

TLDR: I phoned James and had a ceramic coat done on my Mazda 3 hatch. Easy washes and compliments. You should got with James. Working with James was quick, easy, and fruitful. James was able to set up a coinvent date for me to drop off the car and was kind enough to hold onto my car for a bit as I was out of town. When I picked up the car, it was a night and day improvement over the condition I picked the car up from the dealer. The only way I can explain it is the color got deeper and bolder from oem. Simply put, the ceramic coat elevated the oem paint to oem plus. James also went over car care do’s and dont’s while I was picking up the car to ensure the coat is maintained properly. Washing and drying the car is a breeze now. And I have gotten several complements over the car since getting it back!

Starwash is great and Marcos does amazing work! I've had two cars cleaned by him and they were so well done! I've already booked him to come do a 3rd cleaning. He has always been responsive, on time, affable and scheduling has been a breeze. Recently, our new, not so well trained dog, had an accident in one of our cars. Although we tried our best to clean it, we needed help. Now that Marcos is done with it, it's like it never happened. Additionally, given the urgency I had, he managed to fit us in as soon as I was free! He came out at 8am on a weekend to help us out. The prices he has charged me have been MORE than fair considering how hard he works, the duration of the clean and the way everything looks, smells and, feels afterwards! For as long as he'll keep taking my business, I won't be using anyone else!

The machine in the stall I used said “tokens only”, “credit card or tokens”, and also a half missing and hand written sign on masking tape that I think is supposed to say “not working”. I expected a car wash with such good reviews to be capable of taking my money.

Great 24hr spot for a quick clean. I mainly use the Pressurized Soap and Rinse. Does okay for light work. Any more and I'd rather use a wash station setup at home. I'll never use the soap brush since those are never cleaned. You can't bring your own bucket. You can probably get away with your own wash mitt.

Had a dog pee in my car about 1 year ago. I tried everything to remove the smell (professional shampoo, steamer, & enzyme cleaner). Today is the first day in a long time my car feels & smells new again. I thought the smell was never going away. They removed my seats and power washed. Also detailed my car flawlessly. Andres was amazing with my bike, I called him on a Saturday afternoon and in 4 minutes he opened the shop for me, washed all the grime and dirt off my bike and polished it.. 100% recommend him ! if you see the shop closed call him he might be nearby or give you an appointment and he has great attention to detail!

My kid puked all over the second row of our SUV. This stuff was in the leather and on the mats and under the seat. It was awful. Jose came promptly and cleaned every crevice of our car and shampooed everything. Every single cheerio and goldfish that had accumulated over the years was gone. Even the playground sand that had gotten into the holes of the leather was dug out. The car interior looked like new. He was also able to clean off various scrapes on the exterior of the car. Truly a miracle worker.

Outstanding work by Francisco and Sergio! My car interior needed a miracle especially the cloth seats that were stained and filthy. I tried to cover it up using car seat covers because I thought I would never be able to restore them. After following the Brighton Mobile Auto Detailing social media pages I was thoroughly impressed with their work and decided to give them a try and see if they could work their magic. Danny did an awesome job at making our car look, feel and smell crispy clean which hadn’t been cleaned since purchase 10 years ago. I visited Paul's shop due to a leak in my trunk, which caused mold to grow under the spare tire. Paul claimed the mold posed a health risk and diagnosed the leak as coming from the weather trim. Before even performing the service, he asked me to leave him a 5-star review. I’m GLAD I didn’t, as he provided a 1-star service. He then tried to charge me $700 under the table to fix the leak. I kindly declined and requested only mold removal. He claimed to make minor tweaks and messaged me via text and I quote “if I hypothetically didn’t do the job right, you are covered under your insurance”—hardly comforting for a first-time customer.. I later took my car to another shop, where they discovered the leak was actually due to frame damage, not the weather trim as Paul had claimed. It became clear that Paul values taking advantage of people for money more than maintaining a happy customer. Not only did he misdiagnose the problem and try to overcharge me, but he also failed to remove the mold. The other shop even took a photo of what Paul had supposedly “completed.”

Paul is amazing to work with. He is friendly and very upfront with pricing and the type of work that may be involved. Paul discovered additional dings on my car after he finished washing and asked if I wanted any of them removed prior to continuing with my detail. There were a couple of other scratches/dings throughout and Paul took the time to communicate with me each time to ensure I was aware of any additional work that needed to performed. I brought my 2015 Toyota RAV4 that I park outside in for a deep inside and outside clean. I regret not taking proper before pictures because the after is incredible. All in a day and it’s cleaner than the day I bought it! The team added a little touch up paint to some front chips and make my headlights clear again. And the grime that builds up on the steering wheel, even if you clean it regularly, gone! Last plug, I’m sensitive to fragrance and smells and this shop uses products that don’t include any so while it smells clean in that it is clean, there’s not a lingering fragrance smell and I love that. I will absolutely be back. Worth every penny.

I’ve driven past this car was for years but never thought to stop out of laziness. Today I pulled up. It wasn’t busy so that was a plus, only had to wait about 5min and a car wash bay was open for use. Minimum start amount is 5 dollars which is not bad and depending on how dirty your car is the most I think you would spend is about 15 dollars going thru every stage. The most important stage in my opinion and also a super important option that they have is filtered water. Don’t get discouraged by the low pressure because the filtered water is god sent. Hop on the freeway right after and be amazed at how spotless the car ends up. I will definitely be back here!

This is a great place for a self serve/manual brush car wash. I don't like the automatic drive through carwash as they scratch the paint. This place has 5 bays and some spaces for vacuuming your car and drying them off. If only there were more self serve washes in the area as I'm coming from San Francisco just to come here.

Antonio is the consummate professional!! I've had many cars detailed over the years, and this was hands-down the best service I've ever received. I'm getting ready to sell my 2018 KIA Niro hybrid electric car, and it was beyond filthy from my two kids, three moves, countless daily commutes (and meals on the road), my mom's dog, etc. It ended up taking Antonio over 5 hours (!!) to clean it, and he was meticulous, not skipping or glossing over a single thing. How he managed to get some of the stains out (exterior and interior), I'll never know. By the time he was done with the job, however, it looked like a brand new vehicle. My neighbor even came by to check it out and was shocked and amazed. I know this is going to be a huge help for me in selling the car - I will be able to get a lot more $$ for it. Anyway, in addition to being an expert at his job, Antonio is just a delightful person. He came to my home, which made it super convenient. And the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely be using him again in the future, and recommending him to all my friends and family members! :)

Bought a used car and it was filthy! Caked in dirt, dog hair, and cigarette smell. They got in a little early and were super nice! Told me what they were gonna do and got to work. One thing you can always count on this Car Wash. Long lines, Understaffed, constantly price hiking And declining in quality service. Overpriced and lack of quality cleaning products. The wrong Car Wash went out of business South City Car Wash. I wouldn't Miss this Business if they went out of business tomorrow. It's pretty bad if you half to pick up a Towl and wipe the car down yourself. Be careful of the Bait and Switch if you Dont drive a lil Honda Civic you might half to pay more for your larger vehicle and they know they have you as you have been seating inline for sometimes more than 20 minutes and it’s hard to manage to get out out their line.

I called them a day ahead about restoring my headlights. They said it’s gonna cost $60-70 depending on the car which is reasonable. The next day I came and they agreed to do that for $60. 2 minutes later one of the guys said $60 is polishing only we can do coating and it’s gonna last longer but it’s $120. There is no point of polishing the headlights without finishing it with coating. Learn how to do business. If it’s $120 for restoring the headlight tell me that it’s $120 over the phone.

Had a very positive experience at this auto body shop. Phil is excellent and very professional! Our car got side swiped by a hit and run and Phil made everything so easy for us. THE BEST!! I was stopped at a shopping center a few weeks ago when someone hit my car from the back and ran. My back bumper on my Mustang was dented and loose. I took my car over to Image Auto Body and spoke to Jun. Jun was super kind and helpful and quickly dealt with my insurance provider when they needed an estimate and any details. The front desk was also very nice whenever I called. My car looked amazing when I picked it up. They also washed it, waxed it, and deep cleaned it on the inside. Greg Russo is my go to guy when my car gets a major boo boo. My car is a pearl color and I never paid attention to the detail a three stage paint requires until I came here. Now that I know the difference.. it is hard for me to go elsewhere as there is a difference! South City Auto Detailing is a specialist in detailing vintage vehicles. Some of the cars I saw in the shop were cherry! When I see the work they do, I am tempted to buy a project. If you love your car like I do... get into a car accident... and need an auto body repair shop... this is the place to go.

It pains me to write this review for Greg Russo, but am because I am very disappointed in his lack of honesty and integrity. If I can save even 1 person from being scammed, like he was trying to do to me, it is worth it. I sent my vehicle to Greg for him to put a new starter in as it was showing signs to failure. At the same time I asked him to do a rear differential service (drain, clean, and refill) as the shop I usually take my vehicle to said the bolt was frozen on there and they didn't want to strip it while getting it off without a replacement on hand. Greg returned my vehicle to me and told me the starter and differential was complete. He then went on to adamantly tell me my vehicle was 2WD and not AWD. I was seriously baffled, but he was so adamant with was he was saying, I just let it be. On my way home, I stopped at my usual shop and told them what was just communicated to me. They threw my truck up on the rack and told me that I for sure had an AWD vehicle (which I already knew). They also pointed out that it would be hard to believe someone would not have known this if they just serviced he rear differential. I asked them to go ahead and service it right then and there. They did found that it had not be done like Greg said. The gear oil was low, dirty, and had metal flakes in it. When confronted with this, Greg became very hostile and kept yelling 'are you serious' and kept talking about this new blue bolt that was put on there. After back and forth, we parted ways and I only paid him for the work that he did - the starter. I still couldn't figure out why he would keep talking about a new bolt, but didn't address the condition of the fluid that he supposedly had replaced. Upon thinking about it, he was just continuing on with the scam ... you see there's a new bolt, that must mean I did the full service. WRONG! Greg Russo is a liar and a scammer and I will never take my car to him for anything ever again. I never would have even questioned the service had he not told me 4 different times, vehemently, that my truck was a 2WD. Shame on you!

They took me in as a walk-in and boy was I surprised! I had just wanted a hand-wash and interior cleaning on my 2006 Subaru Forester, and I can honestly say I’ve never had my car this clean, ever! Awesome mobile car wash and detail service. We did the basic clean for a 2 row SUV. They showed up a little early with all their stuff and did a great job. Vacuumed out my kids’ car seats and everything. I didn’t even realize my passenger window was up (which may be moreso a reflection of the state of yuck we let it get into…). Worth every penny for busy parents. Will likely be doing this on a quarterly basis and skip the gas station car washes.

Lim at DetailedByPrecision is absolutely the guy you need to get your car detailed and protected. I had a great experience with DetailedByPrecision! After the car dealer did a horrible job washing my car a brand new Black 2018 Honda Fit it was in need of some paint correction to fix the scratches. DetailedByPrecision did a fantastic correction paint job, as well as apply CQuartz Protection which added a beautiful ceramic coating to the car. I also asked him to apply the CQuartz leather protection to the seats inside the car. He did a completely thorough job, spending more time on the car to make sure it was perfect, and provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. A free maintenance wash was provided after the initial coating. He was super thorough in what needed to be done, how long it would take, and kept in in the loop if anything came up like additional scratches that needed to be taken care of. Skylar of G.T. Ceramic Coating & Mobile Detail worked a small miracle on my Audi S3. After my novice attempt at ceramic coating, my car's paint was a hot mess. He removed my mistakes and properly coated my car to an almost unrecognizable state. When I picked it up it looked like it had a brand new paint job!
