Update: Since the spoiler was an OEM part and was a new vehicle. They were able to cover it through their insurance. It took roughly 3 weeks to address. Disclaimer: If your car has any modifications and they break in the wash, it will not be covered. I took my car here today to get a car wash, and on the very last bit of drying, my spoiler was ripped off by the machine. I've brought my car here 2 other times with no issue. My car is brand new off the line with 0 modifications. I've submitted a claim on this but the workers have informed me there is no guarantee it will be covered. I will be updating here with latest news on the matter. PS aside from the main issue, the workers were a great resource none the less

Angel is the best auto retailer guy! Reliable, trustworthy and did an amazing job on my suv, he was able to remove a nasty odor from my car (raw juice of a chicken fell on my carpet) I hired 2 guys to come and clean my carpet and the smell won’t go away, but I called Angel and he was able to remove it completely, definitely I give 5 stars to him. Paid $64.99 for a service that perhaps I would've done better. Windows were left with water marks. The speedometer dash was full of dust as I had it. I didn't expect a full detail but at least sparkling clean windows for sure. It's crazy because as I waited, I was very impressed on how detailed some of the gentleman were and hoped to get the same service. I guess there's people less experienced just like in a any other job. This location definitely needs and employer who values customer satisfaction by checking and training ALL their employees properly. It's very disappointing. One of those situations where even submitting a complaint is pointless. Not going back, for sure.

I've been going to Bryan for about a year now and he doesn't disappoint! He's washed my car after numerous snow trips from LA to Mammoth and left my car shiny, clean, and smelling so good! Most recently, my best friend had too good of a time and threw up in my car. It was in my air vent, on my speakers, and down both sides of the passenger window. Bryan took the time to really steam my vents so that it wouldn't smell and get the junk off my stereo, window, and interior. He's very quick to respond if I have any questions about our appointment time, has fair prices, and is honest about what my car needs. I highly recommend going here if you're looking for someone to take care of your car the way you do.
