Very happy with the job ! I had a red color that I purchased the Mach-E in and didn’t care for it, so I thought a Matte Black would look nice. And the owner was super nice and informative. He went over different colors with me and even showed me window tinting options which I ended up getting as well. It took about a week to get the wrap and tinting done, but it was sure worth the wait. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to get your car wrapped and/or tinted

I rarely get my car washed. This has led to several instances of the words, “WASH ME” written in the dirt covering the vehicle. I tried to stop it by letting people know that it was a “SCIENCE EXPERIMENT – DO NOT WASH”, also written in the dirt. Since neither phrase resulted in a clean car, I tried washing it myself. Apparently, my neighbors don’t want to see an old, fat, ugly guy in Speedos getting lathered up. At least the cops had a good laugh. So, off to Simi Auto Care I go! I took the body out of the trunk (total waste of time, BTW – they don’t even open the trunk!) and pulled up during a slow time. Seriously, they certainly do a better wash than the local drive-through, and the prices reflect that difference. After the car went through the washing tunnel, it was cleaned by hand by one of the several guys at the other end. Not only did he do a nice job finishing the process, but he was also quick, too. The car looks great! I drove it back home in style. Although, in hindsight, I probably should’ve worn something other than the Speedos.

I have known Greg for a long time, probably 20 years now. Always been a great guy to work with, honest and a straight shooter. I lent my car to someone and they got into a paint-swap with another car. Thought about taking it through insurance, but showed Greg some pictures and he wanted to take a shot at it first. David did such an amazing job on my 2018 VW GTI. I purchased the car pre owned and the black paint was not forgiving, it had so many swirl marks and I couldn’t look at the car anymore. I got in touch with David at watershed and he got me an appointment for the next week for a paint correction and ceramic coating. The whole process took about 4 days but the wait was so worth it!!!! He got out all of the swirls and with the work he did it brought out the metallic in the paint. He also took it a step further and and even polished my headlights and tail lights. His attention to detail is mind blowing. He kept in good communication with me throughout the week which was appreciated and was so transparent with everything he did. I don’t think there is anyone else I would trust taking my car to now for anything related to detailing. I'm changing my review. I signed up for unlimited washes but 4 out of 5 times I go there and there closed. Yesterday I paid the full price and right before I went to vacuum after wiping my truck down the guy turned the vacuums off. I told the guy and he just looked at me like "whatever" and just turned around and said nothing. And there isn't any towels to dry your vehicle and if you drive a truck half of it won't get washed cuz the machine is messed up and they don't adjust it!

A very friendly guy name Eric approached me at a recent Cars & Coffee show in Westlake Village, as I was packing up my 2021 Shelby GT500 as the show was winding down. He introduced himself and mentioned that he is part of Black Opal Automotive. We talked about cars (and in particular, what it takes to make a car "show ready"). I asked if their services include rock chip repair, as my Shelby suffered a very small one on the hood some time ago (and it has always annoyed my). Long story short... I visited their shop and met with Devon. He impressed me with his thorough understanding of the tedious process of repairing my rock chip. Without hesitation I decided to make an appointment to have Devon "work his magic." I am ecstatic with the amazing results! And the cost? Fair & reasonable don't even come close... it was an unexpected bargain. And to boot, I had asked if he had time could he wash the car (and especially the filthy brake dust-laden wheels), as I was hoping to put the car into another Cars & Coffee show the very next morning. He went above & beyond a simple wash... and he refused to charge me for the extra service! If you're looking for the best, look no further than Black Opal Automotive!

The service here is EXCELLENT!!! I spoke with Caleb who was very nice and explained everything super well! I dropped my 2014 Ford Focus ST off around noon to have my cloudy headlights restored and they were done on the same day. The difference is night and day! The restoration made the entire car look new! I am extremely satisfied with the prices and that they offer PPF to prevent my headlights from becoming cloudy again in the future. All in all great place and I totally recommend them for anything headlight related!

All I can say is WOW! Utterly exceeded my expectations. I took my 2023 metallic black Jaguar F Pace for complete ceramic coat and front end PPF. As everyone knows, a black vehicle is extremely difficult to get a great finish, but Caleb and his team pulled it off. Upon completion, I looked for any residual swirl marks or light scratches, but nothing. The finish is flawless and once I got it in the sun, the metallic paint really popped. As for the PPF, unless you look real close around the edges, you wouldn’t know it was there, completely seamless. My F Pace didn’t look anywhere near this good when it was brand new. Caleb is a true professional and was a pleasure dealing with him. It’s obvious that Caleb takes pride in what he does and I will definitely be using his services again in the future. If you want your vehicle to look better than new, then pay Caleb a visit at Jacy Auto Detail.

Brought my 2018 Civic Sport Hatchback to Fernando to remove my bubbling 6 year old tint and replace the tint on the rear glass. When I received the car the tint looked horrible. He cut the tint exposing parts of the glass. Plus the old tint hadn't been removed properly since when he put on the new tint there was remnants of the old tint under the new tint. When I confronted him about the unacceptable job he gave me a attitude and insulted me. After a arguing for several minutes he grudgingly accepted to redo the tint the following week. When brought back the car he had a bad attitude. When I came back to pick up the car there was bad bubbling and Fernando refused to fix it yet again. At this point I'm going to have to bring it elsewhere to get the job done properly. Not only did I waste my money but he wasted my time. I am beyond furious and hope no one will support this company. This is just bad business. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

This self-service car wash is the worst, most expensive and inconvenient one I have ever used. The starting price is $3.5 and there is only 3.5 minutes which is not enough for a car wash. I had to insert coins three times in a row before it was barely clean. They only accept coins and do not accept banknotes. I will not come here again.

If using a credit card...good luck. Most machines won't accept it. Foam brush beat up, and needs to be replaced, if not, you're going to scratch car. These owners of this establishment don't do maintenance to equipment.
