Had a full size truck ceramic coated. Keith was super easy to work with, very detailed description of the work to be done along with what to realistically expect from a ceramic coating. Went over options to fit my budget without any high pressure sales stuff. Truck came out fantastic and even took care of a tiny rock chip as part of the prep that someone rushing the job would have missed. Upon picking up the truck went over in detail how to take care of the coating and provided me with options to purchase some maintenance products without any heavy sales push. My '17 GLC300 was looking tired but no more. I had the level 1 service that makes my girl smooth and shiny! She was looking tired but now has color depth and protection from being outside girl. Water just repels off my car. The level of detail Auto Sport is next level. The price is worth every penny to have a car looking new again. Got our truck detailed here and it is still dirty in multiple places, didn't clean under fenders, door jams, too many to list......appears they rushed thru it. Disappointing, more like a car wash than a detail. Looks good from afar but far from good! See the AFTER the detail was done photos

I can’t say how happy I am with Terrell and his services. He’s super responsive and very communicative when scheduling for him to come by. He didn’t try to upsell me on things, And as soon as he came by, I could tell his operation was extremely professional. He didn’t ask to use my hose, he has his own water source without contamination, which is awesome. I was extremely happy with how my truck turned out. It looked even better than when I drove it off the lot. I could tell he took his time and when he was done, he asked me to inspect the truck. I brought my 2010 Toyota Venza to Ray because I want to get it cleaned up to sell it. It is a great car, but I am ready for an upgrade. My car has been the family car used for ski trips with the kids to Tahoe, camping trips with the kids and long distance family trips to Southern California. My son used my car when he was first learning how to drive and scratched up all sides of the car. Needless to say my car has been really through some rough times and rough trips with the kids. It really needed some love on the interior and exterior. Ray was able to get our most of the scratches using his magic on the paint! He was able to bring all the leather seats back to life by really cleaning them and treating them. He thoroughly cleaned all the carpets and even the ceiling had food on it! Any other car detail place won't even come close to the level of detail that Ray puts into your vehicle! I highly recommend his services!

I got picked up a certified used 2021 Kia stinger. For a car that is roughly 3 years and lost some of luster. My Groupon was for an exterior wash but after a conversation with Ben we opted for a ceramic coating. The results turned out amazing. The ceramic coating rejuvenated the peal white in the paint. For a pre-owned car, it looks almost like new.

Paid $90 for a hand carwash this is what I got just got home and started seeing all this i didn't do a walk around since I usually don't I guess I'll have to start being more cautious. They do just machine wash but their hand car wash is definitely not worth it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this car wash yesterday and would not recommend it. When I arrived, I was the only car there and waited over 5 minutes for someone to check me in. During this time, another car pulled up, and when an employee finally came out, they prioritized the other vehicle, even though I had been waiting longer. After my car went through the wash, it sat with the headlights on for an extended period until someone finally turned them off—right as I was about to go do it myself. My car continued to sit unattended for quite some time before anyone started drying it or cleaning the interior. Despite paying extra for mud mats to be removed and cleaned, this wasn’t done. When I pointed this out, I encountered an extremely rude employee who claimed to be the manager. He was extremely abrasive, argumentative, and dismissive of my concerns. As it started to get cold and dark, I tried to wait inside but was told by the cashier that they were closing and I had to wait outside. To top it all off, the cleaning itself was subpar to.say the least. They left their footprints on the back of my seats, and the overall job was sloppy and rushed. The customer service was appalling, and the entire experience was unpleasant from start to finish. I would recommend avoiding this place if you value your time, money, and your vehicle.

I bought a used 2012 Camry & the previous owner left it looking disgusting but Dortch's detail service brought it BACK TO LIFE!! The interior went from looking grimmy and dusty to literally sparkling clean not to mention you can see my vehicle shinning from a mile away now. Dortch's puts the detail in DETAIL!!! Very professional, very trustworthy as I was able to leave my car in my driveway with Dortch's and go out & run some errands, he even left a receipt on the dash and sent pictures when he finished.. This is a great place to pull off into and wash your vehicle. The place is in tip top condition. Soaps and detergents filled, and machines well serviced and working perfectly- in this sense I would say it's hassle free. There appears to be 6 bays and an additional laser wash 360- sounds fun- haven't tried this one but maybe ill hit it up next time. Everything is meticulously maintained by on-site staff. Friendly and very helpful. This car wash is well cared for and attended to & this makes an otherwise mundane task of washing vehicles... well it just feels easy and stress free at this location. It's a good spot to wash your car but payment options are in desperate need of upgrading, I never use my card because 90% of the time it over chargers me when I don't even use the max amount. In the coin slot I've had it take about $1 because it didn't read my quarters. Manager that runs that place is amazing and always gives me the change that it takes but it would be much better if the payment options were up to date.

I did not have a lot of high hopes or expectations for working miracles on my 15 year old car that had definitely taken a beating while living in the city which includes a significant side swipe, many dings or paint transfer from other cars opening doors into mine, etc. I did a lot of research and called around to make sure I could get the highest quality service for the value for a detailed exterior and interior and ultimately went with Final Touch Detail & Paint. When I picked up my car I was truly shocked, and frankly annoyed at myself I waited that long to do that just before I sold it as I would have been driving around with a nicer looking car had I chosen to do it a while back. Chris clearly is very skilled with his craft and very invested in doing an excellent job. You get way more value supporting a small business and with someone who cares about their work and his prices are extremely competitive. Best I found for the services package provided. I was so pleased with how the clay bar and polish and extra steps he took to buff out scratches and dings and the side swipe came out. Headlights looked good as new, interior looked fantastic. Coming to Chris at Final Touch Paint & Detail enabled me to sell my car for the price it deserved and I’ve already had him do my friends truck. They were just as satisfied and impressed with the work. Would gladly send anyone to Chris and will be coming back with my other car soon.

Great wash (although a bit pricey for the top tier wash) almost $20 for the Diamond wash. The employees are friendly and I love that they are Green certified. I will have to try the lower tier wash and compare it to the diamond wash to determine if I will return ( I just can't justify paying $18.99 for a car wash). Great car wash nonetheless!

Really wanted to love this place and the service. Went a total of 4 times and each time there was something wrong with my car. On my 4th visit, they actually scratch the paint on the side of my car and then blamed me for it. I have a brand new Camry. There’s no way scratch the paint. Not a place I would recommend if you are looking to actually take care of your car. Santa Rosa pro wash on Cleveland is a much better place. Auto Pride’s business tactics seem a bit shady. For instance a Gold wash includes a floor mat shampoo, yet the more expensive Platinum wash does not. So you’re paying more for less. Also the “interior dressing” that comes with the Platinum wash is apparently just a wipe down and dusting, yet the Silver wash comes with a dusting as well, so what is the difference? Really it just seems like a way to make customers pay more for things they don’t really need, and it’s pretty disappointing when you’re paying $50 for a car wash but not getting things that are included in cheaper washes. In all it’s best to probably save money and go elsewhere, as you’ll probably end up overpaying here.
