Perfect experience! Found the company on Google, had good ratings, called and no one answered went to voicemail, but they called me right back. Spoke to Robert. He was super nice and accommodating. He said he had a cancellation next day so I took the spot. I had called around six other places and he was the best price by far. The car looks brand new. They spent almost 3 hours on the vehicle and I am super happy! I can't give them enough props 🌟 would highly recommend Robert and his assistant John. Couldn’t use the service; booked an appointment and they asked me to move it up an hour the morning of. No worries I made it happen. They didn’t show up so I called them they said they would be there in 30 minutes. Didn’t show up. Sent me a message 45 minutes late saying they are 10 more minutes away. At this point thats an hour late and since I’ve never worked with them - I couldn’t trust them with my car if they can’t honor a time commitment / communicate delays. Disappointing since other reviews are great.

First, I highly recommend this business. They are my go to place to keep my car looking new. A couple of years ago I came to them to get my engine steam cleaned. An auto body shop fixing my car noticed rat droppings under the hood. Yikes! Fady scheduled an appointment right away. When I picked up my car the engine looked like I had just left the showroom. Wow! Yesterday Fady and the team completed a complete detail (interior and exterior) with headlight restoration. The detail work was fantastic. The headlight restoration was the best. When I went to pick up my car it looked brand new. Really! I get compliments on how well I keep my car but Sam’s took it to a new level. Fady and the team have always communicated well and given outstanding customer service. This team is professional, kind, and thorough. This is not your usual place. If you’re looking for a bargain or cheapie cheap, this is probably not the place for you. This is an outstanding service for the value you pay. It’s worth every dollar!! My 4Runner’s paint was pretty messed up after years of off-roading, kids, and DIY or local “hand washing”. Paint chips, scratches, swirls everywhere. I finally decided to get paint correction done and talked to a few shops. These guys gave me straight, honest advice and did the work for an honest price. Came out looking incredible. Hard to capture in pictures. I ended up doing the paint correction plus a ceramic coat. Highly recommend.

In A Nutshell: -Lincoln Car Wash is conveniently located in downtown Santa Monica. -It's close to the 10 freeway. -The lowest detailed carwash is $32, which isn't bad. -The crew here does a good job helping you select your wash, pump gas (if needed), wash your car, vacuum, clean the inside & make your tires look shiny. Overall, the price is good as well as the service.

One of the few normal self car wash locations on the west side. Not everyone in Santa Monica and Venice can afford $100 car washes, so it's nice to have a regular $10 self car wash around. Only complaint is that it's pretty small so you usually have to wait, and the flow of traffic only works in one direction so you better hope you came in through Ozone Ave and not Lincoln to line up easily.

This is exactly what you expect and just a little more. Not a lot more - but at least a little. The payment system accepts credit cards (even tap to pay!) as well as cash and the controls are responsive. When you click to high pressure soap, it only takes a few seconds to kick on. The ‘air dry’ is INTENSE and super useful. Pro tip: set aside the last 90 seconds to blast your vehicle with the air dryer and you won’t really need to even use a towel. You can buy towels, wax, and other goodies at the convenient machines as well. Simple and useful stop!

Also Roberto was kind enough to call me after to let me know he got the spider that was living in between my car doors that has been creating spider webs for months. I asked him if he could find it for me and because he forgot to mention he got the spider when I picked my car up he wanted to let me know afterward!

a hidden gem! I was selling the car in the afternoon so I needed the car to look at its best. Roberto did an amazing job, both outside and inside, the car look new and it smelled new. at CarMax that afternoon they complimented me about how good the car looked and I got an amazing offer, all thanks to Roberto. the whole thing took about 45 minutes. he has a couple of chairs where you can wait, and he even offered me a bottle of water. The place is located at the bottom of the parking garage, but if you call Roberto he will wait for you outside to make sure you know where to go. he is super-professional and super friendly, highly highly recommended!

It took me forever to find an Auto Spa that was open late! This is my go to spot and I don't know anyone who doesn't use Royal Posh Auto Spa. They take their time and are super thorough and detail every car that rolls up as if it were their own. Don't be surprised if their busy when you go to them though. They are very popular! Make sure you have enough time to hang out a few to get your car detailed or you can pay $10 to go down to a drive thru spot and destroy your vehicle! Nothing like a hand wash! A+ in my book!

I can't say enough good about City 2 City. We have 2 dogs, one husky and the other half husky. As you can imagine, the dog hair had become a problem. Not only did Delmar and his team arrive at my house to perform the work, they were meticulous in their attention to detail. I was amazed they were able to get the dog hair out. They were even able to get under the seats to remove the dog hair. They washed and waxed the car as well, and it looks new again. Their rate was VERY competitive and Delmar was communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again.

Reached out to get my car clean and detailed. The car was already clean. I had just purchased it day before but I wanted to get an extra detailing and get between the crevices/ areas I can’t get to easily. and made it VERY clear what I needed them to do. 1st off it’s a 3 hour wait..I come back to a chocolate stain in my cupholder still! Literal chocolate stuck in my cupholder and he looks at me and says it can’t come out went home an had to clean it myself …Water marks on the outside of the car and dog hair still in the crevices. Random Eyelash sitting in the ash trey. On top of that they lost my keys and I had to wait for an hour for someone to return them because they left them in someone else’s car. I was also reassured that they would show love and follow up to help finalize the cleaning properly since I was dissatisfied , but that did not happen. Then I was charged $120 for essentially nothing. Waited 3 hours for a car that never really got cleaned and Came back to the EXACT same car!!! And had to wait an hour for my missing Keys. Irritated isn’t even the word. The professionalism was nonexistent for the type of service I was getting that should’ve been free of charge. No question. AWFUL customer service. Never again!! Stay away !!!!

This car wash detail legit saved me thousands of dollars. I was trying to sell my 12 year old car. It had so many dents and scratches and stains inside. I took it to a couple Autobody shops and they all quoted me 2-3K to fix the dents. But one kind Autobody suggested I go to Bonus first for a detail. It was about $380 all in, for inside and outside. They probably worked on my car for 5 hours. You guys. They somehow buffed out almost all the scratches, got out ALL inside stains and made my car look brand new. I decided to not do any Autobody work and just listed my car on FB marketplace. Within a week I had so much interest and sold it for at least $2,000 more than I ever thought I would, without fixing it at all. So worth it.

I purchased this ceramic coating from my BMW dealer for my X3. Within just a couple of years, it has started failing. When I reached out to Cilajet today, they told me that most all product defects are essentially not covered under warranty. Sure enough, buried in the warranty excludes basically everything that could go wrong with this product. If you want to spend over $1000 to have your vehicle ceramic coated, I highly suggest choosing a different product.

I bought my accord from walnut creek that has cilajet installed on it, and oh boy its really amazing how this paint sealant stands out gorgeously on crystal pearl black. It makes the paint 100 times better and shinier than any wax could possibly did on any paint, plus the sealant last for a long time. The product is amazing

This place is the illest! Ever since I got an electric vehicle, I’ve been looking for an E-Car wash. Illa’s E-Car wash doesn’t disappoint. It’s $2 in quarters for 4 minutes of wash, which is just enough time to wash and rinse my car. I suggest bringing your own quarters. They do have change machines but they’re not always in service. Pro tip: there are change machines on both sides of the building, so if one is out of service, try the other side. Despite issues with the change machine, I’ve never had a problem with the car was bay being out of service. And Illa’s is not just for EVs. ICE cars are welcome too, but it can get a little crowded at times so please don’t clog or smog it up for us E-car drivers. There are plenty of other options in town for your gas guzzlers but this is the only E-car wash I’ve found 😝

Saw a few people walk away as the coin machine did not dispense quarters required to operate car wash Can get busy during weekends. No one to help you out, completely self operated. Terrible experience. They scratched my car. Avoid at all costs. I arrived at 4:45pm on a Tuesday and they close at 6:00pm. I asked them if it was a hand wash. “Yes.” I proceed to the ticket kiosk and ask for the silver package and ask what is included. He tells me, “It’s an automatic wash through the tunnel. If you want a hand wash that’s $60.” I say that’s fine, pay the $60 and take a walk around the block. I come back an hour later and my car is still in the bay with no one working on it. They tell me it will be 20 minutes longer - which is fine. I come back in 20 minutes and all the employees have gone home except for one guy with my keys, who hands them off and promptly leaves. I get in my car and immediately notice the interior has not been vacuumed. They wiped down the dashboard and that’s IT. On top of that, there are water stains on my seats and scratches on the exterior clear-coat. See pictures for how they absolutely botched this wash and charged me extra for it. All pictures are AFTER the “wash.” I wouldn’t come back here for another car wash unless it was free and came with an apology and clear-coat touch ups to fix the scratches they made.

Usually I just get a basic interior and exterior wash but they’ve also detailed my car and both services deserve 5 stars across the board. Not sure why this place doesn’t have higher ratings, they have done such a good job on my car! I have my dog in my car all the time on my leather seats, and they got out all of the fur, hair, and dust. They cleaned every nook and cranny! They conditioned my leather that it looks BRAND NEW. Huge thank you to 29th Street Auto Center. I've been in LA for 3 years, and have had trouble keeping my car clean. The notoriously hard water had accumulated spots on my windows, making everything hard to see. 26th was recommended by my mechanic, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They cleaned my Subi top to bottom and put such a perfect polish on, looks like I just rolled off the showroom floor. They even cleaned off the exhaust tips and the bike rack! I'm highly impressed with the job and attention to detail, I was hard pressed to find even a little bit of dust in a crack. Someone even found a glove I thought I'd lost and put it in the door for me. I will be a repeat customer in the future, I am one happy person today.
