Went in around 3:00, he said he could do everything I needed done for the low, I offered $120 and he gave my car the best detail of its life. I needed to get my car vacuumed before I sold it, I told him that it didn’t have to be that fancy because I was just selling it. He said “say no more” and told me to give him an hour. I came back, and he had washed the car, all 5 tires, interior, conditioned the leather, the ceiling of the car, underneath the spare tire( bolted on), the underneath of the car, AND he offered to remove my stickers and I said yes. He gave me my favorite one in perfect condition because “he didn’t want me to miss it” I don’t think my cars ever been cleaner. It sparkles and the interior smells amazing. They conditioned my leather seats and they feel brand new. This car is a 2004!! Great guy, very nice, 10/10 would go to him for any car detailing needs!

They offered 150 for the seats and 300 for the full package, I got only the seats and 50 for the outside, and they did the rest anyways. So for 200, the car looks like new now. The old fabric stains that I couldnt get out, all fine. No dust, it just looks like a new car. Impressive. Never had detailing before but I’ll do this again with the other car. A colleague is now getting the engine cleaned there. Will definitely come again. The only regret that I have is that I couldn’t tip enough but that’ll be easy to fix … 😉

I went very excited for my first time right before work to start my day with a clean car . To my surprise it came out dirty still . I payed for a hand wash and asked if they would be cleaning the inside as well and they said yes. My wheels were not cleaned properly , the outside was smudgy, the interior was just plain no . It’s like they didn’t even try . So me not having time cause I was leaving to work told spoke to the front desk lady and she apologized and told me to return the following day for a rewash since I had to leave for work. So I did return and told the workers wat the lady told me Since she wasn’t there. They denied to re do it despite me showing them the pictures I took the day before . The “supervisor” was very unprofessional and was claiming they did a good job and that I made it dirty again. Continued to deny the service or to even give me a refund or a partial refund! I was so shocked! Never in my life had I gotten horrible service like that , never going back there again waste of money !

Our 2014 Escape 21C travel trailer is in great shape, but after ten years it was beginning to show its age. The gelcoat finish had begun to dull overall and there was also oxidation in some places. Luke spent an entire day putting back the "like new" finish on all the exterior surfaces of our trailer. We are very pleased with the results and Luke was a pleasure to deal with. He was on time and worked hard the entire day! He was very professional, thorough, and straight forward about the services he completed. Happy to post a positive review of Hagen Surface Protection regarding some detail work on my 2012 Dodge Challenger. Back in 2012, my friend painted gray racing stripes on my brand-new Dodge Challenger. Fast-forward to 2024, where the eight layers of clear coat on the racing stripes were severely deteriorated from oxidation and were damaged by cheap spray-on wax at a local car wash. I reached out to Nextdoor for advice and was referred to owner Luke Hagen. After an initial consultation, Luke did a quick test patch on my hood to show how he could sand off some layers and refresh the entire surface. After agreeing on a reasonable price, Luke spent a couple days detailing my hood, roof and trunk and the results were truly astonishing! He made my 2012 car look like it had a complete facelift. Driving around my neighborhood after this detail work, I noticed that a few people were checking out my car's new look and giving it a thumbs-up! Thanks for your excellent service, Luke. It's in beautiful Capitola. I was super impressed, night and day from what my engine looked like. I've gone to other places and they screwed up my engine. This man is actually licensed by California. No one else in the county is licensed at this time to steam clean engines. He was a mechanic so he knows exactly how to do it properly. Also, he has a cool, tasty Mexican restaurant on the property. Very authentic and friendly little oasis to just kick back and eat great food with home-made corn tortillas.

He saved my windows and paint! I had the worst water spots you could imagine. A DA polisher at full speed with Meguiar's compound and hard cutting pads didn't even make a dent. Now my car is looking amazing! The price was also incredibly low and much cheaper than the competitors.

They did such a lousy job my wife asked when I was going to get the car washed. Many surfaces were never wiped down. I had spray residue inside my car. The inside and out had dirt all over it. My rubber trunk liner was folded slightly and crushed by the trunk door. My side mirrors are motorized and folded for the car wash. They had yanked the passenger side mirror off its track, forcing it open. When I attempted to talk to a manager, they said I had to wait until 3 pm, then at 3 pm, they said I had to wait till the morning. Just go anywhere else.

Did okay job on outside, rims still a bit dirty. Tires look good. Didn’t even pop up windshield wipers to clean glass underneath. Inside was poorly done. Didn’t vaccum or wipe down inside of trunk. Vacuumed main cab but didn’t really wipe things down. Still pretty dirty. Def would not return. Should just do it myself to get it done properly.

I like this car wash. It always works with Credit Card so that's good. It's $10 for 4 minutes. I've learned its best to just use the rinse and soap spray and not use the scrub brush as it will scratch your paint. Bring your own towels.

Pretty good self serve car wash, seems like everything is up-kept pretty well, the brushes are clean/new looking when I went. They have coins and a credit card reader which is also nice. The foam scrubber put out a ton of suds so I wouldn't worry a ton about scratches. Pressure was good too so no complaints.

_Do not use_ if your car is over 7 years old. Our car was damaged on Oct. 15, 2024. Car wasn't drivable (protective plastic undertray folded under and dragging on the ground). Car wash worker helped unfold the panel so we could drive home very slowly. Worker advised they would pull video and call me. The Manager never called back. Followed up a week later and was advised they "take no responsibility for cars over 7 years old." We are out $100 deductible for repairs and no compensation was offered, not even a free wash. Terrible response. None of my family will ever go back. Spread the word if you know anyone who uses this business for cars older than 7 years.

TERRIBLE!!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. These pictures are after they “cleaned” my car. When I showed them how dirty it still was the worker said I should have paid more than $40 for a better wash. They also scratched my hood when drying me car!! I called the owner and NEVER received a call back! DO NOT trust them with your car!!!!!!

It was very fast, and pretty well done. I'm really happy to have a clean car. They didn't clean out the cupholders and center console, though I paid for that, and they didn't clean all the way to the edges of the mirrors, so they all have a fuzzy halo. I'd still go back again, but I'd make sure we were on the same page. There was another unrelated misunderstanding there due to the language barrier, but I was able to correct it for us both before he left the room. I didn't have time to go over issues at the time, as I had to run. But they're nice folks. Just clarify and clarify, and you'll probably be fine.

Been going to Dynamic Detailing for years. This time around, I needed to PPF the headlights as the OEM UV coating has started peeling (never had this on any cars before) and do yearly maintenance on the ceramic coating. I’d taken the car to them to have it looked at prior and for feedback on next steps. Appointment was easy to schedule with Harrison. I stopped by the shop, handed the car over, and worked from their very nice and cozy waiting room while the car is being worked on. Daniel, Harrison, and the entire DD team does great work on protecting the car. It came out brand new and PPF looks great. Highly recommend them and will be going back for future needs.

By far the very best detailing shop that l've encountered in the Bay Area The professionalism, the communication, and the responsiveness is far above which not only starts the process off extremely well but maintains that excellency through pick up and aftercare. I wish I found these guys before having PPF installed on my entire car but the work they did in adding the PPF and ceramic coating I did need was flawless. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and contacted me with questions and options immediately. What I also loved was they always offered options. It was as if they wouldn't accept that there isn't a solution but rather understood how important the car is to me and as such became as important to them. Their lounge, work area and staff appearance likewise clearly exemplifies the professional approach and importance they place on the services they provide and their customers. We passed by some awesome car wash spots that had all the bells and whistles but they had such a wait time that we felt this would be a great alternative. And it was. No having to live up the car on tracks, decent dry time if you wanna wait through it (we accidentally didn’t ‘cuz hadn’t been to one like that yet). It did the job
