I drove from Portland to LA and had complete bug carnage all over the front of my car. I was able to get a next day appointment and the detailing was done at the hotel I was staying at. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the outside and inside of my car was. It looked just as good as it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. Prime Shine Mobile Detailing is AMAZING!!!! These guys are super nice, efficient, methodical, very careful and extremely reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them to detail my car next time I’m in town!!

Just bought a car from an old lady. She didn’t take care of it at all. I was skeptical to buy it because how dirty it was in and outside. Took it to prime shine and my god. Made it look BRAND NEW. I didn't think i even saw the real color of the carpet till i got it back from them. 5/5 Amazing.

I highly recommend this detail shop! The team takes their job seriously and did an amazing job on my truck. My truck is only two months old, and my little kid accidentally scratched almost every panel. I couldn’t believe the results, but this shop worked miracles. They fixed everything, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I also opted for the lifetime ceramic coating—if you’re buying a new car, don’t think twice, just do it! The truck looks amazing. Ivan and his staff came out and did a wonderful job on the outside of the RV and brought back its missing shine. The only thing I wished was a bit better was the inside but they did a good job overall i would recommend them. They also took my appointment last minute at 9:30pm the night before so you just have to be amazed at the response and the details to all the outside of the RV thanks buddies!

These have to be the best cleaning products I ever purchased. The chrome polish restored the metal back to new after years of neglect. The eraser gel removed minerals from a glass sink with ease in no time. U get what u pay for. Paid a little more but the job was done quickly the first time. Highly Recommend

They asked if I wanted to pay more and upgrade to the full service wash. I said yes. After I left and got home, I noticed the car was still dirty. Even though I asked ahead of time if they can wipe it real good because it was dirty. They didn't do a good job. I wouldn't recommend this place. I paid a premium price for a terrible job. A bunch of dirt still all over the car. Mostly the roof, trunk, and hood/grill. There are plenty of better places in scv with better service and better prices.

If ever you’re looking to waste twenty dollars on a thirty second soap show, this is your place. Pulled up and could barely see the express options, after a good squint I opted for the works. The gypsy looking lady that you roll your window down to at the entrance was way too eager to take my payment, something told me to leave but I went against my better judgment (always something you end up paying for). After I paid the guy next to the Gypsy tells me that I can go ahead and use the self service vacuums, oh you mean the ones that have zero suction? Yes! Those. After you get your windows wet you will then get your windows glazed over with a wet shammy, to ensure the wetness is on good; ya know. I get home thinking: what did I just waste my money on, as I pull out my bucket & Clorox wipes. I call them to speak with the manager (Sandra) because I hate having to work for a service I just paid for, so I need to know what I just spent twenty dollars on? She runs down the list & gets to tire shine, and I’m like tire shine where? She asks me if I left the receipt on the inside of my window for the guys to see? Yes! What guys? There was one man with a wet shammy who glazed my windshield, but seemed like he wasn’t really there. I drive back to get my tires shined all while smdfh. Don’t do it to yourself!

I hate leaving a bad review, but they just dropped the ball in several ways. Everyone was friendly. I popped the hood and asked if they'd be able to get these leaves out from the windshield area. He said "no problem!" After I left, I noticed the driver's side window was full of water stains from my sprinklers. I just went out midday today, one day later, and there are all kinds of little things still stuck to the paint, that I could pop off easily with my fingernail, like bits of leaves and insects. I brought some Windex to do the window and mirror myself, and they cleaned up a lot better. While I was there, I decided to pop the hood. All of the leaves are still there. Maybe the $60 package doesn't get you much these days, with all the inflation, but I was just disappointed all around. This is a new truck, but like in the other photos I'm seeing here, they didn't get it looking clean. It's too big and too fancy and too friendly an establishment to do such a poor job on a new Tacoma, especially paying one of the highest rates on their list.

Terrible service and even worse performance. As soon as I got there they pushed me hard to buy a much more expensive package. I said no several times and they eventually backed off. However, they charged me an extra $10 to simple WIPE DOWN THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR WITH A DAMP RAG. I paid the extra charge but did the guy actually wipe down the interior? Less than half of the interior was wiped down--major and obvious areas that needed cleaning were missed. Did they vacuum? Just the footwells--they ignored all other areas. Did they wash the exterior well and remove any spots? No. Did they clean the windows? Not really. Did they wipe down the touch screen and dash and remove dust and debris? Nope. I drove away committed to never return to this establishment again. And in a valley with at least 6 other car washes, they can’t afford to keep alienating customers like they did with me. Good riddance. In response to the owner's comments--the service advisor never looked in my car before suggesting the more expensive package. He had no idea whether the interior was dirty or not—and he was trying to sell me a $100 interior cleaning package. Moreover, my car was in the same condition when I took it to Valencia Car Wash a month ago and they had no problem getting it perfectly clean for $10 less than it cost me at your shop.

Soapy suds has always been a great wash location! Inhave a big truck and they are One of the few car washes in town that will take it. They’ve always been professional and they do a great job. Oh, and they were courteous during Covid.

Soapy Suds is BY FAR the best car wash in SCV. They are quick, their facilities are top notch. I wash my Porsche and Mercedes at Soapy Suds. The cloth washing system does not damage the paint. Do NOT go anywhere else for all your vehicle detailing needs!!!! I literally spent $35 for the basic clean and this is what I got! I had just got hit by a car the week before and it's like it never happened!!!!! This was my 2nd phenomenal experience with Vega's auto detailing. The only reason I got so lucky to discover German Vega's business was because I had my windows tinted next door at Diamond tinting (another phenomenal establishment) and I was commenting that I wanted to get my car cleaned that day and he suggested Vega's auto detail who squeezed me in. Before Vega's auto detail I regularly would purchase Groupon deals for Valencia Car wash.... boy! there is NO comparison and I mean NO comparison with them regularly missing spots on both the exterior and interior (but that's another review!). So back to Vega! I don't understand how this man can get this level of detail done so quickly and efficiently and at such a reasonable price! While I was standing there just enthralled at my sparkling, off the lot looking car I could see the amount of patrons who felt the same way. I wasn't surprised to find out that German has quite a devoted and loyal fan base including a dealership and many Law Enforcement customers. I love this place!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great, do it yourself car wash, people to help you too! Your car goes in on a conveyor belt, so everything is done with equal timing, which I found great! I also liked at the end, on top of having the strong air dry off your car they also have spin towel machines, so you get an extra drying. Vacuum cleaners were freaking so strong! They could suck up your whole car, lol! Definitely will be back 😀

It’s a no-nonsense type of drive through automatic car wash. The dryers weren’t working the day I was there, but I really didn’t have time to worry about that. Just for $18, I wish it was more consistent.

This is the BEST drive through style car wash you will find. The personnel are spectacular, the car wash is extremely effective, the driers do a great job - and my favorite - the tire wash & blackening portion. The tires look fantastic. You simply wipe the slight brush marks from the rims and you're showroom ready!! Also, the vacuums are super effective and very well maintained.

Paul did a great job detailing my car and ceramic coating it. He polished and ceramic coated my entire M2 including the rims, calipers and wheel liner. The finished product is absolutely amazing. He knows what he's doing. He also helped me on my RS6 and that came out great too. I highly recommend him for any type of detailing job. You'll be very happy with a simple wash to a full ceramic coat.
