The paint looked flawless after his treatment, and it gleamed like new. He also helped me find a great deal on a new windshield replacement and expertly tinted all my windows. The tint application is flawless, with a perfect darkness level. Pedro was incredibly friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and finished the work on time. Ed showed up to my house this morning exactly when he said he would. He quickly got to work fixing my horrible car. I had been neglecting it and had a lot of big sap spots. I am very happy with the quality and service from E&D Mobile Auto Detailing this morning. I have a 20 year-old BMW x3 that was crusty on the inside due to coffee and food spills, dirty carpets and old upholstery. Ed did a miracle on the inside of my car! It looks pristine! He came to my house and I was so thankful not to have to drop off my car for the day. He was professional, courteous and efficient. The price was very fair and the service provided great value. Highly recommended! I had a fiasco with a gallon of paint that the hardware store did not properly close after mixing. The entire gallon dumped into my trunk, through the tire well and into the battery compartment. It was everywhere... I frantically searched for someone who could immediately help. They spent about a day and a half on my BMW SUV. You would never guess this mess happened. Excellent service, friendly, and fair pricing. I will come back for an exterior detail next.

I just picked up my 2006 Toyota from Oscar. It had paint blistering and peeling on the roof from years of outdoor exposure. Oscar worked his magic on it and repainted the roof and one panel and my car LOOKS LIKE NEW!! He only had the car for three days. He polished and sealed it and cleaned and vacuumed the inside too. He came recommended by a friend and he more than lived up to his reputation. His price was reasonable and he was responsive and communicated in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

I visited BlueWave Express Car Wash in Pasadena and was kindly greeted by staff member Sabrina. She is very pleasant and informative and does a great job with my car. It was like a brand new vehicle. I usually go to the one in Alvin because it is closer to my residence but Sabrina did an impressive job and went above and beyond that shows in her work and her customer service. The drive was always worth the service and she will be missed. Congratulations on your new position and best wishes.

There’s always a massive line for this spot, so I figured it must be good. Turned into the line to get my car washed. The prices looked the same as other spots so I was confused why it would have a huge line always. I sat in line for 10 minutes when an attending came up and said there’s too much dirt in my truck bed to go through the wash. He said the cement blocks are fine, just too much dirt. I said, “can’t I go use the vacuum station to remove some extra dirt before I go in?” He said, “no. You can only use the vacuum after the car wash.” So even if I had no cement bricks, or even if I did, the amount of dirt in the photo was too much dirt. FOR A CAR WASH! Which makes so sense! So i was turned away after waiting 15 min in line and had no way to clean my truck.

Fantastic quality of work and service. I have seen wraps and ceramic coating done from far more “exclusive” shops that were not nearly as precise and well done as Irving at City Auto Spa. The estimate for cost and time were absolutely accurate, and the work was fantastic. On top of that I was shown which products to use to care for the ceramic coat myself, and the heavy discount you get on a wash/detail means I’ll be coming back regularly! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for paint treatment or tinting.

I took my Tesla Model Y Performance to City Auto Spa for front window tinting and was thoroughly impressed. I chose a 35% ceramic tint and Irving handled the job. His work on the alignment, cutting, and application was impeccable. The entire job took just 2 hours and the results were flawless. I highly recommend City Auto Spa for their professionalism and top-notch service. Irving’s expertise made my Tesla look even more stunning. I will definitely be returning for any future needs. I have a monthly membership and for this it is worth it since I do the drive thru 1-2x a week for the outside only and the discounted gas which is why I did 4 stars. It is pricey for a complete car wash inside and out though and if I only came here sporadically I might have a different rating. If you go when it is not busy or peak times, I find the job thorough and detailed. The crew is nice and friendly & they seem to work well together.

This place used to be great under the previous ownership. Now that Matt and Jeff have taken over, it’s evident that their attention to detail has steeply declined. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere, especially if you want a clean car.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received. I've been a loyal customer for years, but one bad experience has led me to stop using their services. On a recent Friday, I took my car in for a cleaning and had to wait an excessively long time. We eventually had to leave before they finished cleaning the interior. A few days later, I returned with another car and asked if they could complete the interior cleaning on the first car. They refused, stating they couldn't make any exceptions. I was simply asking them to finish the job I had already paid for. As a regular customer, I was shocked by their response. It seems they're so busy and profitable that they no longer care about customer satisfaction. Very disappointing.

I tried another auto detailing company but couldn't get a response.... thank goodness because I wouldn't have found Edgar. He is passionate about car detailing, and life in general. He has twenty five years experience in making your machine look like new again. My 2014 Jeep GCO had never been professionally detailed so he had his work cut out for him. I tell you what, he has her shining like a black diamond, inside and out. I paid a few dollars extra for the engine cleaning which looks fantastic as well. Cheers to Edgar for his excellent work.

Never again. Are you kidding me? I paid $79 for the best cleaning option they have and this is how they delivered my truck. I left without looking into the bed, otherwise I would have had them do a proper job. Wasted $79 plus tax and tip.

Andre does exceptional work. My minivan had gone on several trips over the summer and needed some serious detailing. He estimated that it would take between 3-4 hours, but he found a lot of sand hiding in the car and it ended up taking almost 5 hours (Andre wanted to make sure that my minivan was perfect). Even with all that additional time, there was no additional cost. Great service, and very reasonable pricing.

He worked hours on my car and made interior and exterior very nice and like new. They are extremely professional and took care of it like it's their own. I know I paid for the cheapest car wash ($15) but I left with streaky windows. I could hardly see out of my windshield the next morning in the sunlight due to the streaks and general cloudiness. Now I’m going to have to wipe down my windshield at the gas station, that doesn’t seem right.

DNA Automotive is the honest auto shop you’ve been looking for. A chain auto shop told me that our car needed an expensive repair. I wanted a trusted opinion so I called Hector who ordered the part, but said he’d inspect the car before installing. He called me into the shop floor a couple minutes into our appointment and recommended not doing the repair. There wasn’t anything wrong. He pulled out a flashlight and walked me through what he was seeing. He even called a colleague over for a second opinion who agreed with Hector’s assessment. They saved us thousands and did the repairs we did need for a reasonable price. If you’re looking for an honest, quality auto shop, look no further than DNA Automotive.

Great experience! Nick and his assistant worked about 6 hours straight on my husbands 2008 Toyota Tundra that had maybe been detailed twice in its 15 years. They showed up exactly on time, and worked diligently. We added a few services like restoring the headlight covers, and mechanically polishing the truck to buff out superficial scratches. This neglected vehicle only looked this good the day it rolled out of Toyota’s plant. A quality detail job, and it is so much more affordable than a new truck. Excellent communication by Nick as well. Highly recommend his service! And the convenience of getting the detail done at your home versus waiting at a car wash/detailing facility can’t be overstated! Definitely recommend and will use Sonoma Marin Auto Detailing again. I only had 2 “before” pics of the interior but you can see how dirty/dusty the interior was.
