Love how the Ceramic Coating came out on my new vehicle. Dropping off and picking up the vehicle was simple. Taylor was professional, friendly, and upfront. I really appreciated him explaining the process of applying, how the coating works and performs. It sets expectations and lets me better maintain the coating for longevity. Turn-around time was faster than I expected which was great! It just rained today and the water is beading off and the minimal dirt on the vehicle washed off. Not sure if should expect this all the time, but I park outside and have a tree that dumps on me and wanted to keep the paint protected and minimized how often I wash. My photo skills may not do the coating justice.

Highly recommend bringing your car to Taylor at Bay Area Detail. My front bumper had some scuffs and scrapes, and Taylor was able to make it look as good as new. I messaged him Tuesday and was able to get an appointment by Friday morning. Taylor was super communicative, professional, and precise. He was upfront and honest about what he could do. Truly can’t even tell it was scratched up, he did a fantastic job. You can tell that this is his craft and his passion. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I had to wait until I was absolutely sure I was leaving California before leaving Kevin and crew a review because maaaaan it was already tough to get a slot (though Kevin was always accommodating). Incredibly detail oriented, and treated my old beaters with the same reverence as the Rolls Royces in the next spot. I got washes, fill details, and ceramic coatings with color correction, and I never left other than totally satisfied. And if you’re real cool maybe you can see the Hot Wheels.

I’m pretty particular about my car and prefer to clean it myself because I rarely, if ever find someone to clean it the way I would. I only got the basic detail package and my expectations were far exceeded. I’m extremely impressed with the work they did, my car hasn’t been this clean in quite a while. Living in SF, it’s not as easy to clean my car myself, and I’m very happy to have found a place that takes care of my car the same as I would. Highly recommend Luxury Detail!

Asked for the Happy Duck ($18), the paper sign they put inside of my car was Happy Duck, but the charge receipt they gave me was for Lucky Duck ($22). Super shady or just really negligent. The towel dry also wasn't thorough at all, only took about a minute for my Corolla.

Amazing work! With a lot of my recent road-trips my Honda Civic was way overdue on a good cleaning and detailing to the exterior and interior. I went in for exterior wash and Ceramic coating, when I went In to pick up the truck I was left speechless. My truck looked like if it just came off the assembly line. Jose explained to me how to take care of the truck and what products to buy. Ontop of that they when to the extreme and did an interior detail. That was much appreciated. If you want great service I recommend JB mobile detailing in san carlos. Will bring my other cars in for service.

5-stars for the results (Premier detail for $389). Rafael and his coworker arrived early, were friendly, found a solution at my crowded business parking lot to service my vehicle and did an amazing job. 1-star for the mobile service surcharge of $15. The name of the business is JB “Mobile” Detailing. Adding a surcharge to utilize a service used in the name of a business is like a Korean Hot Pot restaurant charging $15 to bring the meal over hot. This is price gouging (receipt attached). 1-star for the mobile detailing van that arrived with no business identification, markings or signage and is in need of some detailing itself. Surcharging customers $15 for the mobile service, JB should invest in professional looking vans and provide their workers with uniforms that identify them as employees.

I had been looking for a new auto detailer for a while, and brought my '22 BMW x5 in for the first time to get a car wash, about an hour ago. I was pleased with the staff and the wash and wax was immaculate and I was thrilled having found (i thought) a new detail spot to bring my business to. I was polite and tipped well. However as I was leaving and went to adjust my AC , I realized the vent was badly broken. I called immediately, was transferred to the person who had just washed the car and was told coldly "i have no idea about that, we didn't break anything." And that was it. I hadn't even said I expected them to fix it or anything, i was just looking for advice and acknowledgement it had happened. I understand these parts are delicate and this must happen time to time while detailing cars, I was going to be perfectly understanding - but to be dismissed this coldly was very disappointing and I can't trust a business that behaves this way.

I have to agree with the other positive reviews. I brought my car to Auto Europa based on a recommendation from Big E Auto. I trust Big E because he is extremely honest and has intrgrity, and treats people right. It shouldn't be a surprise, therefore, that his recommendation for body work has the same morals and treats his customers in the same manner. Not to mention, he does fantastic work. I very rarely post reviews online, but my experience at Auto Europa with MO and his staff was so positive that it was absolutely warranted. People need to know that this type of experience is available on the Peninsula, and it can be found at Auto Europa in San Mateo. Truly appreciate you guys!!

Most of the time (95%), the boxes that are supposed to contain car-drying towels are empty. I pay $45.99 monthly, but the vacuum isn’t free. At the end of the car wash line, the tire shine section works poorly—it only makes a small part of the tires shiny, and 80% of the tires remain dull. I hope these issues are resolved very soon, so I can delete my previous review and write a new 5-star one for you. I prefer to remain anonymous, but I’ll say this much: I’ve been using this car wash since 10 years ago when it belonged to someone else, before Quick Quack purchased it and reopened it. I was looking for a paint job on my door and found them because they are a Ford Certified shop. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. They are willing to accommodate any questions and walk you through every step of the job. They got my car done in 3 days and called me to pick it up. The paint match came out so good, you can't see anything even if you try to look close. I also purchased a detailing package which they did a spotless job. All in all, my car came out looking brand new! Thank you! Finally, they stand by their work and offer lifetime warranty on anything they worked on. So if there's any problems later you can bring your car back any time. P.S., What's also good to know is that they also do jobs for Ford Dealers, so the quality of the work is as close to the factory as you can get! The most fun car washing experience! You do the foaming, coating, brushing, rinsing and drying manually so you can decide where and how to wash your bb car. Will definitely go back! NO card (although the grocery store next door has the nicest staff)

Decent car wash with soaps and high pressure water. This place takes card but you have to deposit $10 each time (me doing washing the car and vacuuming). The timer will continue to tick until you turn it off and the total charge will be finalized after. It’s very busy considering the amount of cars in line waiting.

Jeff and Taylor are absolute class acts - they have become not only folks I will go to for PPF, ceramic and detailing but trusted advisors for my cars. They applied a PPF and I got into an accident, they removed the PPF and turns out the PPF caught all the damage! They are perfectionists at what they do, and helped me navigate how to undo a poor detail job. Anyone that cares about their cars, should go to these folks. Class acts!

In the past 6 months, the brush barely touches the hood, ot shows by the stripesnof dirt lines and lines of clean areas. The spray on driver side is weak and on the side brush on thw driver does not brush the rear of the car. Was a good place at one time.

Horrible scratches all over the car. I drove through this car wash, because it has a convenient location and I always get gas there anyway. But oh do I regret that decision!! The complete car is scratched, you can really see the movement the brushes did. It's horrible. I almost cried after I saw it. I was so surprised and sad that I couldn't even talk to the operators as i was embarrassed for propably bursting into tears. I'm ordering polish and wax from Amazon now for 60 usd and then I will go to a hand car wash and will polish and wax my car in the hopes I can get tid of some of the scratches. Otherwise the resell value of my car just dropped immensely. So mad. Never ever go there!!

Avoid it. After trying to upsell me 3x, the rude foreman stopped one of his workers from going back over my car by hand to get flakes and spots missed in the process. These were easily removed by had without pressure. He then insisted I needed a clay bar. That’s the exterior. The interior was worse. It’s like they didn’t even try. With a simple wet rag I removed the dirt in the photos. $38 for the 15’ silver special. Never again. And listen to the customer.

Came here for a quick wash of bird poop, and left still with white stains all over my car. Not sure how my car was power washed by two people, run through an auto car wash, and wiped down by another person, and still had stains on it. I went down the street to Clear Water Car Wash in Redwood City, and spent less money to clean my car myself and do a better job.
