Last week, my father and I brought our 1994 Chevy pickup truck to Los Primos Auto Detailing and our experience was phenomenal! Upon arrival, to picking up the vehicle, the entirety of our experience with Los Primos was second to none. Joaquin was extremely thorough, passionate, and knowledgeable about his work and made use feel like family. He also provided many updates as the work was being done and invited us to check out the progress. Not to mention, the shop itself was very organized and had a professional feel. We will definitely be back for any detailing/paint correction needs moving forward. Los Primos Auto Detailing is an absolute hidden gem in the East Bay - and my father and I highly recommend to check this place out. Thanks to Joaquin and his staff, the truck looks brand new! My husband took my Honda pilot in to get the headlights unfogged and he got the inside of the car detailed as well. All I can say is amazing! This is a 9 year old vehicle and have gone through three kids, car seats, football practices, and much more and the inside is impeccable! I wish I had pictures of the before because it was a disaster. The shop paid great attention to detail and am so thankful! Great job guys!

My weekly go to car wash spot. The wash is pretty good and nicely priced for the ultimate exterior only. I have a black car and haven't noted any harm to the paint. The best value here is the interior cleaning. I really appreciate the detailed cleaning they do very quickly I'll add!

I tried this business for the first time today and I am so disappointed and PISSED. What a waste of my $50! I paid for the deluxe package to wash both the interior and exterior. They were supposed to wax and dress the tires too. I went up to get my car and immediately saw the bird poop stains were still on my windows and rear panel. There was still so much dust and red lint (from their washcloths) all over the inside of my cabin. There was a huge waxy stain on my rear panel window because they didn’t do a good job buffering it all away. There were streaks of dust where they should have theoretically wiped down. The side rear view mirrors were pushed so violently, I think they broke the mechanism. I couldn’t readjust my mirrors using my controls. I’m absolutely disappointed and feel misled by all these other great reviews. Don’t bring your car here!

I am so glad to find Protek Shine Studio and meet Armando. The best thing Armando did was to tell me to come over so he can explain what the different packages are and to check my vehicle. I went to his studio, and he asked me questions about what areas in the vehicle I cared about. He then catered to my expectations and told me what I simply needed. He actually did not sell me the most expensive package. He explained what most of his clients protect and he made me choose what made sense to me. Armando is personable and a genuine guy. He didn't tell me his expertise, he showed it firsthand with a vehicle in their studio. He has so much knowledge and experience in vehicle builds and quality. Wow! I am super impressed with the interior detail clean that Israel and his team did. The car looks like it's brand new now! They were able to get out deep stains from the drivers and passengers seats and deep cleaned all the carpets and floor mats and more. Everything is sparkling! The best part of their job is that they were able to remove a nasty lingering cigarette odor from the previous owner. I'm highly sensitive to chemicals and could not breathe with the cigarette odor before, but now after the interior detailing and deep clean I'm able to breathe fresh air in my car again. Thank you Israel and your team for transforming my car! I highly recommend your business to anyone looking for superior attention to detail and the highest quality service. 👍

Got my Tesla tinted here. It came out perfect. He is an authorized dealer for Xpel and his price is better than the one quoted from Tesla website. Definitely recommend Israel if u need work done.

Car wash portion is only open 8:30-5:00 (Google Maps only lists the gas station hours). Learned the hard way when I drove over at 5:12 PM.

This location is a hidden gem. I went on a Friday before noon and pulled right into a stall. $3 to start the manual wash , no tokens needed like some businesses. They have Rainbow foam 🌈 that washes and shines really well. I put in $5 total and had ample Time to use the foam brush, do the tires and rinse my Mazda SUV.

California be having the funniest car washes garages. Very small car wash location so be carry when going in and out of there. Regardless this place will do the job.

I been coming here for almost a year now and I never really had any issues. It’s all hand wash and they use pressure washers. It’s pretty consistent on the work they do but there’s times where they forget a few small areas inside the vehicle, as long as you let them know they will make it right. I’ll continue to come here since it’s one of the better car washes in the area they even pressure wash rubber floor mats with the #2 package! I’m giving them 5/5 for good customer service and pretty good job overall.

I discovered this place online today and it turns out to be a place I’d thought about using for car wash services and just hadn’t until today. I am so glad I did! My car looks as good - or better - as the day I bought it and for just $30 with kindly customer service. I only needed a car wash then extensive vacuuming and service cleaning which are all included in this basic services price for a sedan. I would have liked to leave a bigger tip for all their efforts but 20% had to do today. I will add more next time. What a great find near home!

Very disappointed. license plate and frame are bend ,Bracket is damaged by car wash machine. And they say is not their fault and don’t follow up my case until I send email to them again and again. They said the screws is loose, but if it is loose the parts only fall but will not damage and bend. I am not the only one. Be careful. Not Recommend.

I have a membership with two vehicles. I use this wash because it’s decent and convenient. What is not convenient or fast is the vacuum area. People take forever buffing their vehicles like they are going to a car show. People pull in that obviously have not had a car wash at all. People sit in their cars in the vacuum area and the li e of cars waiting is always at least 5 deep. This location needs to figure a way to monitor the vacuum area to ensure people that are getting car washes are the only ones using the vacuums as well as set a time limit for vacuuming. There is little courtesy for other drivers. When I vacuum and dry I do it quick and efficient so others can do the same. This issue degrades the value of this location .

Best of both worlds This is an automated car cleaning service but before and after you go in, there is a team that completes a pre cleaning and thorough drying leaving your car spotless and shining. I think it's reasonable prices for the service render.

This establishment is an interesting mixture of hand operated and machine wash. They pressure wash it by hand as you come in and then using soft cloths they soap it up. After being pulled through the mechanical wash two men on the other side had to dry it and apply tire dressing. I will come back here if I am in the area.

Excellency = XLNC! I had a great experience with Mike. Fair price. Work was done on time. The paint correction, wax, and convertible cloth top cleaning and top conditioner service were done to perfection! Very easy process to book an appointment and pay. Definitely will be returning.

I've been wanting to detail my car for a while, so after some research I decided to go with them. Absolutely easy scheduling, then the technician was not only on time, but he provided great service. He worked hours on my car and made interior and exterior very nice and like new. They are extremely professional and took care of it like it's their own. The manager also reached out to me after just to make sure i was satisfied with their work. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to bringing your cars paint back to life.

Peter and the crew did an amazing and efficient job with the cleaning. They came to my house and were able to hook into an outlet and water source. They were very successful with my year old stains and got every last food crumb out of there. It smells great and was reasonably priced. Thank you guys again!

The technician showed up 30 minutes late. There were several spots in the car that were not cleaned and vacuumed. This is what was still there in the car after a 225$ detail. Do not recommend. See photos

Technician was 30+ mins late. Service included clay bar but he didn’t do it. I requested an extra $35 for bug removal but he did not do that until reminded after (didn’t do it right). Pretty sure he used sealant instead of wax; rubbed car front/back (streaks). Did not vacuum found water bottles/wrappers. Windows streaks. Water should be included in their service but he asked to fill up their tank with my water hose. WAS NOT WORTH $264.

Don’t even bother with this place. They’re very unprofessional. Their website shows that they’re open till 6 PM. We showed up at 5:10 PM and they said they were closed. The website isn’t updated. They do not value their Customers time and need to start running this business as a business and not as a flea market. Update: It is Friday 12 PM. And I am here right now and it appears to be closed. See photos attached. I drive from Castro Valley to this place. This is my second time within the last week that I’ve wasted more than 30 minutes.. Their hours are not correct. They operate this business as if it’s a flea market. If they continue doing this, they’re gonna go out of business quick. Jonny - it was not pour raining, photos show it. Yes it was sprinkling here and there, still not sure why you would not provide other services such as interior vacuuming and cleaning inside cars? Or at the very list head on over to your google listing and update that particular day’s hours so people are not wasting time.

I would recommend everyone to go to this car wash. It's off of Jackson St in Hayward. Different prices to fit you and it only takes minutes. They do a very good job. I just had 2 cars washed there this morning.

I had a great experience at High St Car Wash in Oakland. The place was super clean, and the staff was really friendly. They helped me right away and did a fantastic job on my car. It's quarters only they have 3 Small divided the brushes are small and weak compared to others areas good for small cars with a truck it's hard to move around it about 2 feet of space on both sides. I did not get my car was was not worth it.
