My car is a black SUV. It's still dirty after the car wash. I paid $50 for one and thought my car would be clean( by the way my car is 2023). I’m very disappointed. Not recommended if you have a black car

I went on a Wednesday morning, so they weren't busy. The front sales guy will try to upsell you as much as he can, even lie to you. The first time my car went through the car wash and the washers neglected my roof. The guy said I needed a $60 or $80 wax job to take off the dirt and make it clean. I said no I just need another run through the washer; I argued with him until he stopped trying to upsell me with nonsense, then brought my car back into the washer conveyor. Maybe they purposely didn't scrub the top of my small sedan to try to upsell later when I inspect their work. Sadly, this is the best hand carwash place from what I can tell. Thankfully I have a garden hose again. Aside from the sales guy at the line, everything else is pretty decent. The young guys are slack on their vacuuming job. The older Asian lady tries to do a thorough vacuuming job compared to the younger dudes, so I tipped her. I literally had to get the vacuum on the young guy's side to re-vacuum lol like don't give me that look, I'm cleaning up the mess I'm paying you to clean while you move on to work on the next car. I'm buying a Dyson and shop VAC soon :/ The regular Xpress wash prices are good. Some of the prices on other stuff can be outrageous. I paid for the gold wash but didn't get all the services listed on the sign. Where's my alleged cabin air freshener, and no sales receipt?

Johnny is a great guy, did a tremendous job on my car. Offered to give me quotes on other projects and never got back to me. Called him to schedule a second wash and he never returned my call.

Tony picked up my call and he was able to accommodate with setting an appointment. Excellent service on the requested list of items. The price value for the work that was done was top tier. I had shipped my car from Hawaii and found them through a mutual friend. I received exterior detailing and deep cleaning of the interior. The interior seats got shampooed and they were extremely dirty. I am grateful that Tony and his team were able to get my car clean and done within 24 hours as I was on a time crunch. Tony recommended the headlights lens restoration and I am glad that I I went with his recommendation. My car, she's a brand new beauty. Reminds me of when I first bought the car 7 years ago.

Went here for my second oil and break fluid change last Saturday. Service was top tier. Marlon not only did an oil and break fluid change he noticed that my car had a check engine light on. He run the code and he and Marcela suggest that it's probably a transmission problem and gave be a referral for a transmission service. Overall great people, great service, great prices. You could't get that kind of service for that price in most places anymore.

I got referred to Top Dawg Mobile Details by my neighbor and sent a message that was promptly returned. I was given options and prices and asked questions and asked what was recommended for a new car since I was not familiar nor had ever had any kind of car detail service. I received an explanation of what the different packages and options were and did not feel pressured as to what option to pick. Once I selected the service I wanted I received a detailed list of what would be done. I made the appointment and Joseph confirmed the day before and even texted me in the morning to give me his ETA which was right at the scheduled time. He again explained what he would be doing and how to maintain the exterior. He was done within the window of time he said he would be and texted me to say it was ready. He showed me a streak on the hood that needed a special buffer and he even came back to take care of that. Joseph is very honest and I appreciated the fact that he took such attention to detail to let me know about the streak on the hood. I was very impressed by how neat, professional and friendly Joseph is and how easy it was to make the appointment and communicate with Joseph. If you are looking for an outstanding and amazing car detailing service, definitely call Joseph. You will not be disappointed.

I found Paul through Google search. He was the nearest car detailing service near me. I clicked on his Instagram and looked/watched most, if not all, of his videos! He seemed professional and his videos showed great details of his work. I texted the cell number that was provided and he responded very promptly. I explained what I needed and he gave me his recommendations along with his pricing. I went with his recommendations and I was very satisfied! He came to my job and did an excellent job! My baby looks brand new (despite all of her scratches and dents!). Paul is just a very professional person, a hard worker, and very lovely to do business with! I will be continuing my maintenance washes with Paul :)

They are fast. Do yourself a favor and get the lowest tier wash $25 because I’ve paid for both the lowest and the second highest ($25 and $35) and it doesn’t seem to make a big difference. The photos show my untouched cupholders, fingerprints and debris left around my interior after the $35 wash. Also, I cleaned out my trunk and left it open and it looked completely un-vacuumed when I got home. But again: they are fast (this is probably why).

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place took my car in twice into the machine and somehow all my belongings were wet from my trunk. The manager Hector gave me no type of solution and I expressed how this has never happened to me before. He didn’t say he would give me any sort of refund and only offered a free car wash. In short nothing was resolved and this place is uncooperative.

I really enjoyed coming to the store from the first day. I walked in the owner and other employees were very welcoming and helpful when it came to me starting my own detailing business. All the workers knew what each product did and they help guide me in the best direction to start off. I can honestly say I have been almost a daily customer in regards to building my load out for Mobil detailing. From small products to a full reel setup and a new steamer extractor. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

Probably the best carwash in a 20 mile radius, and they are hand wash. No hassle, no hustle to upsell you. No bs lies to try to sell you needless stuff. Choose your wash and your car gets cleaned fast!!! They could dry the back better, they missed the trunk area a little. Free vacuum for 5 minutes when "busy"!!! :) It does a decent job. They don't get all the tiny bug droppings but it looks pretty good after it comes out. I think the "lava wash" is the minimum if you want to see colored soap during the wash, but there are also colored lights. Overall: I recommend this place for your general washing needs. They aren't busy towards the end of the year the times I went, it was fast

Temple City Auto Spa is a corner car wash that offers different services such as 100% hand wash and four package levels starting at $14 bucks. This particular car wash business tends to be the busiest in the area. Normally, I prefer to clean my own sporty car but today I tried this car wash b/c I was pressed on time. I dreaded to go to any car wash for they may unintentionally scratch my vehicle. After it was serviced, I inspected immediately. Service was modest. Staff were competent. Prices were bloody pricey. Overall, it’s decent car wash with hard working employees.
