I called them a day ahead about restoring my headlights. They said it’s gonna cost $60-70 depending on the car which is reasonable. The next day I came and they agreed to do that for $60. 2 minutes later one of the guys said $60 is polishing only we can do coating and it’s gonna last longer but it’s $120. There is no point of polishing the headlights without finishing it with coating. Learn how to do business. If it’s $120 for restoring the headlight tell me that it’s $120 over the phone.

One thing you can always count on this Car Wash. Long lines, Understaffed, constantly price hiking And declining in quality service. Overpriced and lack of quality cleaning products. The wrong Car Wash went out of business South City Car Wash. I wouldn't Miss this Business if they went out of business tomorrow. It's pretty bad if you half to pick up a Towl and wipe the car down yourself. Be careful of the Bait and Switch if you Dont drive a lil Honda Civic you might half to pay more for your larger vehicle and they know they have you as you have been seating inline for sometimes more than 20 minutes and it’s hard to manage to get out out their line.

Antonio is the consummate professional!! I've had many cars detailed over the years, and this was hands-down the best service I've ever received. I'm getting ready to sell my 2018 KIA Niro hybrid electric car, and it was beyond filthy from my two kids, three moves, countless daily commutes (and meals on the road), my mom's dog, etc. It ended up taking Antonio over 5 hours (!!) to clean it, and he was meticulous, not skipping or glossing over a single thing. How he managed to get some of the stains out (exterior and interior), I'll never know. By the time he was done with the job, however, it looked like a brand new vehicle. My neighbor even came by to check it out and was shocked and amazed. I know this is going to be a huge help for me in selling the car - I will be able to get a lot more $$ for it. Anyway, in addition to being an expert at his job, Antonio is just a delightful person. He came to my home, which made it super convenient. And the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely be using him again in the future, and recommending him to all my friends and family members! :)

Bought a used car and it was filthy! Caked in dirt, dog hair, and cigarette smell. They got in a little early and were super nice! Told me what they were gonna do and got to work. I went back in the house went back to sleep and when I woke back up I saw a brand new car! They did so much more than I expected. Am definitely going to call them again!

Greg Russo is my go to guy when my car gets a major boo boo. My car is a pearl color and I never paid attention to the detail a three stage paint requires until I came here. Now that I know the difference.. it is hard for me to go elsewhere as there is a difference! South City Auto Detailing is a specialist in detailing vintage vehicles. Some of the cars I saw in the shop were cherry! When I see the work they do, I am tempted to buy a project. If you love your car like I do... get into a car accident... and need an auto body repair shop... this is the place to go.

It pains me to write this review for Greg Russo, but am because I am very disappointed in his lack of honesty and integrity. If I can save even 1 person from being scammed, like he was trying to do to me, it is worth it. I sent my vehicle to Greg for him to put a new starter in as it was showing signs to failure. At the same time I asked him to do a rear differential service (drain, clean, and refill) as the shop I usually take my vehicle to said the bolt was frozen on there and they didn't want to strip it while getting it off without a replacement on hand. Greg returned my vehicle to me and told me the starter and differential was complete. He then went on to adamantly tell me my vehicle was 2WD and not AWD. I was seriously baffled, but he was so adamant with was he was saying, I just let it be. On my way home, I stopped at my usual shop and told them what was just communicated to me. They threw my truck up on the rack and told me that I for sure had an AWD vehicle (which I already knew). They also pointed out that it would be hard to believe someone would not have known this if they just serviced he rear differential. I asked them to go ahead and service it right then and there. They did found that it had not be done like Greg said. The gear oil was low, dirty, and had metal flakes in it. When confronted with this, Greg became very hostile and kept yelling 'are you serious' and kept talking about this new blue bolt that was put on there. After back and forth, we parted ways and I only paid him for the work that he did - the starter. I still couldn't figure out why he would keep talking about a new bolt, but didn't address the condition of the fluid that he supposedly had replaced. Upon thinking about it, he was just continuing on with the scam ... you see there's a new bolt, that must mean I did the full service. WRONG! Greg Russo is a liar and a scammer and I will never take my car to him for anything ever again. I never would have even questioned the service had he not told me 4 different times, vehemently, that my truck was a 2WD. Shame on you!

I had been looking for a new auto detailer for a while, and brought my '22 BMW x5 in for the first time to get a car wash, about an hour ago. I was pleased with the staff and the wash and wax was immaculate and I was thrilled having found (i thought) a new detail spot to bring my business to. I was polite and tipped well. However as I was leaving and went to adjust my AC , I realized the vent was badly broken. I called immediately, was transferred to the person who had just washed the car and was told coldly "i have no idea about that, we didn't break anything." And that was it. I hadn't even said I expected them to fix it or anything, i was just looking for advice and acknowledgement it had happened. I understand these parts are delicate and this must happen time to time while detailing cars, I was going to be perfectly understanding - but to be dismissed this coldly was very disappointing and I can't trust a business that behaves this way.

Just got my car detailed (interior and exterior) from Mark and it honest to goodness looks like a brand new car. He did an *amazing* job! My car hasn't been this pristine since it was driven off the lot over 10 years ago... This service is seriously like magic. Incredible. If you're reading this, you probably need your car washed. Starwash is great and Marcos does amazing work! I've had two cars cleaned by him and they were so well done! I've already booked him to come do a 3rd cleaning. He has always been responsive, on time, affable and scheduling has been a breeze. Recently, our new, not so well trained dog, had an accident in one of our cars. Although we tried our best to clean it, we needed help. Now that Marcos is done with it, it's like it never happened. Additionally, given the urgency I had, he managed to fit us in as soon as I was free! He came out at 8am on a weekend to help us out. The prices he has charged me have been MORE than fair considering how hard he works, the duration of the clean and the way everything looks, smells and, feels afterwards! For as long as he'll keep taking my business, I won't be using anyone else!

Skylar of G.T. Ceramic Coating & Mobile Detail worked a small miracle on my Audi S3. After my novice attempt at ceramic coating, my car's paint was a hot mess. He removed my mistakes and properly coated my car to an almost unrecognizable state. When I picked it up it looked like it had a brand new paint job! I highly recommend his services, and am very grateful for the relatively low price I was charged. I will never take my vehicle to anyone else for such issues. Skyler just did the one year maintenance on my coating. My car looks brand new Wow! I get my car dirty from camping and it is stored out in the elements. I went in for exterior wash and Ceramic coating, when I went In to pick up the truck I was left speechless. My truck looked like if it just came off the assembly line. Jose explained to me how to take care of the truck and what products to buy. Ontop of that they when to the extreme and did an interior detail. That was much appreciated. If you want great service I recommend JB mobile detailing in san carlos. Will bring my other cars in for service.

5-stars for the results (Premier detail for $389). Rafael and his coworker arrived early, were friendly, found a solution at my crowded business parking lot to service my vehicle and did an amazing job. 1-star for the mobile service surcharge of $15. The name of the business is JB “Mobile” Detailing. Adding a surcharge to utilize a service used in the name of a business is like a Korean Hot Pot restaurant charging $15 to bring the meal over hot. This is price gouging (receipt attached). 1-star for the mobile detailing van that arrived with no business identification, markings or signage and is in need of some detailing itself. Surcharging customers $15 for the mobile service, JB should invest in professional looking vans and provide their workers with uniforms that identify them as employees.

Most of the time (95%), the boxes that are supposed to contain car-drying towels are empty. I pay $45.99 monthly, but the vacuum isn’t free. At the end of the car wash line, the tire shine section works poorly—it only makes a small part of the tires shiny, and 80% of the tires remain dull. I hope these issues are resolved very soon, so I can delete my previous review and write a new 5-star one for you. I prefer to remain anonymous, but I’ll say this much: I’ve been using this car wash since 10 years ago when it belonged to someone else, before Quick Quack purchased it and reopened it. And thank you for responding to my review.

These guys are AMAZING! Super convenient as they come to your home, better prices than anyone else I found by far, incredibly responsive, so nice and professional, and great service. Most important - my car looks NEW! It was absolutely filthy and the cream leather seats (let's just say they were not looking good). I don't know how they did it, but I will never use anyone again. I’ve driven past this car was for years but never thought to stop out of laziness. Today I pulled up. It wasn’t busy so that was a plus, only had to wait about 5min and a car wash bay was open for use. Minimum start amount is 5 dollars which is not bad and depending on how dirty your car is the most I think you would spend is about 15 dollars going thru every stage. The most important stage in my opinion and also a super important option that they have is filtered water. Don’t get discouraged by the low pressure because the filtered water is god sent. Hop on the freeway right after and be amazed at how spotless the car ends up. I will definitely be back here!

This is a great place for a self serve/manual brush car wash. I don't like the automatic drive through carwash as they scratch the paint. This place has 5 bays and some spaces for vacuuming your car and drying them off. If only there were more self serve washes in the area as I'm coming from San Francisco just to come here.

I was searching for a reputable, reliable and affordable shop and finally found one. I sent an email through their website and Johnny responded in timely manner. He gave me a phone number that I can call and discussed what was the issue with the car and sent him a photo. I told him that I don't mind about the dent, I'm just worried about the rust (it can spread ). Johnny gave me an estimate and paid close to the amount we discussed. I was really happy about the result. The car was ready the following day and couldn't make it on time. So we moved it to the next day without an issue. I told him that I was going to take an Uber to get to his shop because my wife is working that day. He even offered to pick me up at my place since he lives nearby and he's on his to his shop. I recommend this shop and Johnny will explain everything what will do to your car. Thank you again Johnny!

I had a scratch and dent on the side of my Mercedes. International fixed everything perfectly and now you can’t even tell it had any damage whatsoever. They were professional, honest and quick. It’s been one year since the owner James detailed my 2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO and I finally had a chance to come back for a maintenance wash. After one year, the ceramic coating on the paint and wheels still beaded up! The interior was cleaned and detailed. TLDR: I phoned James and had a ceramic coat done on my Mazda 3 hatch. Easy washes and compliments. You should got with James. Working with James was quick, easy, and fruitful. James was able to set up a coinvent date for me to drop off the car and was kind enough to hold onto my car for a bit as I was out of town. When I picked up the car, it was a night and day improvement over the condition I picked the car up from the dealer. The only way I can explain it is the color got deeper and bolder from oem. Simply put, the ceramic coat elevated the oem paint to oem plus. James also went over car care do’s and dont’s while I was picking up the car to ensure the coat is maintained properly. Washing and drying the car is a breeze now. And I have gotten several complements over the car since getting it back!

I purchased a full executive detail on my black 2009 Toyota Rav4 and I couldn't be more pleased. They cleaned the interior and buffed the exterior back to factory new.
