Recently I brought in a set of aluminum method wheels that I wanted polished and the clear coat removed. After 2 days I went to pick them up and the wheels were not polished and the clear coat was not removed. Spots of the clear coat are still visible as seen in the pictures and splotches are still there. The detailer argued with me saying that all the clear coat was removed and refused to refund any money. I paid $100 per wheel, the job done was subpar, and I have to take them to another detailer to have it done the correct way. Also some of the face bolts were not returned when I got the wheels back. I will not be returning to 909 detailing and I suggest anyone who is looking to get wheels polished find another person. 909 detailing lacks the tools and knowledge to polish wheels correctly and professionally.

I booked a one step polish and five year ceramic coating service and couldn’t be any more happy! Do not come here. Their machine is to rough and it did major damage to my car that's costing over $1000 to repair. I made an incident report, got an estimate that they asked for and waiting a long long time for a reply to have them deny my claim. They make it very difficult to contact the incident department and tell you to not reply back to the emails. They're a scam and I'm reporting them to to BBB.

for 37.99 (they gave a 2 dollar discount) you’d think they would clean the interior good. didn’t even touch my seats. didn’t clean the door handle area. still had spots on my window. this was right after getting it cleaned. it’s not the first time this happens but i wanted to just assume it was just one bad experience. but it’s been more than one occasion. will definitely not be coming back for interior cleaning. also didn’t do trunk which i assumed they would. left my side mirrors still dirty. over all. i couldn’t recommend anything other than the basic 15 dollar wash . cause at least then u get some of what u paid for

I Love this place they always do such a great job!! I literally spilled my coffee and makeup in my front seat and I did the deep cleaning....he did miracles!! I tipped him soo well...I used to get my deep cleaning in redlands but this is waaay better

BEST AUTO WASH SERVICES in the IE !!! My car looked like it was washed in chalk from my HOA sprinklers. Other local auto services did not take time to answer me back. All-Star took the calling and my car detail was amazing. All services are worth the price. They also have different pricing for services.

Overall I was not satisfied with their service. I didn't get their least expensive wash nor their most expensive either. I took a quick look at it when they signaled me it was done and it seemed satisfactory. After driving away I began to realize that my windows were not as clean as I would have expected and many places on my dashboard were still dirty having not been wiped off at all.

I went in for a full car wash as my car needed the works! The price was $59.99+tax and tip I spent a total of $70!! I figured it would be worth it since my car was really dusty outside. The inside wasn't too bad but I figured the trunk could use the vacuum. Well...sadly I get home and realize: 1- paid for scent- non was applied 👃🚫🪻 2- trunk was STILL dirty, had the same dirt left untouched!! 3- the panels weren't even wiped in the back trunk 4- The passenger back door now has a gunk/scratch on it!! 5- DO NOT sit inside on the couches, they have ants which a few got on me -_-* 🐜 🐜 I don't think I'll be coming back for such an expensive wash that was probably worth way less than what I paid. If you go just get the plain basic and cross your fingers it's even worth that 🤞. As for me, I'll just need to find a better place.

11/22/2024 6:30pm I've been coming here since the late 90s - off and on. At the end of the day... if you want car wash services, above and beyond a DIY or a machine tunnel, then this is your place. Simple wax jobs, full-blown details, clay bar...etc. I've had many cars come through here, and out of so many years of service, I've only had a few minor disappointments. Many of the guys have been here for years, if not decades. Victor has a great crew here... let them know they do a great job.

If I could rate less I would. I spent TWO hours there and got the mini detail clean that was 90 dollars and tipped my cleaner 10 bucks. What a WASTE of 100 dollars. My car mats weren’t even put back in properly and my car was not vacuumed! I called and asked for at least SOMETHING back and was told that the manager said the most they can do is another vacuum. Waste of time. Will not be returning again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Ok, I'll be the first to admit, I am a very picky person. I'm very particular and critical about people touching my stuff and handling my things in general. And to be honest the fact that this company had literally no reviews turned me off and they immediately went to the Back of my '"list". However. When my good friend and her boyfriend convinced me to let them borrow my Honda Accord that I keep in really good shape, for the weekend on their anniversary and brought it back THRASHED and with wat looked to be human bodily fluids in the back seat...I was appalled and needed an emergency interior cleaning, didn't care about the exterior I just wanted a quick disinfection and detail so I could feel comfortable and safe in my vehicle again. NO ONE ANSWERED ME. 90% of the mobile car washes and mobile detailers and even brick and mortar detail shops never even answered their phones! The few that did, flat out told me no. Or sorry that they couldn't help me. It was 6pm on a Friday night! I reluctantly called these people and they answered after the second attempt, and told me the same thing. But Jonathan, one of the owners actually listened to my story for one more time, and told me that he just closed operations for the day and was at home but gave me permission to come near his home and do my car right then and there as he was supposed to be having dinner with his family soon. Now that is customer service! Thank you guys I will definitely be referring you to friends and family in the future! Thanks for coming to a single girls rescue 😉 🍷! They even have a special looking machine that has hot steam coming out to actually sanitize on top of the cleaning. :)

Well I'm pretty disappointed with Magic brush car wash. It seems to be they never have somebody attending the service customer area. Countless times I go there's nobody there and I have to back out of the drive. It's more upsetting. The owner will reply by saying they're going to take care of the issue but yet this hasn't been taken care of. I have membership I canceled it for that reason. I found a couple other good spots University and the one on Highland by Home Depot. Good service. Always open always ready.. The picture I added is a common issue they have
