Ivan and his crew at IC Details did an amazing job on our 2013 Subaru Outback. We were getting it ready to sell it and although it was in good shape, it needed some extra TLC. Drop off was quick as his shop on Sanborn is easy to find. The crew at IC Details made the Outback look better than we anticipated; wheels & tires, the trim, body & headlights looked amazing. Gone was all the road gunk we couldn't get off ourselves. Even the small scratches & paint from another car that marked our car (parked too close) was gone - as if it was never there. The lower part of the car door panels had what we thought were permanent 'spots' from oil & dirt - they were cleaned & buffed out. The interior leather & carpets were freshened up nicely. The car looked so nice we reconsidered selling. Lastly we also decided to have the engine area cleaned as too. The result was outstanding. We'd recommend IC Details for maintaining a clean car and definitely consider them if your truck, van or car needs an overall cleaning. They take their time & pay attention to details. We thought the results were definitely worth the cost and saving us time overall. They'll work with you to determine the best option for your needs. Great place & knowledgeable owner & staff.

Gabe and his team did a wonderful job working on my car. PREVIOUS SHOP: I recently took my car to do all my windows and lights for a tint job here in town, without doing my due diligence on tinting credibility I just took it to any shop I saw. and what a surprise the job was amateur and horrible. EXPERIENCE: I had to take it in about three (3) times and boy the result was always the same "BAD". HOW I FOUND GREASE MONKEYS: I searched around for a creditable shop in town and already brought me to "Grease Monkeys" web page. Not only they took good care of me as a client but they cared for my car like it's their own. Gabe was very helpful on communicating with you throughout the process of the job. He kept me assured that my car was in good hands. Once they finished.. WOOW was I impressed with their work. My car didn't looked the same and the job was impeccable. TRUST is something earned and boy did Grease Monkeys earned my Trust that day! Small or big jobs theirs nothing Grease Monkeys can't do. From the moment I pulled up, the team was super welcoming and professional. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and they didn't disappoint. My car looks absolutely stunning now-like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I've been to a few places before, but none have come close to the level of care and attention to detail I experienced here. This place used to do an amazing job many years ago. Came back after several years and was beyond disappointed. I’ve had middle/high schoolers do a better job at washing my vehicle. I paid for their full service $54 hand wash exterior/interior. The exterior has dirty water spots. The interior is even worse they didn’t even put any effort. They even put any fragrance at all. I have rubber floor mats and they didn’t even bother to hose it down with water. My interior looks basically the same before/after. Wouldn’t go back here complete waste of time and money.

Definitely Recommend Jorge for any detailing work you might need. Jorge and his team are very talented and hard workers, they get the job done right without a hesitation . He has detailed our 4 vehicles since 2019. We have not been disappointed with his work with any of our cars. Honest review, this place is the ABSOLUTE worst place to get your car done. Exterior left scratches and swirls. Interior did not even look clean at all they just pretend to clean it, save yourself that 40 dollars and spend it on a detailer better than this place 100%. Had to spend additional just to get a detail done after their carelessness instead of these guys, all other detailers actually care about the cleanliness of your car and not just money. Worth it to spend 50 for a detailer instead of this place expensive and worthless! Only gave me partial refund and would “clean” it again knowing nothing would be done, what a joke of a company lol. The supposed owner said he couldn’t do a full refund because those spots pictured could not be cleaned funny thing is I wasted 40 bucks and cleaned it myself after and guess what it is way cleaner wonder why.

Love this place, very fast and professional, got diffrent prices that meets everyone criteria!! I take my cars there and never had an issue with theft or nothing. If left the car so they can detail it come back 20 minutes later and they always greet me and tell me if it meets my standards or if it needs more attention. Never had an issue!! Driveway Auto Detail is a fantastic local business! Initially I was going to go to Acme in town, but when I called them they blew me off, didn’t seem interested in my business and were not friendly. Another place in Salinas I called never even picked up the phone. I looked elsewhere and found Driveway Auto Detail, and Victor detailed a truck and a Prius of mine and did an amazing job on both. He really took his time on both details, went into every nook and cranny and cleaned and polished the leather. I highly recommend his service, he is very friendly, and great with communication as well. My vehicles have literally never been this clean, not even when I first bought them!

Pay close attention to the workers and car in front of you when pulling in. It's also a good idea to get some rim guard strips if you're gonna do the subscription, as the tracks can scrape up your wheels pretty good. I still come here and will continue, but while most of the employees are great, 2 don't pay any attention to where your vehicle is in relation to the tracks & vehicle in front of you when guiding you in. The same 2 will wave me forward where I would hit the vehicle in front of me. I stop inches from the car ahead, and they keep waving. And they don't point up to signal when to put it in neutral. But it's just the 2, usually it's a good experience for a good price. Would be 5 stars if not for occasional issues w/2 workers guiding and the track rails damaging my wheels.

Took my car to go get it washed and it still came out dirty. I got the tire shine and they left oil all over the tire, rims and oil all over the side of the car. The female employee with cap on was very aggressive. She said nobody complains. I told her I speak to manage Jose at 1

Get 2 towels, make it a "fantastic day". Tip them up front, and they'll put a bit more into making sure any bugs or tar get addressed as much as possible before you go through the magic carpet ride...easy in and out. The vacuums work a bit too good. Back in the day it was a hand service dry and detail if wanted. But the price is right...and really...clean out your own car...

I visited Splash and Wash today at 1:06 pm to sign up for the unlimited car wash based on good reviews I had heard. However, my experience was far from positive. After pulling out of the machine, I noticed marks on my hood, assuming they were from the machine not fully drying. When I got home, I tried to remove the marks only to realize they were fresh scratches. Upon further inspection, I found multiple scratches all around my vehicle, all fresh and identical in pattern. The photos with this review are only a few of the scratches on the vehicle. I went back to the location at 2:16 pm to report the issue. The general manager wasn’t at the location, and I was advised he wouldn’t be back until Monday, 7/15, so I have to wait until then to see how they plan to address this issue. One of the managers I spoke to claimed they haven’t had an incident in 4-5 years. While he acknowledged the scratches were fresh, he insisted that neither the machine nor the staff caused them. I know my vehicle well, and it wasn’t scratched all around before this visit. Whether it was the machine or the staff responsible for soaping and drying, my vehicle came out with these fresh scratches. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I have to wait until Monday to see what they could do to rectify the situation. I do not recommend Splash and Wash.

Love the convenience of the there automated exterior drive-through. You auto pay on your cc monthly unlimited car washes!! Then you drive up, and it reads your license plate.. The gate opens, and you drive through the car wash. No more lines to wait to pay. I'm done less than 10 minutes!! They still have the full service car wash, too, when your car needs a good in and out cleaning.

Him and his employees are very attentive and informative. Plus, they provide a lot of great services that doesn't just involve around detailing vehicles.
