I recently took my car to Hayes Detail, and they did an absolutely amazing job! My car had several stubborn stains on the exterior from a leaky pipe in my parking garage that just wouldn’t come off with a regular car wash. Hayes Detail not only removed those stains, but they made the exterior look brand new again. They also did a fantastic job on the interior. Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Nic for a DEEP detail. I don't have an after picture so apologies but this man managed to clean all the snow muck off my car and the gallon of VOMIT that my brother left in the passenger seat. I pre-cleaned the puke but the smell was horrendous as you can imagine. Wine & burgers. Just 2 days before Thanksgiving. The car sat outside with the windows down for a few days. I called Nic and he said he could do it the day after Thanksgiving and get the the smell out of the Alcantara. It sat for 24hrs and when I came to pick it up, it was good to go! He even threw in a discounted exterior wash due to the rush I was in to prepare the car for my in-laws visit. 10/10 for professionalism and service. Will definitely be going back for his services in the near future.

Overall the experience was okay. Very professional interactions all around. Late by 1 hour from when they initially told me they were gonna show up, I honestly might not have scheduled the appointment if I had known that was gonna happen. I pulled the seats out so they could clean everything super well, it was my main focus, and they didn’t even touch under the rear seat. I’ve gotta do that part myself now but I guess that’s fine for the price.

I've been coming here for years with all my vehicles. The last couple of times have been just okay, but today was the worst. Brought my truck in and paid for the works and an additional extra dirty fee of 20 dollars to ensure they got all the mud off. Added a tip, so the total was over 70. The windshield is covered with streaks on the inside. They did not wipe down the top of the dashboard or the passenger side of the dashboard at all. They did not do any of the vents. I have mud streaks on my mirrors. I guess it's time to find a new full service wash.

I just left this business. I have frequent this business over the years and the service is getting worse. I paid $85 for a hand wash and it appears they looked completely past the wheels. Brake dust all over my wheels, tire shine is spotty and inconsistent. This was my last trip there, I'll wash my own vehicle going forward before I pay almost $100 for a poor car wash, the results are about as comparable to a $13 wash at an automated wash at the gas station. They are great for new cars that are a little dusty but at those prices, you'd expect them to at least put water on the wheels and tires. Not again for me, good luck

Levi came to detail my 2023 Genesis, on the 18th of December 2024. I was so impressed with the outcome and the attention to detail. I requested a Ceramic Glass coating, lasting 5-years. Wow, this Man has my car looking better than when I purchased it brand new, he washed it, Clay barred it, buffed it and then applied a couple coats of Ceramic coating. Sounds like people complain about the wait time and the cost on here a lot. I paid for the $199 package (full interior detail with seat and floor deep clean and basic exterior) because my car was seriously disgusting and I waited just under three hours (they told me that when I arrived, so it was not any surprise to me). They are very busy and are cleaning cars by hand, it’s going to take a long time! Just the reality of it. I’m surprised it didn’t take longer honestly. Due to my type of work and never having time to clean my car thoroughly, there was about 4+ years of dust, dirt, rocks, grass woven into the rugs, stains on the seats, and grime everywhere. It was embarrassing (should have taken before photos). But these guys made it look brand new again! I will try to bring it back before it gets that bad again. Thanks! Very impressed and worth the money in my opinion.

went through car wash and experience a multiple system shutdowns. I came out with a flat and while I was waiting for the manager to resolve the problem, there were 2-3 more shutdowns in a span of an hour or so... manager wanted to keep my tire so he could fix it and l'd come back for it later but I denied. he let me know to bring back receipt and he'd cover it, I got a call later saying after watching the camera footage my tire popped due to my after market valve caps and the way got on the track, but he was the one guiding the cars on the track. supposedly their equipment is not built for after market valve caps. Go to quick quack or mister where this won't happen to you. I appreciate their efforts but I did not accept their payment of free car washes for the value I paid to fix my tire. You could get a free car wash anytime due to their online ads.

My family and I have been using this carwash for a while, and today I was shocked by significant decline in the quality of wash! I purchased the most expensive wash, ceramic wash, $25) and : 1) gentleman who rinses the car just before entering to the carwash totally ignored the left side of the car and rinsed the right side for a few seconds and sent the car into the carwash 2) I felt that the cycles of washes were much faster than before, foams remained on windshield and side mirrors as well as rear window after the wash 3) the size of microfiber that they provide to customers who purchase ceramic wash/$25 for free, was the half of the size of the towels that they were giving before and practically useless to clean off the mess remained on the car after the wash 4) tried to call the carwash to discuss the above issues with the person in charge, no answer, left a message on their voicemail. Overall, the quality of wash today was very poor today and I think we can receive a better and cleaner car wash with one of those gas stations carwashes with less cost.

Mike and his team are a force of talent, experience, and customer service! Being a small business owner, I know that prices and the level of service could differ greatly between companies that offer the same services especially when I needed tint for my Tesla Model X that has a windshield sized at 31 square feet! Not a lot of their competition even know how to tint the Model X windshield! All in all, they delivered! My Model X looks great from the outside and feels SO great on the inside after they installed Xpel Prime Plus tint all around. The special part of this company and its owner is that they genuinely care for people. I witnessed Mike overhearing somebody having a really bad day across the street (Not Mike’s Client). Mike walked over to investigate and next thing you know, that somebody was smiling and in a better mood. Had a problem with my tint. No resolution offered. Just excuses. I fully expect them to write and say “we don’t see you in our records” as they routinely say for bad reviews. I find it curious this business has been around a long time. Why is it the only have just over 100 reviews. Answer,”. it’s obvious!! Too many other great places to get tint without attitude.
