I took my mother's suv to be wash the exterior was okay but they did a horrible job with the interior of the car they just pushed a dry rag around to make it seem as if they did anything a complete waste of $35 because I eneded up having to clean the interior myself

I was going to Target and saw the car wash while I exited the freeway. I contemplated getting a car wash and how I would drive backwards to get to the entrance. I ended up deciding to do it and Google Maps was very helpful. There is an entrance/exit from the Ross plaza that lets you turn right, then you can turn immediately right into the car wash entrance. There are three lanes you can park into. I checked the menu above and went with the Rainbow Wash $33. They gave me a slip and told me to leave the keys in the cup holder. They proceeded with the interior vacuum while I went inside to pay at the cashier. (They accept credit card and Apple Pay.) I later realized that the guy who gave me the slip and the young lady at the cashier were the only two people who were able to speak to me in English. I didn't plan for the interior vacuum, so I had a ton of s*** in the trunk. After they finished the back seat, I was able to move the trunk stuff to the back seat. Then they cleaned the trunk. Then they drove the car into the car wash building. After the wash, they parked the car outside under the sun with the other cars and let it dry for a while. Then they got towels to dry the exterior and wipe down the windows inside too. They honk your car when it's done. My car took 40-45 minutes. I saw a lot of people walk out to do shopping or grab food while their cars were being washed. They have several waiting areas, so it was nice to be able to walk around instead of staying put. They also have two massage chairs! Their sign outside says they have like $13-14 car washes on Mondays through Thursdays, but the fine print says it's for vans and SUVs. Lowkey misleading.

Justin and his guys washed my car and my girlfriends car early morning in the cold on Sunday. Got the wheels and exterior super clean in a timely manner. He even explained what chemicals and soaps were being used and what they did. Would 100% have him wash my vehicles again and will be recommending family and friends as well.

I was referred to Justin by legends West whom my fiance recommended for car detailing. He is very nice and down to heart and passionate about his work. I initially gave him a call to see if I could get a quote and also if he recommends if I needed paint correction. I've had my car for 8 years. I didn't get PPF back then cause it wasn't as popular yet. I scheduled a consult appointment, got the quote and his recommendation. Due to work travel, I didn't get a chance to schedule an appointment until recently as well as both sides being busy. Got a wash and detail. Justin kept me in the loop the entire time while he was working on the car with another person who was helping him. He was texting me photos and letting me know when my car would be ready for pick up. Just was very honest when he needed more time since he wasn't happy with the work that the person assisting him, on my interior. So he redid it, added on UV protection for the interior and 6 month spray sealant in the exterior for the inconvenience. Overall, his work and cost is worth it. He went beyond to make sure his attention and focus is on your car. Him being a car enthusiast himself, he understands the care and mindset we have about our cars. I highly recommend going to Justin!

We had a dusty suburban that we took with us to go camping in. Dog fur EVERYWHERE cuz of 2 huskies and 1 doodle. After Peter took care of our car, it’s like bran new. We were so worried about the fur, but after a couple hours, it’s as if there were never any dogs in the car! We’re so so thankful for Peter for taking the time to put in good quality work! Will definitely be coming back!

Tony picked up my call and he was able to accommodate with setting an appointment. Excellent service on the requested list of items. The price value for the work that was done was top tier. I had shipped my car from Hawaii and found them through a mutual friend. I received exterior detailing and deep cleaning of the interior. The interior seats got shampooed and they were extremely dirty. I am grateful that Tony and his team were able to get my car clean and done within 24 hours as I was on a time crunch. Tony recommended the headlights lens restoration and I am glad that I I went with his recommendation. My car, she's a brand new beauty. Reminds me of when I first bought the car 7 years ago.

Have been coming to this carwash for a while. They have such great prices and many deals to not miss from. Just took my car to get a wash and they recommended I get a headlight polish. I definitely don’t regret it. Big different in my headlights. They look brand new. When I saw them I couldn’t believe that was my car. They take care of your car like their own and make sure their customers are satisfied. They really do have the best prices so come and check them out.

my car wasn't vacuumed properly, under the mats and under the seats too it's dirty and i have bought the diamond package, i'm very dissatisfied with the place, i went around 4:40 PM. at first when i had got my car, the rear view mirror wasn't cleaned and the dashboard wasn't cleaned niether and the guy wasn't providing the service i had paid for and still he was giving me attitude. I won't be coming to this place, i'll find business somewhere else.

Probably the best carwash in a 20 mile radius, and they are hand wash. No hassle, no hustle to upsell you. No bs lies to try to sell you needless stuff. Choose your wash and your car gets cleaned fast!!! They could dry the back better, they missed the trunk area a little. Free vacuum for 5 minutes when "busy"!!! :) It does a decent job. They don't get all the tiny bug droppings but it looks pretty good after it comes out. I think the "lava wash" is the minimum if you want to see colored soap during the wash, but there are also colored lights. Overall: I recommend this place for your general washing needs. They aren't busy towards the end of the year the times I went, it was fast

Temple City Auto Spa is a corner car wash that offers different services such as 100% hand wash and four package levels starting at $14 bucks. This particular car wash business tends to be the busiest in the area. Normally, I prefer to clean my own sporty car but today I tried this car wash b/c I was pressed on time. I dreaded to go to any car wash for they may unintentionally scratch my vehicle. After it was serviced, I inspected immediately. Service was modest. Staff were competent. Prices were bloody pricey. Overall, it’s decent car wash with hard working employees.

I really enjoyed coming to the store from the first day. I walked in the owner and other employees were very welcoming and helpful when it came to me starting my own detailing business. All the workers knew what each product did and they help guide me in the best direction to start off. I can honestly say I have been almost a daily customer in regards to building my load out for Mobil detailing. From small products to a full reel setup and a new steamer extractor. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

Leo is a very helpful person, first time here at this location my experience was great, he was very helpful walked me through/ answered all my questions and helped me choose the best products and polisher to start polishing my offroad tacoma. He also gave me a very helpful polishing class since im a beginner and have never polished befored walked me through every step from how to apply the compound to how to properly hold the torqx and polish a vehicle.

One of the coin machines initially only gave out seven quarters for my $5 bill. The "out of service" light was not on and I couldn't find a phone number to call for reimbursement. Went back and tried to get the rest of my quarters, and that's when it hit like a slot machine. Several pockets full. If the owner wants to reach out, I'd be happy to distribute the quarters to whoever didn't get theirs.
