This car wash is a new service with top equipment. I love this place. They have 3 price ranges which start at $10 through $15 maximum wax coating to protect your paint. I don't drive everyday like when I worked. So it works for me.

**UPDATED** I recently moved to Santa Rosa from the East Coast and have been looking for a new car wash. Rohnert Park Car Wash exceeded my expectations. I always struggle with putting my car in neutral and lining it up with traditional car washes, so I appreciate that all you need to do is put the car in park, and the machine moves back and forth to clean and dry your vehicle. I think the prices are reasonable—$16 for the Ultimate package. I contacted the owner to resolve my issue with being charged twice, and he was quick to respond and gave me a code for two free washes. I appreciate it!

Oil Stop in Rohnert Park was great! They were quick and efficient. They recommended different services that my vehicle should be receiving based on the mileage but if I declined any service they didn't pressure me. I will definitely be returning for the other recommended services soon!

Came here to get Lexus LS430 I bought from Idaho fully serviced. Darlene at front was very easy to deal with. All of my concerns with vehicle were addressed and fixed. I opted for OEM Lexus parts. So they had to order few parts from dealership to meet my requests. The turnaround time was excellent. I did have a few concerns after having car serviced. Kevin was the tech took my car back in and checked everything out. My mpg went down, and the car was idling slightly rough. He was extremely knowledgeable with my cars platform (even with it being 24 years old). Both of these issues had nothing to do with service at automotive excellence. Mpg was because the car came from Idaho and California uses gas that is cut with ethanol and other additives that kills mpg. The rough idle was found to be the car adjusting from elevation. After reset car idles and runs very smooth. Communication was great, service was fast for how busy they are, and they stand behind their work.

I probably should give 5 stars, but my experience with Auto Excellence is limited to one check up. That said, they did identify a serious issue that the dealer and other shops had failed to recognize. So I'll be going back.

I can’t say how happy I am with Terrell and his services. He’s super responsive and very communicative when scheduling for him to come by. He didn’t try to upsell me on things, And as soon as he came by, I could tell his operation was extremely professional. He didn’t ask to use my hose, he has his own water source without contamination, which is awesome. I was extremely happy with how my truck turned out. It looked even better than when I drove it off the lot. I could tell he took his time and when he was done, he asked me to inspect the truck. I will definitely be calling him again to use his services. I highly recommend him.

I took my car here on 09/01 and it was the best decision I've ever made for my vehicle. My car still continues to be so clean! The team is super amazing and waste no time in getting to work. Got our truck detailed here and it is still dirty in multiple places, didn't clean under fenders, door jams, too many to list......appears they rushed thru it. Disappointing, more like a car wash than a detail. Looks good from afar but far from good! See the AFTER the detail was done photos

Both gentlemen were polite. At the entry to car wash they were very dedicated to getting the bug stuff and grime prepped. The dry off was good too. Best part was the recyced water smell that came in was NOT foul. I will be back with my other vehicle because thi one looks great!
