I can’t tell you how happy I am with A&N Auto Spa, and the fantastic job Adam, and his crew did on my 2017 Mustang GT Premium. Adam recommended a two stage paint correction after seeing what more could be done for my paint after the one stage paint correction was completed, I agreed. I couldn’t be happier. I called Connor last minute to have my Jeep detailed. He showed up on time and did an amazing job! My Jeep was never detailed, it had dog hair, it had sticky stuff from the dog on the windows. It had dirt I dragged from cycling and hiking. There was also dirt I could not clean in between the thing we use to wind down the windows and on the doors. Connor cleaned all of that. He also used something on the dashboard for protection and on places the sun catches to help with the UV rays. The inside of my Jeep has never been so clean except perhaps the first time when it was purchased. I highly recommend this vehicle detailing service. He came to my house, was very polite, easy to talk to, and worked his butt off in the hot sun for about 4 hours. Four hours cleaning my car in my driveway. If you're looking for honesty, work ethic, and politeness, use his services. You will not be disappointed!

Brought my car in early on Saturday morning, they told me there would be no problem doing the work. At no point was I informed that they were likely too busy to get to my car the same day. When I called for an update I was told they would call me the next day with some info. I had to call them at 3pm the next day and was told they were just pulling my car into the garage but likely wouldn’t know anything till the next day. At no point did anyone ever initiate contact with me, I always had to be the one to call for updates. Finally on day 3 I get a phone call with an estimate. They were able to finish the work same day, but had my car for 3 days and basically sat on it for the first two. I wouldn’t be upset if at any point they had communicated that they wouldn’t be able to do it same day, or if they had kept me looped in at any other point in the process. This shop no longer values customer service or clear communication. I’ve been coming here for about 15 years, but I’ll never make that mistake again. AJ, Based on recent reviews you have a serious issue with customer service as of late. I can appreciate you responding and paying attention to your reviews, it’s just a shame that you seem to do your best work/effort after the fact. If you put as much effort and diligence into your shop from the start you wouldn’t have to be constantly apologizing and offering platitudes to your customers. No, I do not want a complimentary car wash, I just plan on not doing business with you guys anymore. You seem to do a steady business of brake jobs, oil changes and car washes so I’m sure your revenue stream will be just fine. Best wishes.

I hope this helps you make a decision. I found the staff to be very professional. I was able to watch through the window how they worked on my vehicle and it was very professional as well. I was able to call and schedule service. When I arrived, I was met almost immediately by staff and helped into the office to speak to the service coordinator. I liked that they met me in the parking lot and helped me to the office. They were able to diagnose the problem with my automobile accurately. My issue was fixed the first time I didn't have to bring it back. I wasn't expecting them to hand my car back to me cleaner then I delivered it, but guess what it was cleaner inside and out. Thank you 5 Star Auto Center. It kind of reminds me of the service we used to get in the 60s. Can you imagine a time where you pull into a business and they run out to meet you? These days the only place that happens is that big O tires and 5 Star Auto Center. Something else that didn't have anything to do with my particular automobile, but I noticed there were a lot of very high-end supercars in the garage next to my every day automobile. They must know what they're doing if they're working on those exotic vehicles is what I thought to myself. If those folks trust these guys, I should be OK too. I would highly recommend this business. It's not just a little bit better than any automobile center I've ever been to. It's much much better.

Great work by great people. Best car detailing in the Sacramento metropolitan area. I got Full Body PPF, Full Body + Wheels + Interior Ceramic Coating, and Tinted Windows for my Toyota GR86 and the end product was even better than expected. The matte parts of the car were layered in Matte PPF and the glossy parts of the car were layered in Glossy PPF. Isaac helped me out and was always willing to accomplish all of my specific requests. He answered all of my questions and constantly updated me throughout the work process. I will continue to come here for future vehicles, and I fully recommend it to anybody else as well.

Very thorough, professionally done job. I paid for the full exterior detail with light paint polishing, and the paint still looks almost new - they also did some extra work on other panels to make them blend well with no extra cost. Price is a little bit hefty, but understandable with the quality of work. Currently thinking about returning to them to get my windows tinted!

Due to the recent storms my car flooded. I didn't find out until after my car started growing mold. I called almost every detail company and I got nowhere. I called Shawn and he came out the same day. He worked diligently to remove all the water and mold. He did a fantastic job. My musty, nasty, car looks and smells new! He totally went above and beyond. I would totally recommend this company for any car needs. He is upfront and honest and let's you know what you can expect out of him.

Shawn was hired by our RV dealer to clean mold from the mattress and wall in our used Class C from a window leak that was not caught on the purchase inspection. He was respectful of our time and kept us informed of his travel progress so we wouldn't wonder when he would arrive. He was professional and explained the cleaning procedure patiently and was thorough in his work. We were worried about health issues from mold and feel better now and don't have to special order a new mattress and wait a long time for shipping. Shawn's manner was more like an old-fashioned service ethic that is rarely experienced anymore.

We have a 2012 Toyota Highlander. It's been a great car. Super reliable, and very comfortable. But, after 123000 miles, it was beginning to show its age. Swirls in the black paint, and the interior has taken a beating lately. We've used it as a truck, carrying bales of hay, 20+ bags of soil, plants....and we have a German Sheppard. WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!! I spoke to Hannah on the phone and got a quote seem like a good price so I brought it in. She added a couple of things and the back doors the inside of the interior things like that this is the worst job ever seen on a vehicle there’s bubbles all over it. Ppl is hanging off the front opening the doors there are parts where it’s already coming off and this is just over a month old. He didn’t do any of the work whatsoever. The bubble stayed on the vehicle. The cuts around the mirrors and around the front around the bumper around the door panels. All of them are already. I brought it to show it to him and ask him to fix it and in the end he refused to do it. Then he called the police and had me trespassed because I came in to have the work done $3198. I spent on this and it looks like garbage. I’m going to have to pay to have it taken off. If I were you, I would definitely not have ceramic pro Roseville do your vehicle. Do your tent do anything to your vehicle he is very, very, very bad person. No one followed anyone home. He is lying about this like he lied about everything else. UPDATE!!! And I want To let everybody know that they lost the dispute because the product is garbage. I wouldn’t let them touch a bicycle. Be very careful on who you trust your car with and this company is definitely not one of them. As for the charges that were brought against me, nothing has been brought against me. He fully lying about that also. I was asked to leave the premises and I accepted what the officer said, and I left the premises. And what remains to be seen by what remains to be seen make sure you take your car somewhere else because this guy is violent vicious and not to be trusted with your vehicle.

Do yourself a favor go someone else. They had my car for almost a month. They had to redo the work for a second time. They charged me 3600.00 for front bumper, windshield, hood, and headlight PPF. They were suppose to do the wheels but that was never done. The photos are from the second time they did the work. They charged me 1200 for interior cleaning and ceramic coating which you can see the photos that really wasn't done. There's dent on a pillar wasn't there before. The sensors aren't even cut out. They might be able to do paint correction but PPF IS NOT SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BRING HERE. Read the review they don’t know what they are doing. They say 10 year warranty but they can’t even do it right the first time or second time. ****Stay away from this shop. **** If you ask them to fix this and he gets all angry. Save yourself the trouble and go to Ceramic Pro Sacramento. Reply: You are a compulsive liar. At no point was I given an option for a computer cut or not. None of the paper works states that. The work that was done initially was trash. You stated “ this should have never left our shop” This is why you have been booted from representing Ceramic Pro. This is why you have a lawsuit pending. Any warranty is voided because you can’t properly do the work. No one has time to keep bringing back their car so you can make it better. Straight garbage.

Attached to the Mobil and Circle K at Blue Oaks and Foothills Blvd in Roseville. A very reasonably priced car wash and detail shop. They consistently do a great job on our cars. The basic Full Service Car Wash is only $28, yet includes full hand soap, thorough automated outside wash, vacuuming inside, inside panel wipe downs, and windows cleaned inside and out. A quality job every time. Their headlight renewal treatment is reasonable and lasts for 6 months to a year. It makes the headlights look brand new. Always efficient and quick. Sometimes can get very busy on the weekends. I highly recommend Roseville Auto Spa.

Probably the best spa for complete detailing of your vehicle in Rocklin Roseville area . It will cost you about 300$ if your car is complete mess. Call gas station in advance, sometimes there's a huge line and it takes them 2 - 3 hours to wash and dry interior of your vehicle, so you wouldn't be sitting there for a half a day or more . Usually mornings before lunch are not as busy.

My car was returned with 2 dash buttons missing, they had me come in and have the manager look. He looked inside the car and couldn't find them. He took pictures of the missing buttons and my license plate and said they would replace them. It's been months and I've never heard back once. Not good customer service. Giving 3 stars because my car was cleaned well otherwise. Still have missing buttons on my dash though.

I was using this place a few years for oil change. I was so happy. The all guys was friendly and I was taking my four cars to this place. I never seen this employee in this place. His name is Tim. He is very very rude and start to talk to me with bad language. Whenever I asked him not to talk to me. I’m a customer and you are in customer service. I can ask you something as a technician. What he answer to me. THIS IS AMERICA. ITS FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Whenever I was trying to explain to him it’s not right talking. He was walking to me kind of thinking to hit me. Be careful from this guy. He have some problem. How I understand he shouldn’t work in customer service. Again his name is TIM. I’m not gonna go there anymore and DON’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Joseph is great at what he does. Made my truck look new again. Spent his time getting everything most people wouldn’t even think of. Buffed out scratches from my dogs, did touch up paint work on chips, got hard water spots to disappear off windows and black paint. Would recommend him tenfold to anyone looking for a vehicle detail. A truly wonderful company. I can’t recommend Scrub Shark Mobile detailing high enough. We made an appointment last week for 8am this morning. Exactly at 8am scrub shark was at my door to steam clean my engine. My car has an oil leak and needed the engine cleaned before repair. The engine looks beautiful. My experience was so positive I’m making an appointment tomorrow to get the car fully detailed. The engine cleaning done in my driveway was a very reasonable 85.00.

Terrible. The quality of the service here is just terrible. I payed 60$ for the platinum package and they failed to deliver. This is on going issue. Not worth anyone’s time or money to use their services. Leaving trash on the passenger seat after service, failing to do simple tasks as in throwing away trash in side compartments. No effort in cleaning both passenger and driver chairs. Stained one seat with cleaner. Absolutely disappointed.

Used to be a really good place on the past. Unfortunately, the quality start went down and I was about two months without taking my car up there to wash I took my truck this week. I asked the guy to do a really nice work on the inside I paid $250 For shampoo and everything I even told the guy don’t worry about outside all I’m looking for. It’s a nice clean on the inside and I’m really disappointed definitely was my last experience I will not going back anymore waste of money and time.

They got all the bug-splatter, That's Impressive I'm afraid that my less than stellar experience at the next door Fairway Express Lube, may have slightly soured my opinion of the Fairway Car Wash. This place is clean, as if it, itself had been run through the wash. It looks almost new. The Service Rep tried to up-sell me on additional cleaning services, but I had already paid for more than I wanted. The service was not fast, took about 20 minutes. But I will give them a congrats on thoroughness. The interior was the cleanest I've seen it in after many washes at Silicon Valley shops. The attention to detail on washing and drying, is to be applauded as well. They got all the bug-splatter, That's Impressive. Inside the lounge and store, all is serene and clean. The Cashier seemed bored. It was a decent place and I would go again, but if the business practices of the neighboring Lube shop impede on my ideals again, I think I might just avoid this place in the future. It is if nothing else convenient and well stocked with functionality.

I needed my boat cleaned that had been sitting for 2 years, and the transformation was incredible. Phoenix and Devin did wonders, they showed up on time, worked very hard, and transformed my boat into like new condition. Not the kind of day for a car wash, but I go anyway - can’t miss my weekly wash and Lynn’s smile makes it all worth it. There are several Quick Quacks I can go to, but I make it a point to go to Blue Oaks every Sunday. Not only do I get to start the week with a clean car, but I get to start the week off by seeing one of my favorite people - Lynn! Nope, I don’t know her from anywhere else, but the car wash, and her customer service and genuine kind heart shine through every time. The only thing this location could do better is to get a duck show in the car wash itself, but I’ll skip the duck show every time if it means Lynn will be there to greet me! Thanks for all you do Lynn - best duck of them all!!!

This place is great. Touchless carwash prices vary depending on which package you purchase. $10 for the highest wash that includes a 90 second dry time. You can also vaccum your car which is about $1.00 - $1.50. They also have 3 different fragrance options (french vanilla-cherry-new car) for another $1.00 per 60 seconds of use. The vacuum and fragrance machines take quarters, they have a change machine right there as well!

PRICE INCREASE (SEE PIC) I’ve probably washed my car here 50 times and it’s a great touch-less car wash without the scratchy bristles. One time the sprayer arm fell off in front of my car in the middle of a wash and the car wash broke with my car covered in soap. I called the Dawson people and a dude from the Chevron gas station across the street came over and fixed it then gave me a free car wash coin for my troubles. Price increases 20% as of May 3rd 2021. Probably not worth it anymore...

Our van was mildly dusty from driving through the desert, and the manager tried to charge us $500 to use the self-serve pressure washer. Makes no sense. Why would you only allow already clean cars at a car wash?
