This review is technically 2 reviews in one for IE Auto Detailing. In January 2023, I purchased the Ceramic Gold Package from Jorge at IE Auto Detailing for my new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I also purchased and had installed the PPF on the door edges, door cups and trunk ledge. The detailing and prep work for the Ceramic Pro package was great. The PPF installation was also great. Fast forward to April 2024, part of the warranty on the Ceramic Pro package includes the annual inspection. I was 3 months late but the Ceramic Pro coatings was still working well. The car was never waxed. I hand washed the car myself almost every two weeks as suggested by Ceramic Pro. The Lincoln Corsair was brought back for the annual inspection. I had IE Auto Detailing do the first thorough detailing work on the Corsair since the Ceramic Pro was first applied. The detailing work by IE Auto is just awesome. The Lincoln Corsair looks just as good the day the Ceramic Pro was first applied. IE Auto also repaired the the bubbles that formed beneath the PPF on the trunk ledge and repaired the PPF that began to lift on the door edge. The team at IE Auto Detailing stand by the products they use and their worksmanship. I was at first hesitant to spend for the gold Ceramic Pro package. After 15 months and two rainy winters, the Ceramic Pro Coatings still keeps the water beading on the car surface. I typically hold onto my vehicles 10-15 years. Time will tell if Ceramic Pro will last as long as I own the vehicle. I highly recommend IE Auto Detailing for the quality work and follow up support they offer. Jorge and the team at IE Auto Detailing are great and pleasant to work with. They do believe in customer service.

Got a bunch of quotes for Stek and Xpel and went with Jorge here at IE auto detailing. He uses Stek ppf and Suntek tint. Went over the options and gave me really competitive quotes for 2 Tesla Model Ys. Jorge and his team did a fantastic job on both cars. This company has it all! Alex who coordinates the schedule is EXTREMELY prompt and responsive. Freddie who has now worked on 5+ of my cars/motorcycles is an absolute expert in what he does, it feels and looks like magic the way he gets things to turn out. If there was a college degree in detailing, Freddie would be teaching the class. Freddie is so kind, and his smile is contagious :) I was so happy they were willing to come to Anaheim to do my latest session. Vinny and his amazing team came to detail 5 of my cars. Each car got a wash, a couple got a clay bar treatment, 4 cars got a wax treatment and one car got a water spot removal treatment that other detailers could not get out. They did an INCREDIBLE job on each one of my vehicles. They have never looked this good. My wife and I could not be any happier. We found ourselves some Fine Tuning Detail Gods lol. Amazing and detailed! Just needed a wash from all the construction being done on the roads, efficient and was able to fit me in the same day, super friendly and nice, focused on getting all the grime and dirt off my car and detailed cleaned the inside of my car as well and my wheels had so much build up too (which I had no idea about) and surprisingly taught me new things I didn’t even know about my vehicle! We had a clear bra installed on the front along with ceramic coating on our entire 911. Yoshi did a fantastic job during a very hot part of the summer. The product and supplies he uses is second to none. You can tell that honesty and integrity are two of his most important traits. He does it right and gets it done on time. We have a new Macan being delivered to the Porsche Experience Center in October and we are taking it directly to Yoshi to have a Clear Bra installed. He really is very hard working, meticulous, and dependable. You will be glad you had your car done by Yoshi.

Luna & Yoshi run a great shop. Brought my blue ‘21 Tesla Model Y LR to get full vehicle PPF wrap, tint on all the glass and a ceramic coat w/paint correction. Vehicle was left with them for a week which is a long time but needed with such extensive work to be done with quality and that’s what I got in return. Seamless application of the PPF ended up with amazing look and shine. Went with 20% tint on front windows, 50% on back windows and 70% on roof and windshield which ended up with tint matching nicely all around. Definitely feel the ceramic difference with heat being blocked volumes more which allows me to keeps AC speed down some to conserve energy. All in all tint came out beautifully adding that blacked out look. Ceramic coat was added to PPF surface as a final treatment adding to the amazing shine and while adding even more depth to the paint but that might have a lot to do with the paint correcting done before anything is adhered to the paint. Goodbye micro swirls. I didn’t want to write my review until I’d had my wrap for a couple months to see how well it holds up and if their great service would continue after they got my money and I’m happy to say they back their products/service. A few weeks after getting my car back I noticed one small spot where my bumper was so tight to the body that some rubbing began to make the PPF bubble out some. I let Luna know and on a random day a couple weeks later I stopped by for them to check out. They immediately helped me and proceeded to look over entire car to see if anymore problem areas had formed. Was back on the road within 30mins, couldn’t have asked for more. Strongly recommend Luna & Yoshi if you want quality work done by passionate people who will respect you and your car. Thanks again!

Nice professional shop and cool staff. Eric helped me out with a spot treatment for some grease from my tailgate on the rear bumper that hasn’t wanted to come out. Cool guys, took my car for interior cleaning Asked for it to look brand new, seemed like they could do it as they said no problem. Got it back and sure it was clean but there were places that weren't touched. Seats were still a bit dirty, cup holders weren't touched, n little details. Overall maybe it was just a bad start to the morning for them but for the price I was charged, looks like a job I've done myself and I'm no expert haha.

Great full service wash and quick wax. Indoor waiting area and shaded outdoor area. They make my car shine every time, I get the luxury level about every 6 weeks. Not saying they don't miss a spot on my nasty, muddy, coffee spill, dog slobber and hairy car, but I can count on a clean and happy car driving out, because occasionally I'll see an overspray of treatment not wiped completely or wheel well dirt and they'll get right to it with a smile before I drive off. Takes about an hour on a busy Saturday morning so I bring my coffee and a book for the wait.

This was one of the worst places to get a car wash! I went for a simple wash interior and exterior. Upon getting back into my car I noticed the center consul to be very dirty, the tiny on my window was chipped and they had damaged the dashboard. I called back as I was already on my way home and all I was told was “you can come back and see how we wash everyone’s cars. No one else’s gets damaged so it wasn’t us”. It was ridiculous. Don’t waste your money or your time!
