I took my vehicle in March 2022. I’ve taken it now twice. My car was so filthy I was embarrassed to take pictures before unless they did for me. This is the best high quality job where they take there time and can even revive my 2006 MDX to feeling new. I’m so happy with this place and highly recommend to everyone. I’m a single mom and they were kind and professional worth ever penny. I came back because they even sent my car out to be reupholstered with a sister company. I’ll be back in soon and tell all my relatives this is the family place to go. They really helped me get my car ready to sell. Thank you so much again. 🙏🌺 I will attach some engine pictures later. I booked a full detail with Victor and he showed up with Dan as promised. They were took their time and did a phenomenal job of detailing my car. I have gone to this detail shop for years, even before it was under the current owner because it is convenient to where I live and they do a good job. I went there twice, recently, to get an estimate that I needed to submit to Caltrans. I was told they would only provide a written estimate if I paid $30 for it. That is ridiculous. Each time I asked for the owner, Alfredo, he was never around nor did they take my information for him to call me back to discuss this common and simple request. I guess he doesn't need the work.

I've been wanting to detail my car for a while, so after some research I decided to go with them. Absolutely easy scheduling, then the technician was not only on time, but he provided great service. He worked hours on my car and made interior and exterior very nice and like new. They are extremely professional and took care of it like it's their own. Peter and the crew did an amazing and efficient job with the cleaning. They came to my house and were able to hook into an outlet and water source. Great experience working with René, He responded immediately to my voice mail, and showed up on time to wash my car. (He was also able to wash a neighbor's car last minute, which was really great.) I just had the basic wash and vacuum done, and my old car looks brand new! Everything is gleaming and shiny, and the windows are spotless. René and his assistant were very thorough, and a pleasure to work with. And the price is so reasonable that I have no excuse to go so long between car washes again. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually write reviews but I definitely need to give credit where it’s due! Mario did a phenomenal job on tinting and ceramic coating my new BMW. He did a very thorough job and made my car look like it just came from the dealership. He provided me with easy to understand post care instructions to help maintain my ceramic coating and patiently answered any questions/concerns I had regarding the service. I have been using Reckless Details and their services for over a year now. Found out about them through a friend. Every time I go I am extremely satisfied. They treat my car as if it was their own so I don’t have to worry about them slacking off and scratching my car with dirty rags. Honestly, that’s the most important thing to me, that's the only thing that matters. Professional, flexible, and great skills. Can’t ask for much more. Sometimes 2 cute beagles come by and hang out so you get to play with them while you wait. Which is nice.

Current Time is 1:52pm - the car wash is closed. Google or business owner need to update the operating hours. 1-3 cars just left thinking the wash is opened today. Operating hours states 9am-6pm M-TH. That’s not true… *update* Owner/manager just confronted me about taking photos of the business asked me what’s the issue how come I was taking photos. I informed him for google reviews 😃

Don't be alarmed, the place is in the hood. There was a little wait, like 5-7 min. Paid $11 did an ok job. Liked that I didn't have to pay extra to vacuum.

Over priced they used to do a great job a guy who only speaks English who always has a black hat on seems to always be in a bad mood he tries to charge you more every time even for things that are already on the package you want I used to come and for the same $44 gold package if get what I get now for almost $50 because he always charges more. Also they aren’t the greatest at cleaning the interior it’s sometimes still dirty when I get in my car for $50+ I expect better.

Heads up if you’ve been a long time customer - the “silver” package with light vacuuming is no longer what it used to be. Please see attached pictures of what my car looked like after just taking it in. Used to be a spotless vacuum and interior wipe down. Today, I paid $40 plus tip for my car to come out looking like this. The attendant told me the managers have been having meetings about what light vacuuming means, and apparently this is it. I literally went straight home and spent an hour cleaning out my car myself after I paid for a full service here. And it took them an hour to do it. Absolutely terrible. The trunk wasn’t even touched at all.

I’ve been coming to this place for a very long time and I’m disappointed because it took my money and I have nobody on site to refund the money. I deposited it in the machine and went and got changed and called the number and nobody answered.

A couple of weeks ago I went to wash my car in their RICHMOND location, I put the coins in the machine and the nozzle didn't have pressure, I looked around and it seemed like someone moved an orange cone to prevent the use of the spot and i didn't see it before. I looked around to see if someone could help me, but no one was around, I came back the next day and the employee said he couldn't help me and he told me to call the customer service number, so I called and nobody answered, i left my information and a few days later they answered, they called me back and refunded my money and my coins, they were kind and helpful. It takes time but they are really responsible for their business!!! I've been their customer for a long time and I'll definitely keep washing my car there !!

Got backed into and was left with a minor scratch that I needed to get taken care of. If I’m not mistaken, Mike helped us and was so kind - he rubbed out the scratch and waxed it free of charge. These guys were super super helpful, doing great work, and doing it for a great price. I’ll be coming back anytime I need cosmetic maintenance. Highly highly recommend

Stop searching and just call Chris already. I've ordered multiple services from Chris. His detailing work is exactly as it should be, a thorough, "detailed" clean of the car, inside and out. He coordinates a time and shows up promptly. Pricing is more than reasonable given the quality of work. My last service was a full ceramic coating. I have to say...it looks like I have a new car. He got rid of every scratch and watermark, and even after driving in the rain multiple times, it looks brand new! I'll be returning to Chris for many more years to come. PS, he has some cool decal covers if you'd like to add some character to your car!

Complete Detail Completely Missed the Details! Do NOT bring your car here. I purchased the Complete Detailed (outside an in) for $330 and am extremely disappointed. When I walked up to get my car, there was still a huge bird poop on the hood they hadn't even removed until I pointed it out. That was just the start. The front was still riddled with bug spatters and stains as though it hadn't even been washed. And it looked like it hadn't been waxed either, despite the description says clay and polish. I complained and started pointing out all the places they missed and then they gave me a hard time about pointing out their errors. They finally gave me a $30 discount, bringing the total down to $300 for what should have been a $100 job at most. Total rip-off; you don't get what the website says. Finally, I dropped my car off at my apt time of 930. They told me it would be done at 4pm so I could pick up my kid. It wasn't finished until 445pm. I had tried calling at 330pm to get an ETA and no one even answered or called me back. (The owner commented below my frustration was due to them being late, but like the quality of the work, that is simply false. Pls see the attached pictures of their 'detailed' work for yourself.)

Ok, so these guys did as good a job as one can expect from a quicky car wash. The problem was that the job was not quick at all. What should have taken 15-20 minutes took one and a half hours! There were just three guys working, I repeat, just three, so no matter how hard they tried, and they did, the line of cars just kept growing. Peoples Car Wash needs to hire more people. PS. It’s my 3rd time going to siervo’s and all 3 times he’s done a great job. I highly recommended their work. 35% on the windshield, 15% on the side windows, and 5% on the back half. They also vinyl wrapped my roof and side markers.
