I have a 2024 bronco sport. I would not recommend this place. Went through and it left the hood visibly dirty. The manager let me go through again and it still didn't remove the dirt. Went yesterday. Photo the next day

Do not spend your money here, worst service ever, since they changed owner everything started coming down you just lost another loyal customer and dont try to apologize too late alredy., vacuum doesn't has power, plus half ot them are disabled. Prices are too high. It just to be a good car wash but NO anymore, do not come here don't waste your time and money

Bad experience. Paid $700 in august to do my carbon fiber restoration. Picked up my car with my fender hitting the door, and bumper falling off. He claimed he worked at a body shop but did not install my parts back on. Waited two months on my wet sand and polish since he left paint drips on my hood and fender but never ended up finishing his job. Overall Bad work.

Guy does an amazing job, i’ve had him detail my car for months now and restore some old carbon fiber parts i’ve had everything looks really good! planning on getting my bumper paint matched by him and getting my headlight lenses cleared aswell. Pretty awesome guy.

Be careful people!!! The guy attending the entrance is trying to sale the dashboard wipes for $1 to members… I told him that I was a member and I didn’t got one and he said that the first time is free every other time I had to pay for it I even told him that I washed my car many times before and I never got charged for it. After a while the manager appears and I told him what was going on and he said that the guy was wrong and he asked him to give it to me…. They try be careful.👎🏼

Went around 7pm on a weekday and 3 bays were available at the time. Everything’s working as intended on the bay I was in. I used tokens. Rates are reasonable I guess, $5 for 6 minutes minimum or you can do $10 for 14 minutes like I did for the whole wash and air dry. Oh and don’t be surprised if people come up asking if you need help with drying or detailing for $$. Just say no, if you’re not interested. They’re nice.

I used to love coming to this car wash but their prices have gone up and you get less time for your money now. Their equipment is poorly maintained so you might get a bay with broken nozzles with duct tape on them or half of the options on the wall are out of order including the credit card swiper. They’re not as competitive as other similar car washes that have good quality soaps and Armor All protectant. So sad to see a good car wash fall off due to neglect. I won’t be coming back anymore

Definitely will be coming back! Great car wash with friendly staff members. My car was clean from the inside with leather treatment. I also got a wax for my car and now my car is really shiny. Great seevice and have great message chairs. They also have free coffee.

You know it’s really funny that you should ask me this about this place. I thought I was gonna really not like it all, but it turns out that I was waiting in line to get my car washed and somebody cut in front of me and this gentleman here I guess he was the manager I never got his name real real nice guy told me come on your neck so he moved into that spot and also help me start washing my vehicle because he saw that I was in a walker Because I’m hurt so he help me to start washing my car because he’s feeling bad for me and then he says to me when you’re done just hit the green button which means turn it off so I had the car wash for as long as I wanted it and I took advantage of that and that gentleman was very, very nice. I appreciate that and the car wash is also excellent, excellent pressure good time the only thing I don’t like about it. It’s right out in the sun and it’s hard for me to handle that but other than that I’d wash my car every day if it wasn’t for him helping me out the first time. thank you so for the bottom of my heart you’re a good man.

There are many detailers out there and most are okay. I call them the YouTube University Detailers. Mystique Detailing goes above and beyond and it shows if you want to TOP Quality Service. They are IDA Certified and actively attend conferences throughout the year to perfect what they do which distinguishes them by far. I highly recommend them!!

These gentlemen are extremely professional, washed and clayed my car and after we still need to do a paint correction on the black. Told me he would be there the next morning in the morning it would knock it out at a discounted price, kept his word, car came out amazing, so happy I reached out!! These guys are the black car specialists. I will definitely use them in the future again

Came in at 12:25, left my car and went to Wal-Mart to buy some stuff. Lady said it will take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hr as its busy. Asked for engine wash said they can't do it as not enough staff. 50$ for car wash and detail. Oh and my car was a mess inside. When we got back from Walmart at 1:30 I just saw my car leaving the wash bay. Either they had to thoroughly vacuum my car or it was really really busy. Went to taco bell and ate lunch. When we were done we still had to wait for another 15 minutes. Got my car 1 hour and 40 minutes. There was a guy who said his car was not yet ready after 90 mins. So he was asking for refund. He was waiting for a long time and observed that some other cars where done ahead of him he was not too happy. Lady that did the intake did not have the skill to pacify him. To make matters worst one of the detailer started answering back. And they were yelling at each other. This could have been avoided if the in take Lady did not keep offering the detail service when she had more than 10 cars in que. Or at least gave the guy a longer estimate on the service. She was telling customers behind me the same 90 min estimate when I finished. They made a killing today but I'm sure some customers will not come back. I was just passing by and had walmart not been near by I would not have gone here. But for the service I got I will give them 5 stars. The car was detailed nicely. 👌

First time here😊 Really needed help with cleaning my car’s exterior and more importantly the interior. Thankful for the help and hard work into my car. There’s plenty of message chairs inside you can sit in (message part requires card payment). Outdoor seating with shade umbrellas are also available while you wait for your car. There are 4 types of cleaning plans. I chose the Manager Special for my car’s need. The wait wasn’t too long for a weekday, but I assume weekends are a longer wait.
