I called inquiring if they did duct tape removal- I had quite a bit it duct tape on my trunk due to having had a broken windshield. Neil explained the removal process and any possible negative outcomes thoroughly. I also inquired about their interior and exterior detailing and he explained both of those and the different "levels" and the main differences between them. I settled for the more expensive exterior detail and adhesive removal for the duct tape, and let me tell you... I absolutely got what I paid for. My car has never looked cleaner! They got the duct tap off completely with zero residue, and they were even able to remove a couple of scuffs/make them less noticeable, too! The pricing was extremely reasonable for the outcome. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Paid for gold package and specified that I wanted the interior and trunk vacuumed. They did not vacuum the trunk. Specified there was some spilled coffee in the cup holder. They did not clean it. Left dirt marks around trunk and door handles and had me driving off while the car was still fairly wet. I tipped $20 because it's the holidays and I was feeling generous, but was surprised and disappointed when I got home and saw the trunk hadn't even been vacuumed.

I called today for a price on an interior car detail. I asked the person who answer the phone for his name. His replied "why does it matter???" I did a prior call to an other company for auto detail price and the person was very friendly, an he told me HIS NAME! not the attitude this one. For sure I will not go to this Redlands foamy car wash & detail center.

VIP Mobile Auto Detailing washed, clayed, and ceramic waxed my 2003 GMC full size truck, and it came out beautiful. It was so good that I had them wash, detail, clay, and ceramic coat my Moms 2021 Prius. They also detailed both vehicle interiors. The Prius looks better than new! I highly recommend these guys for your auto ceramic wax and/or coating needs.

I like the ability to just drive up and get a wash because we have the membership. The vacuums and air sprayer always work well so I can clean out crevices and seats as well as vacuum the floorboards. The brushes never get the back of my vehicle well enough, though, and the automated dryer cloths miss my hood and back end. There are towels available, and most are damp or wet. Would be good to have dry ones as well. Overall, it is a good service.

This review is for the basic $8 service which entailed the presoak, bug prep, rim and wheel cleaner, soap, drying agent, and a rinse (according to their website). I desperately needed a car wash so I went to Suds for the first time, seemed like a good choice based on the reviews. Also seems like it’s only a good choice if you pay for the top service or monthly service. I would say my Mazda SUV is at least a mid-sized SUV and yet it barely got touched by any of the brushes, especially on the passenger side. I also don’t recall seeing any soap being sprayed onto my car. I was embarrassed driving out of the car wash because my car looked worse than when it came in, at least before it was uniformly dirty. Isn’t a car wash at its core purpose supposed to wash your car, even at the basic service? I have attached pictures of what my car windows look like AFTER going through the car wash. Overall, not impressed.

I had a very pleasant experience with James. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. The work he did on my car was very professional, and will definitely increase my visibility at night when driving. He also mentioned a couple of other services that they offer. I highly recommend James for headlight restoration.

Guy that worked here 1/4/25 between 1pm-3pm targets people based on appearance profiling which disturbed peoples peace, at a car wash, which in turn led to people continuing/ finishing off uncomfortably, that’s not including him going around harassing customers to the extent of tapping/ smacking a persons vehicle in one of the bays. Make Redlands great again.

Just stopped by here to wash all the dirt accumulated from a three day weekend up at Big Bear Lake. The car wash is well kept, and all the accessories work in great working order. This car wash takes debit/credit cards and is easy to operate and add additional time washing if needed.

I can't believe they don't give cash back. I felt so bad not tipping the car wash guy. 😢 You would think they would know people don't carry cash and want to take care of their employees who work so hard on these cars.

This place isn't bad, but isn't great either. I definitely wouldn't go above their base wash, you basically get the same results for all others. Went today for a wash and interior detail. After 109, I was having to aske to remove dirt from the hood, door, and lift gate. For 45, it'd be okay, but for 109, not again for that service. Worst thing is my car smells worse after like a wet mildew wrag was used. Not good.

Awesome job!I had my Jeep wrangler interior shampood for the 1st time since I've had it (10 yrs). Interior was FULL of dog hair, my dog (RIP) had access to the front and back of the vehicle, we would eat in there, and he'd get on it wet, full of dirt, etc. This car was a MESS. Jose did an AMAZING job, he was very detailed and left my car like new. I didn't think it was possible to remove so much dog hair that had been there for years. I will definitely be using his services again and I highly recomend. His work is great and prices are reasonable 💯

Ok, so I'm not a huge fan of drive through car washes simply because they arent very good for your paint. But I will say that this is my favorite one! The price is right and they actually have people pre spraying and washing your car before you even drive in and then, once you come out, there is a guy, sometimes two, who towel dry your car. Also, when you go to the vacuum area, they have complimentary microfiber towels for you to use. This place is the best drive through car wash I have been to!

I can wash my car as many times as I want in a month for $23. Absolutely worth it. The staff is very nice and helpful, is open everyday, they hand clean your mirrors and dry them. Is fast and I haven’t found any wait line yet. You only get outside wash not inside so they have vacuums for you to do it yourself. There is a lot of space for many cars. Go get that membership now!

Very picky when comes to car washes , However this car wash has been my go to spot ! Very easy drive in and out & they offer rags & cleaning supplies EDIT:9-9-24 can for a wash around 5pm only about 3 cars plus mines in the lot first there was no soap the entire wash I know this because there were still finger prints on the back of the car. Second, they have no clean towels went inside to ask and she says oh sorry we don’t have any clean ones I have this one though hahah. Lame Carwash I’m going to cancel my premium membership here rather wash it myself elsewhere.

First off this car wash is changing to rocket carwash and it's with them that I have beef with. I just left there, members only vacuums, some of the water sprayers were broken so they didn't wash one side of my car and the big dryers don't work that well. My car is still wet. Price I am barely okay with as I understand the economy, but this time around definitely not worth it. The person at the lane was not feeling it. No emotion and just there, but if you are going to be extra pushy (he was), be friendly at least.

Overall I was not satisfied with their service. I didn't get their least expensive wash nor their most expensive either. I took a quick look at it when they signaled me it was done and it seemed satisfactory. After driving away I began to realize that my windows were not as clean as I would have expected and many places on my dashboard were still dirty having not been wiped off at all.

I went in for a full car wash as my car needed the works! The price was $59.99+tax and tip I spent a total of $70!! I figured it would be worth it since my car was really dusty outside. The inside wasn't too bad but I figured the trunk could use the vacuum. Well...sadly I get home and realize: 1- paid for scent- non was applied 👃🚫🪻 2- trunk was STILL dirty, had the same dirt left untouched!! 3- the panels weren't even wiped in the back trunk 4- The passenger back door now has a gunk/scratch on it!! 5- DO NOT sit inside on the couches, they have ants which a few got on me -_-* 🐜 🐜 I don't think I'll be coming back for such an expensive wash that was probably worth way less than what I paid. If you go just get the plain basic and cross your fingers it's even worth that 🤞. As for me, I'll just need to find a better place.

Recently I brought in a set of aluminum method wheels that I wanted polished and the clear coat removed. After 2 days I went to pick them up and the wheels were not polished and the clear coat was not removed. Spots of the clear coat are still visible as seen in the pictures and splotches are still there. The detailer argued with me saying that all the clear coat was removed and refused to refund any money. I paid $100 per wheel, the job done was subpar, and I have to take them to another detailer to have it done the correct way. Also some of the face bolts were not returned when I got the wheels back. I will not be returning to 909 detailing and I suggest anyone who is looking to get wheels polished find another person. 909 detailing lacks the tools and knowledge to polish wheels correctly and professionally.

I have been to this car wash once, this is my second time. I must say the first time it was great so I decided to come again. Now, today it was horrible. I paid $29.9& plus $30 extra for a wax that took 45 mins to wash my car. I’m sorry but even my nails take longer than that. Well my car was still dirty I had to flag an employee to have him clean my car to find the manager was the one who cleaned my car was very shocking. I have pictures of my car he didn’t even wipe down the dashboard until I asked the employee just blows my mind. My trunk didn’t even get vacuum as you can see the back of my seats are still dirty. Wow for $60 I didn’t expect this type of car wash. Took a picture of the receipt so you can see I paid at 0846 and at 0950 I was at home taking pictures . So upsetting. Would have wished the owner was present. Thank you for reaching out.

Saw this store pop up on my instagram. The store is small but packs in a lot good brands that I know and some that are new to me. I would say i am a weekend warrior enthusiast when is come to detailing. This store has now been added to my rotation. I came looking for something specific and was greeted with options and also walked out with some recommend products. Maybe next visit I can’t take some pictures from inside the store to add to my reviews.

They do a really great job on the exterior, the lowest car wash you can get is 23.00 , the inside looks nice but they never really vacuum all the crumbs out the seats , and the floor is missing some spots. No one there really speaks English very little , except for the girl ringing up the tickets . I came before and they turn me away they closed at 4 pm and it was 3:45 pm so really they close at 3:45pm . . . . Update , I been at this car wash about 4 times and the people are just rude , I gave them a pass because they don't speak a lot of English, but their rude, and dismissive, I am no longer coming back to this car wash again . They treat black customers way different. And expect a tip . Today I pulled up to car wash , and the man that spoke good English acted like he was doing me a favor ? They get mad if you buy the lowest car wash they usually have an attitude if you choose that one which is 22.00 . I will just spend my money else where I'm not giving my money to people who don't make me feel welcomed or like their doing me a favor and not adjusting their attitude .
