I would give this car wash zero stars if I could due to the terrible management, the clerk is rude, wont give you change so you can tip the workers, max he will give cash back is 5.00 so i went and paid 3.85 to use atm to give a proper tip and then he refused to give change, told me he already did his job by giving me 5.00 cash back which the car wash was 40.00. These guys hustle to survive and deserve a proper tip. Wont EVER come back based on principles and attitude!

We've taken our cars here multiple times. It's hit or miss, but the initial interaction and sales tactics are shady. They charged me $37 without asking me what I wanted besides a wash. It's typically $30 and the extra $7 was for exterior only and didn't include vacuuming or wiping down. First I've heard, not posted or mentioned on their pricing board, and when I questioned it they couldn't give a clear answer and removed the charge. They don't have an option for exterior only so why the extra charge?

I'm a big car guy and quite particular about details when it comes to my own car, I can say without hesitation that Emmanuel and his team are consummate professionals and simply excellent at what they do. I recently retired my 2018 BMW M2 from it's daily driving duties and it has now become my weekend toy. After 4 years and 40,000 miles, I had kept the car in good cosmetic condition considering the use it got, but I never had the car professionally detailed. What I really appreciated about Emmanuel was that he listened and was receptive to my situation and my goals for what I wanted to achieve from his services, and provided valuable information and knowledgeable recommendations on how to get there efficiently and effectively. I had both paint correction and ceramic coating done, and merely saying the photos speak for themselves don't quite do Benedetto justice, you have you see it in person to really appreciate how nice of a job they did. Their expertise and dedication to their craft, high-level knowledge and use of high-quality products truly shows in their exemplary work. Even their pricing was fair and reasonable. I believe pride of ownership is one of the most satisfying feelings, particularly for a car enthusiast, and Emmanuel and his team made me feel better about my car than I thought I could. I feel safe and secure investing in their services to keep my prized possessions looking their best. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, I plan on working with them more in the near future, and I'll be recommending them to close family and friends.

I don’t often write reviews but I called here and needed a last minute detail and they fit me in their schedule and really did a great job I had stains on my cloth seats and needed a complete overhaul and they got it done for me quickly and it hasn’t looked this good in a while. Super friendly and professional I’ll be using them again soon. Really recommend.

Getting a car wash as I write this today. Love this local car wash of mine. Honestly the nicest staff work here! I decided to write a review, they are always so helpful, they have such positive energy. I genuinely enjoy having a membership and getting my car washed. Well kept and clean as well.

For some reason, the tunnel wash struggles to clean the back of my wife's minivan. I went through once, and the back of the car was still dirty. I asked the attendant if I could go through again, and she said yes. Even after two times, it was still dirty, although not as much. I will probably not go back. I gave it 2 stars since the attendant was accommodating and allowed me to go back in again.

Today they did my MK7 GTI. I’ve taken all my cars here! 🔥 Excellent experience here once again. Luis & Brenda (Siblings) were very communicative, very attentive, very professional, and masters at their trade! They do window tint, smoked taillight, full & partial wraps, ceramics coating, and PPF clear bra! Lots of options, awesome prices, highest quality of work. They have tinted my 2007 Saturn Sky, 2017 Corolla iM, 2021 RAV4, 2024 GR Corolla, and now my MK7 GTI. As usual, the results were fantastic. At the RSM shop, Ca - Mon, Wed, Fri. At Ford West Covina shop, Ca - Tue, Thu, Sat. Their shop in RSM is the rolling door right next to the U-Haul store. Drop the car off, chill in their lounge, then wait for the text and email! Elliot did a great job. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. My complex did not allow him to do his service in my location but he was able to relocate and continue with service. I was able to work while he did the detail. So for a busy working mom it was extremely helpful. The car was so clean that my two small children noticed and are working hard to keep it clean so it stays amazing. I have been wanting my car detailed for so long and was pleasantly pleased with the results.

Nick did an amazing job on my truck! I have a white English Labrador and her hair is EVERYWHERE. I don’t do a good job protecting the seats and floors but Nick got everything looking so clean and fresh, and the dog hair is gone! 😊 I was so amazed at how he got the back rubber running board looking brand new. He was prompt and took the time to make sure the job was done right. He is extremely personable and pleasant to deal with. Guaranteed you will like him and his service.

Called Neat Nick's Car Wash and was blown away by the service! Great guy ,he went above and beyond. He managed to get some tough stains out of my carpets that I thought were there for good. The interior looks amazing now -like the stains were never there! The before and after pictures speak for themselves .Highly recommend if you want your car to look spotless 🤙
