He took his time and I could tell he was taking care when he did his detailing work. Also did a great job on the inside as well. I would recommend using him. Thanks Brandon. I absolutely love these guys. I had them install the ceramic tint and PPF on my new Tesla Model Y. I got 3 other quotes from different companies and Detail2U was more clean, communicative, and transparent than the others. I was asked to bring the car back in to inspect their application to make sure everything looked good. While there, I was able to have them detail my car. They made the whole experience an easy one. I called Detail 2 U upon a reference at a classic car show I attended with my 1970 Barracuda Restomod. Upon speaking with Jordan, he was easy to talk with and when I took my car there, he inspected it and came up with a price that was in line with my thinking. The shop itself is amazingly clean, organized and modern. I will have to say, they did take a little longer than first said, but I never rush these types of projects and in the end, patience usually pays off. I will get my car back next week and will add additional comments, but so far, I can not be more pleased with the shop and the communication. Following up on the finished results: They did do an amazing job on the paint correction. Would highly recommend them if you want a show quality finish. My only suggestion is to get pricing up front as the end $$ number for my car was higher than expected, but the results are worth it. overall, this shop is GREAT!!!

Just drove 3,000 miles and my vehicle was covered with bugs and grime! It's ceramic coated and I wanted to take care of it the right way (by avoiding typical scratch and shine washes). Issa responded to my scheduling request right away, and came out to my location. He spent 2 hrs meticulously cleaning the inside and outside and even cleaned and dried the truck bed out, which a lot of other detailers simply overlook. 10/10, highly recommend! Quick, detailed, polite, professional!

Sam did a really fantastic job on my dad's Avalon, Which had been neglected for a while. He really took his time and cleansed the car from top to bottom inside and out. I could not believe it was the same car. Sam was very professional and customer service was top notch. I highly recommend his service and we'll be using him in the future for my other vehicles.

Sam is not only good, but he listened to exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond with all the left over grime and gunk that no one else was able to get off my car! I purchased my 2024 F350 just before Christmas and I contacted Kyle immediately to scheduled it for a ceramic coating. He also suggested window tint and clear bra for the front bumper and headlights, which Kyle took care of setting it all up, all I had to do was drop it off! After it was tinted Kyle took over to do what he does best and protect my truck from the elements. When I showed back up the truck looked amazing, it was everything I was wanting and was so satisfied with the quality and professionalism of Kyle and his team. I had JH Auto Detailing come to my house to clean my car, and they did an amazing job! I wanted to start the new year with a fresh, clean car, and they made it happen. The convenience of having them come to me was such a bonus. They showed up on time, super prepared, and got straight to work. In no time, my car was spotless--inside and out. They got rid of all the little stains and dust I hadn't been able to clean myself, and the outside of my car has never looked so shiny. Plus, the interior smells great now! I called to schedule an interior detailing and they confirmed for 9am. At 8:50 I texted them saying I arrived. No response. At 9am exactly I get a message saying they were going to be 30 minutes late due to traffic. I wasn’t given a notice at all. I wouldn’t have had a problem if I was given a notice. After they arrived, they got started and I left to run errands. I get a message saying they were done and I went back to my car. When I got there they were putting their stuff away, I look in my car and there was still dirt on the carpet, dirt in my trunk, steering wheel was dirty, radio was dirty, etc. I had to tell them physically “can you clean this please. And this. And this.” I paid for a deep clean and I just got a surface clean. I shouldn’t have to tell a cleaning business what to clean. Pictures attached are what I saw after going home. The service was just terrible overall.

Nice seating inside and outside. Free coffee for the customers,nice seating area, they create a nice experience for a very bad carwash , actually the worst I ever had for 30 some dollars. Dashboard not wiped, windows had water dripping, seats not vacuumed. Waste of money.

Earlier and current experience: Earlier with old management: If you want a detailed wash for your vehicle, this place is good for it. The service was quick and there was no wait on a weekend morning. The crew is fast and takes good care of the car. I liked the way they all synced up as multiple people handled the car at different stages of washing. At first thought the service is costly but at the end witnessing detailing, I felt it was worth it. So definitely recommend this place. The service is part of a gas station so you need to pay inside the mart. Update Mar 2023: since the management changed, they have doubled the prices and lowered the service quality. The owner cleaned himself and was not cautious enough. There was water inside the driver's side speakers, on the brake and gas pedals. When asked he denied being responsible for this and said that could have been there earlier. Did not offer any help or corrected the issue. Not going there anymore. They don't even clean with the same dedication!

I am extremely dissatisfied with this car wash. They have now damaged my car twice. The first time, they failed to clean my car properly, leaving spots on my windows that I couldn’t remove myself. I had to hire a professional to detail my car and remove what turned out to be an improper wax sprayed on the windows. On my most recent visit, they scratched the side of my bumper and the inside of my door, and once again failed to clean the interior properly. All they did was clean the windows and spray air freshener. They left dirt in the cupholders, trash under the radio, and didn’t wipe down or vacuum the seats. I will never return to this car wash and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Despite spending $40 and leaving tips, the service was consistently poor. No matter what service you pay for, they always do a half hearted job. Save your money and go somewhere that takes pride in their work.
