My car was overdue for a deep detailing job. I met Mike at a car event and we spoke briefly of what my car needed and he recommended a good wash, detail, polish and ceramic job. I have a 2005 Porsche 911 (997). It had a few surface scratches and some swirl marks on the paint. I took my car to Mike and he told me to give him a day and he would have my car sparkling again. I picked up the car the next day and when he opened the garage and while I was walking towards the car, I immediately saw the difference of how the car looked when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. Alex is hands down the go-to guy for detailing here in SoCal. He's done my car more times than I can count. I have a full paint job and custom body kit and custom leather. This guy is amazing. We have had Ismael detail both our cars about every month to six weeks and our cars look brand new. The car washes nearby we’re ruining my Jeep and within a couple details my car looks brand new because he has focused on fixing the the car washes wax mistakes. We will both have their service as a staple in our upkeep and maintenance on both our vehicles. My biggest excitement after my car gets detailed is the inside is so clean that I feel right at home. I was in dire need of a detail on my Jeep. Had been neglected smoked in and generally became gross. After checking with local detail companies I thankfully chose HDZ. Very easy scheduling and the fairest price among all other retailers. When he was done my jaw dropped. It looked as good as the day I bought it. Smoke smell was gone and I expected some stuff to not clean up because It was so bad and he got it all perfectly clean! I don't do tons of reviews but this deserved to be shared. If you give HDZ a call you will be very happy with the results. I am going to need a external detail soon and will use this company again. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This place is NOT called first choice anymore. It is officially 3D AUTO DETAILING; they have all the 3D products and equipment SAME PRICES AS 3D. I love that they have the spotless water to refill my 100-gallon tank and is closer to my house. Will come back to this place.

I will NEVER go to this car wash again!! Not only are they rude as hell but they change prices as they feel like it. I was told my car was extra dirty so I was being charged an extra $20 dollars. I have attached pictures of my “extra dirty” interior. I wish These people are foolish and full of rubbish. I went down the street and found another car wash that charged less for interior detail and has amazing customer service. Don’t waste your time or money with these stupid people.

Helpful and kind staff. Got my car interior detailed and it cost $170 which felt a bit over-priced especially considering there is a left-over mildew smell that I can’t get out (it has been six days). They shampoo’d the interior extensively which got everything wet. Normally I’d appreciate the thoroughness, but in this case not so much. I kept my windows open every day after washing but still a dank smell persists. Other than that, I would rate the quality of their interior detail at about B+. They cleaned most crevasses, but there are just the slightest areas they missed between the console and seats. I’m very detail-oriented so maybe most folks won’t notice.

If you appreciate your having a clean car all the time, this is your place to go! I highly recommend getting a membership if you can commit to washing your car 1 time a week for it to make sense. I get the 30 dollar monthly package that helps me keep the car clean gets the tire shine and it’s super efficient, with vacuum and Car Wash. I’m literally in and out within 5 to 7 minutes, depending on the traffic. I usually travel on this road to drop off my son so therefore the membership makes sense because ARCO is right there and the Car Wash right behind it. One of the best car washes for Claremont and Pomona residence. 😎

This place was recommended by my sister who lives in the area. Just like the Car Wash where I live, except the cleaning tunnel is twice as long, amazing! Bring your own towels as they are not provided free of charge. $2 for car towels and make sure to take them with you when you leave. They do have complimentary interior cleaning towel wipes for dashboard and steering wheel, so grab some and get to cleaning that inside! Definitely will be back when I’m in the area! Also there is a guy named Art who works here. Absolutely amazing individual and loves to talk to people. When you see him say hi and have a conversation. This guy deserves a raise and a promotion!

Caesar is a huge asset to this location! Best experience ever at one of these do-it-yourself car washes. Equipment was all in excellent condition with clean brushes and plenty of soap/wax coming through the sprayers. Excellent water pressure and the general appearance of the business is fantastic....very clean, safe and well equipped with all you need to wash your own car. Worth mentioning again...Caesar...I watched him work tirelessly --cleaning stalls, picking up trash, refilling machines, answering questions, etc. And, he is a real friendly person. It was a "feel-good" time, so refreshing to see a business that is cared for. Well done!

Best self car wash ever. I personally go to many but none can beat this one! 10/10 and heres why: 1. always clean 2. staff available during busy time to help 3. the foam brush is not cheap feeling and it actually spreads foam at 9/10 foamy 4. tire brush is perfect for the gaps in rims, the degreaser is spread in foam so there is more 5. water pressure is great! 6. has spot free water and it is actually helpful 7. vacuums are strong and gather a lot of trash 8. mostly everything is a dollar 9. only need one dollar to start and gives you good time for the dollar 10. exchanges cash for coin currency (quarters & dollar ) , also if you change a 10$ will become 5$ in coins and 5$ cash

Was supposed to be charged $5 for 10 minutes as I tapped my card once . Got charged $10 and it’s not the first time, I let it slide before but this is ridiculous not cool and I demand a refund now. They used to have a sign up about info to put with any issues on a note and slide it under door I never heard back before and now they took down sign. They want to take money and not be able to be reached at all now

I have been coming here for years. This is the absolute best car wash I have ever been to. They are so nice and work hard and fast. They get it. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else. I have tried other car washes in the area and have moved since I started coming here in 2019 and make the 25 minute drive to come to these guys. Never have I had a bad experience.

Pretty good car wash! Stopped by because didn't have the time to wash the car myself and they are local. They use an automated wash system and do the detailing by hand. They advertise that their washing process uses Lamb's wool scrubbers instead of the rubber type you see at other places (see photo). I can't comment on whether or not this helps minimize swirls I purchased the top package "The Works" and it was $23.99 which is a bit expensive for an automatic wash. Overall I thought they did a good job. Typically car wash places like this do a sloppy job on the detail after the wash but this place had pretty good attention to detail. Overall, this place was good but I think they should lower their prices a bit, especially since it's not a full hand wash.

Ooh, my god, this place is terrible. They uses dirty towels to wash your car or truck leaving streaks on your car windows, mirrors and body. I paid $35.00 and left with a dirty van. I will never turn. This was their third chance to get it right. For now on I will go to the car wash around the corner and wait.

I had a car delivered to me from New Mexico in an open transit. Needless to say, the dust was thick and heavy. I paid $300 for a full detail- and the car looked like new. It takes about 5 hours because the car is very meticulously cleaned. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been coming to this car wash for over 18 years-and I’m never disappointed. The staff is friendly. I would just say: tip well. You’re not washing your own car- take care of people who take care of you.
