Got my truck detailed and polished and let me tell you they are amazing. My truck had a lot of water stains from the sprinklers and I tried removing them myself and it was a pain. After taking my truck to O&L my truck looks like the day I bought it. Came out beautiful. The receptionist was so nice and helpful and the manager was as well. I have nothing but great things to say about O&L and would recommend them to anyone.

I went to o&l detailers with the intention to do a full detail only to my new truck after a long 10 hours trip, Omar told me about the Ceramic with details and full of knowledge of the benefits applying it to my truck.. so i accepted to do it on my truck.. after i came back to pick it i was impressed with the results they did a really great Job!!!! Needed final detailing on my Mustang 5.0. The body shop, who painted the car, highly recommended High Gloss Auto Detailing. I met with Alfredo; he is very nice and very professional; the vehicles he and his team were working on looked incredible. After leaving my car with Alfredo, he sent me photos of the work in process, it was amazing. Going to Johnny was by far the best decision Iv made. He is super detail oriented and super professional. The work done on my car was way better than I expected, I was honestly left speechless😂. After leaving my car there for the weekend, I was constantly updated and was suggested different options that would best fit my car. I had bought my car not knowing the paint on the car was super etched with swirl marks all over it. I honestly thought the paint wouldn’t look brand new again. Wow!! California Shine does an absolutely amazing job! I took my 2000 VW New Beetle in to Felipe, not knowing what to expect as the car is old - well taken care of, but still....I got the car back about 6 hours later, and it looked like new, inside and out. Everything from the wheels, to the exterior paint, to the floor mats, the seats, the dashboard -- all looks fabulous. I highly recommend California Shine!

​Getting a car decently washed in East Bay is obviously a dream. ​It won't happen here, that's for sure. This place is just way too sloppy for that. Once you get there they offer you a list of options and you choose. None of them is cheap, but you think okay, no problem, if the car comes out as shiny as new, I won't mind paying (price/value and all). Well, too bad that's not the case. We came here several times, just in case it was a certain day of the week (weekends are very busy) or day, but no. Obviously it happens all the time (judging by some other customers it wasn't just us). This weekend was the last time. They are very brusque with you and if you tell them to pay attention to some detail, be sure they won't (maybe even on purpose, who knows, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt). We came with a dirty trunk, because a flour bag exploded on our way home from the store (long story) and told them to clean that up (paid extra for it(!), because trunk cleaning is obviously not something they'd offer in any of the listed packages). Car comes back. Super fast. That can't be right, right?! I mean, I'm slow, but it usually takes at least an hour to clean it properly. We got it back in 15min. It was sloppily vacuumed (they didn't even vacuum the back seats, not to mention under the seats), the dash was sprayed with something that stuck to it for days later, don't get me started on the windscreen. It wasn't visible at first, but when looked at it from the right angle, you could see the cloth and fingerprints. Okay, let's hope at least the trunk is now flour free. Nope. No such luck. Still all there, still all white. We told them and they became grumpy and took a cloth and did something halfheartedly ("Here. Done. Couldn't you do that at home on your own?!".... Eeerr.. why did I come here and pay you for it then?!). Trunk was still white. No, they wouldn't return the money. That was the end of California Shine for us. I suggest you do it on your own, at home, it will be more time consuming, but better. Or try to find a decent car wash (which, to me it seems, is a mission impossible around here). We're definitely not coming back here.

Vincent was very patient with my onslaught of after care questions and truly helped with sorting the information overload of instructions. Ted is a magician! My wife's 500 mile old MX-5 Miata was ran into causing a major dent in the aluminum fender. The paint was saved by the PPF giving Ted the opportunity to work his magic and save the panel and the fender from having to be repainted. My wife and I are so extremely happy with the work and would recommend Ted with zero hesitation to any of our friends and family.

Nice place to wash your vehicle. This self service car wash has got decent resources to wash and clean your car/truck. Minimum charge is $5.00 for washing and $1.00 to vacuum. You can buy cleaning towels on the spot. There is also a quarter vending manchine. Overall I liked this place.

Much nicer than the self serve car wash in Dublin. I took off one star because one of the card readers wasn’t working - when I swiped my card it just kept saying something like ‘Busy - Try again.’ I moved to a different stall and that card reader worked.

I brought my brand new truck here for a wash. I left with these massive scratches in the windshield. I don’t know how it’s even possible to scratch a windshield that badly with a rag, unless the guy cleaning it was wearing a watch or ring or something? Who knows. In any case, I’m now going to be spending hundreds of dollars to replace the windshield because the scratches are right where I need to look out to see the road. I’m hoping I don’t find similar scratches in the paint. Needless to say, I won’t ever be returning.

Took my car for a wash after it had been dirtied sitting under a silk / mimosa tree. These trees tend to shed quite a bit this time of year. Instead of the standard $40 wash, the worker said the car would need tree sap cleaning, quoting $190 for this service! He said, "I'm not trying to just take your money - your car really needs this." I took it to an $8 machine car wash, and you can see the results in the pictures. I understand businesses' main purpose is to make money, but when you are so disingenuous with your customers, you lose them...

The staff talked me into getting the best car wash they have for $25 and they assured me that if it rained the next few days which there was a possibility that they would give me a free car wash. The staff was entirely different and I did not receive a receipt from the staff on the day I was there. They denied me the car wash and told me if I didn’t have a receipt. There’s nothing I can do about it after explaining to them they did not give me a receipt. Very unsatisfied with Jafars Way of managing a business. Makes me want to go back to my favorite place in Livermore. Surf Thru car wash two thumbs up Jafar two thumbs down.

If you have expensive wheels, be warned! I was nervous pulling into the wash station after seeing the metal rails that grab the driver’s side wheels and hearing multiple “clanks” throughout the wash - the metal is far too forceful on rims and damaged one of mine :/ To management - there are similar washes out there (Kaady is one) that use a conveyor belt instead of metal rails, please look into this as a better solution. For $20 the wash was okay, but this rim repair will cost me $150. Very disappointed.

There are also other good car wash places I also would give four stars too yet just didn't had the time to post a review but will when I use them again next time. After the drizzling stopped in the morning my car just steered its way over to this place. This place is always busy and good as well.

I just moved up from San Diego, and between moving and then driving through a section of the 5 with wildfires in the surrounding area, my car was filthy. I only had time for a basic wash but this place was fast, very well priced and conveniently located . Will def return for a full detail in the future.

I recently had my car washed at this service, and I must say I am extremely disappointed. They did not clean my car properly, and it still looked dirty after the wash. Considering the high price I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I do not recommend this car wash if you want a thorough cleaning.

I took my car with the paint very burned and some bumps that were visible a lot, I only paid for the paint but the owner gave me an excellent deal which was to do the complete painting and instead he was going to fix the bumps that I had without no additional cost. I loved how it looks, it looks like I just bought the car like new and it has a wonderful shine.

This was the worst company I've personally delt with they came out 3 times and STILL couldn't get it right. Came out with a spray can (wrong silver) total joke! and they charged me $600 for a small scuff on my door. Then Jason was very rude and unprofessional on the phone telling me they can only get about 80 percent, Really? And then he said not to pissed him off and hung up on me. Great representation for your company! How are you guys still in business??

Best auto detail in the tri-valley. He came to detail my car when I was working and my car was in the parking lot. Main points are trustworthy - you can leave all valuables without being afraid, friendly , and best of all, the best work i have ever seen. Yahir takes his time detailing and it shows in his work. I now get a consistent hand wash and internal vacun and also did a full detail with him inwhich he spend 4 hours on my car. I can go on and on but trust me when I say, this is the guy you want cleaning your valuable car.

This place pretty much should just close. This place is a joke. I took my Mercedes sprinter to this place to get washed and detailed when I took it in my window. Shield was perfect. When I picked it up my window shield was cracked. I spoke to The Supervisor at the time and I told him, I believe his name is Mike that I didn’t bring my vehicle into this place with a crack windshield. He said oh well we have cameras I said well let’s look at the cameras so then he was being sarcastic and said well maybe you brought it in like this I said dude , if I had brought it in like this, why am I having this conversation with you telling you that my windshield was perfect and now it’s cracked the same person assured me that someone from the corporate office would contact me back that evening never did contact back. I called the next day And they refused to take accountability for their actions now this certain windshield is going to cost $3500 to replace and these people at this company does not want to give up their insurance. If you do not want to have any problems I suggest you find another detail to detail your car your vehicle is going in one way and it’s coming out another way. Unlawful wrongdoings on this company and the crazy thing is I guess a lot of people forget that there is a God and he’s not gonna let you get away with it. God said Vengeance is mine, said the Lord.

If i could give Zero i would, saw huge dents on the front right side after i picked my car later in the night (wish i had checked all sides when i picked up). Reported to them the next morning telling them that i want to make sure that the dents were or were not there before i dropped my car at their place. They just gave the run around saying they would look into it and all that for a week but never did. Now i have to spend 500$ deductible to get it resolved. Might expensive car wash that. Wow! I am super impressed with the interior detail clean that Israel and his team did. The car looks like it's brand new now! They were able to get out deep stains from the drivers and passengers seats and deep cleaned all the carpets and floor mats and more. Everything is sparkling! The best part of their job is that they were able to remove a nasty lingering cigarette odor from the previous owner. I'm highly sensitive to chemicals and could not breathe with the cigarette odor before, but now after the interior detailing and deep clean I'm able to breathe fresh air in my car again. Thank you Israel and your team for transforming my car! I highly recommend your business to anyone looking for superior attention to detail and the highest quality service. 👍

Got my Tesla tinted here. It came out perfect. He is an authorized dealer for Xpel and his price is better than the one quoted from Tesla website. Definitely recommend Israel if u need work done.
