The people here are very nice and affordable. The owner took me to work in the morning when I dropped my truck off and I came back to a brand new car. The engine was steam cleaned, the interior was detailed and the outside was buffed for an extremely excellent price. I needed a little extra cleaning on a particular part and they were very nice about me bringing it back. They tightened some hoses for me as well. Very very pleased and will be coming back again

The location is slightly hidden but very nice, the receptionist is a cute gal that made me want to stay and talk with her as she told me about the detail options. The waiting lounge has new couches, televisions furniture with plenty of reading materials. When I got my car there was no water marks the inside smells considerably better and was well vacuumed, even the inside windows had been cleaned. I got the $29 standard detail on my 2005 Accord, it's perfect for any college student on a budget; gives you a nice bag for the buck. Highly recommend Alan's Superior Details.

I visited Masterson's Car Care store in Anaheim, CA and was very impressed with the store selection, the merchandise layout, and most of all the salesmanship of Greg and his staff members, especially Leilani who offered me a cold bottle of water when I arrived. While I was there, I noticed how diligently she worked to keep the store neat and clean. Greg was most helpful in showing me around the store and giving me product selection advice from his vast amount of knowledge based on his years of professional detailing experience. If you are going to be in or near Southern California, a trip to Masterson's Car Care in Anaheim will be well worth your time.

Honestly would give it a 10 star I’m not the type to leave reviews but for being my first time i definitely have to , I went in on thanksgiving hoping a detailing supply store was open I called mastersons car care the manager happened to answer and he was nice enough to drive down to the store to open it up for me he was very professional and knows what he’s talking about when it comes down to what you’re looking for and may need I went in looking to buy 1 drying towel I came out with a few extra things lol place is very well organized customer service is on point glad I found this shop I would recommend you coming by if you care about taking care of ur cars paint and interior

I would say the overall wash for $12.00 was ok for a suv. It does get the body of the vehicle clean, but the back window still was pretty dirty. I would recommend the lower wash and see how that compares to the 2nd lowest wash ($12.00). I'll have to try it one more time, and see what I truly think. Trust me it looks a lot worse when you looked through the rear view mirror, compared to the outside. You'll see the dirt. Either way give it a try and see what you think.

On 8/27/24 i washed my car here and the cloths pulled on my front hood and broke a piece off my hood. The manager called the Owner and the Owner said he is not responsible and he will not provide me with his insurance information. I mentioned give me his insurance so the insurance company can determine and he refused. I would think something like this the Owner would repair what his service broke =(

I recently inherited a car from a family member who unfortunately smoked cigarettes in it. It made it unbearable to be in it for too long without the windows having to be down. I have a child and we like to car camp, so it was super important to me to get the smell and as much smoke residue out as possible. Anthony was super communicative throughout the whole process. From the initial scheduling, to the process and the pickup. When I saw the job he did…AMAZING is an understatement. The car is almost 10 years old and was showing some age. It was dull and dirty and literally looks BRAND NEW now. From the plastic to the headlights, to the mats and upholstery ..he is truly a miracle worker. There is now zero smoke smell and everything is sparkling 🥹Anthony’s attention to detail is unreal. There was no part of my car that was overlooked. Mason always delivers! Called him a few weeks back to extract our bar stools. They came out looking great so I asked if he could clean my car seats and vacuum the floors. Unsurprisingly, the results were fantastic! He’s very detail oriented and won’t take any shortcuts when it comes to ensuring the end product is as pristine as possible. As a bonus, he was even able to wash my motorcycle, despite his expertise being primarily with cars and trucks. Went in for a full body PPF, 2-step paint correction, and ceramic coating to finish it off on my Tesla Model S. Cesar was great to work with, super responsive and included extra services for me like interior detail, Tesla badge replacement and follow up wash. Bradley did a great job on the PPF, they gave 2 weeks for the PPF to settle and adhere and asked that I came back in for a check up. Bradley was able to fix any spots where the PPF wasn’t sticking. My car now has a mirror finish with the ceramic coating and is fully protected. Overall with their occasional special pricing, these guys are great and the service was spot on. Would definitely recommend!

Michael, the owner, takes his time to ensure that the job is done right, using high-quality soaps, brushes, and towels. Great experience overall. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The store is clean and well organized. The restroom is crazy clean. One item I did buy was missing a part, I contacted customer service and they shipped it out immediately. Adam's Polishes products are some of the best and my first store visit reflected it. I used Adams Advanced Ceramic Coating on my jeep, it's been 3yrs and has all the same Ceramic properties as it did day 1. Hope to be back soon

Making good on an error. I recently ordered their SK Pro 12mm Polisher "Basic Kit" based on the multiple positive product reviews I've read and seen on YouTube. Upon receiving the kit, I discovered they had sent me the standard SK 12mm Polisher by mistake - being a first-time customer to Adam's products, I was bummed. I sent an email, along with photos of the wrong polisher & order slip, informing them of the error. Their support team member, Collin, kindly & quickly responded to apologize for the error and informed me the correct polisher will be shipped out, free of charge. And the icing on the cake? I could keep the polisher they sent in error. Wow! I'm impressed! That's what I call top-tier customer friendly service going above & beyond. Add another satisfied customer to their list! I'm happy. Nothing but 5 stars for Paul! The second I stepped into his shop you can see the difference but most importantly the vibe is great! His employees are always looking happy not to mention his 3 sons help him detail which is so rare nowadays, so it’s super awesome to see. Paul offers Stek tint, I opted for 30% on the sides and 70% on the windshield. Looks amazing with nice and shaved edges and a classy look. If you are looking for a personable business owner who cares for your car just as much as you do Paul is the man!

Brian & his mobile car wash/ detailing services are great! He responds in a timely manner (bonus points, he texts!). He was on time & his work is impeccable. I have a toddler & I learned the hard way why kids shouldn't snack in the car. My car was absolutely a wreck.
