Great company! Very happy I brought my brand new 23 Mach E to Black Diamond. I was very skeptical trying out a new company , but Black Diamond has been amazing with their customer service and quality of work. I brought my vehicle in 6/11/24 for a Ceramic Coating as well as the ceramic window tinting. Came by during a cars and coffee event and received a quote for full car tint all around at a great price and great service. Showed up a few days later dropped the car off. They stayed in contact with me throughout the day letting me know when the car would be fished. Came to pick the car up and couldn't be happier. Car had a day night difference even got the tail lights and rear reflectors tinted. 10/10 we be returning with any future cars or tucks in the future.

Staff were incredibly professional and friendly. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure to address all my concerns. They truly pay attention to detail. The exterior was glossy perfection, and the interior looks and smells brand new. They even managed to remove some stubborn stains that I thought were permanent. When I first began it was great, BUT!!! Be aware I went through it almost 3 months ago, and my passenger mirror and rear bumper were damaged. I had the attendant go in to see if it was inside, which it was, he brought it out, and I had to have the bumper pushed back on. I told him then to cancel my membership and they've continued to take money from my account. No seeking legal advice.

Awful, it didn't even clean the car right, and if your equipment isn't working right just shut it down instead of making customers overpay for a broken wash. Poor customer experience with the staff as they clearly just wanted another dollar and dismissed any claims that the car was still dirty.

Probably the worst drive through car wash I’ve ever been to. They bent my front incense plate, brushes are way too aggressive and yet somehow half of my truck was still dry and dirty when it came out. Don’t worry though, the staff makes sure their personal vehicles are nice and shiny, that’s more important than the customer. I couldn’t find any workers to get a refund until I realized the 3 people wiping down a Tesla by the vacuums were employees and when I asked them if they worked there two of them walked inside and the third told me to go up front for a refund then got in his car and moved it to the shade. I got my full refund, but not one person asked me why I wanted a refund. That tells me they regularly have problems and they simply don’t care. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Yo! For a hole in The wall place, the wash out did QUICK QUACK Carwash. Had QQC for a year and recently canceled. Went here after I got a coupon for the super wash and I am impressed! No crazy light show inside, sadly, but the wash was better than I could have imagined. They got into every nook and cranny and the shine is insane and Smooth! Would definitely go again.

This place is so much better now that it’s under Super Star! There’s plenty of towels, great service all the time and the vacuums work! Kenny helped me today…I got a membership that’s better than paying for 1 wash in Corona for 32.00. I come in my lunch breaks whenever I want- I love coming here! Very professional I heard about this company from another guy at my car club that had an amazing job done on a complete detail and ceramic coating. They were very meticulous and walked me through every step of the process of the ceramic coating of my 67 corvette that is now better looking that when I had the full restoration done to it THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Cool guys, took my car for interior cleaning Asked for it to look brand new, seemed like they could do it as they said no problem. Got it back and sure it was clean but there were places that weren't touched. Seats were still a bit dirty, cup holders weren't touched, n little details. Overall maybe it was just a bad start to the morning for them but for the price I was charged, looks like a job I've done myself and I'm no expert haha.

With my visit to this location I was highly satisfied. I had a question about your memberships and while I was vacuuming my car luckily I was able to find a worker by the name of Valerie. She was able to help me out with my question no problem. Valerie was very polite and understanding with what I wanted to know. Army soldier here trying to get a good car wash in and this lady did a bad job. Her co worker recognized it and then tried to fix what she didn’t or what she didn’t do well. Which he did but not one side of the car where left a bunch of wet dry prints from not drying it properly. Had to take 15 mins of my time to help out as well. Then the manager on top of the owner doesn’t wanna help the situation like a discount for the next car wash or something. Never been treated like this before. I normally come here but not anymore… You think they would have more respect for people who are active in the military. Very disappointed

DO NOT GO HERE! One Star is too much. This business does not care about their standard of work, as we found out, and as shown by other posts the standard wait is over an hour and then the job is only half done. A complete wipe down to this company is giving you a partially wet car which drys in streaks and spots as you drive. Then we found a large patch of orange streaks across headliner. Gooey spots also found on bottom on rear right passenger door along the vinyl edge which closes on the door frame indicating this substance came from a high pressure spray close to ground level hit the edge of the right rear door which had to be open to the top of the door frame then across the center of the headliner to the right center post by driver seat belt a distance of about 7ft. Of course a complete denial by this company "Manager" stated it was ketchup, the owner, Sung Il Chung, stated it was from a soda. Obviously none of these could possibly be the cause and the denial shows a complete lack of ethics. It should be noted that the facilities are showing extreme decay and lack of repair which is reflected in the sloppy job performance. The building is a wreck and in need to many repairs. Therefore if the the job done for a car wash is substandard I would question the machines used in the process could if not maintained cause damage to a car outer surface. Drive somewhere else it will be better and quicker than daring to entrust you car to this excuse for a business.

I recently had my Toyota Corolla done by kens exotic detail. I’ve never had a detail done , mainly due to our location. Ken traveled to where we are at which made the experience feel so luxurious. I was so impressed with how my car came out. I wanted to just drive people around because it was so clean on the inside and the outside. I live down a dirt road and the windows and body of the car stayed so shiny and dust free for a quite a while. He genuinely did such an awesome job. You’ll underestimate how dirty your car really is, especially when you see the after!! I will definitely get my car detailed again by kens exotic detail.
